In this video, Dr. Jameca Cooper, part of her "30 Days of Radical Healing" series, introduces manifesting meditation as a tool for personal growth, self‑care, and achieving goals. She explains why traditional meditation can be difficult in today’s noisy, fast‑paced environment and offers practical guidance. The core advice is presented as three tips (the excerpt covers two). First, she warns against an "empty mind" and recommends filling mental space with vivid, detailed visualizations of the desired outcome—whether a new partner, car, home, or any other goal—by imagining physical attributes, personality traits, and lifestyle details. Second, she emphasizes cultivating mindfulness: staying present, observing the environment (e.g., sky, trees), and anchoring attention on the breath to calm the nervous system. She acknowledges that beginners may struggle, but focusing on breath is a simple entry point. The video aims to help viewers integrate these practices into daily life to accelerate manifestation and support radical healing.

Hi, this is Dr. Jameca Cooper, and we are still in the midst of our 30 Days of Radical Healing. I hope you've enjoyed the videos that I've done so far because I wanted to talk to you about a wide range of issues and areas to get you on the right track so that you can end the year strong and in a very reflecting mood, so that when you start the new year off you're ready to take flight. So today, make sure you subscribe and like the video, but hopefully you like the content and everything that's been on the channel, plus the 30 Days of Radical Healing have been good for you. That's the goal, that's why I decided to do it. So today the topic is going to be manifesting meditation. This is one of the things that can be really, really crucial, really helpful for you and your growth as you think more about self-care, balance, and radical healing. Um, one of the problems that people have with meditation is that in order to meditate and meditate well, you have to be in a quiet place. So you have to be able to calm your mind, center your thoughts, and you have to be able to ignore the outside noise and the outside activity. And that can be hard for people because let's face it, we live in a time of go, go, go, go, go. Lots of external stimuli, lots of internet, lights, TV, tablets, games. Everything is constantly coming at you. So in order to be able to meditate well, you have to be able to turn all of that off in order to focus on you and your breathing and your thoughts. So today I want to give you 3 different tips on how to conduct manifestation meditation. There are lots of different types of meditations, but I think this one can be very helpful. If you go back and look at the other videos about affirmations, you can pick up some affirmations that could be useful for you for other types of meditation. But for this one, you want to focus on how to manifest things. So let's just say this year you want to manifest a new love in your life. So these are the 3 things that you would do in order to speed that process up and to make sure that that could happen. The first thing that I have to tell you about meditation in general is that empty space in your brain is dangerous, right? You don't want a space of nothing, because when you have a space of nothing in your brain, then less likely more attractive things or things that cannot be helpful for you are likely going to sit in that space. It's kind of like what we think about children. Like, a bored child is really— it's not a good thing. We need to keep them busy, we need to keep them active. So think of it in that way. So empty mind, not good. What is good is you can start thinking about images. So visualizations, visual images of what it is that you want to manifest. So let's say you want to manifest a new love in your life. You should be visualizing this new love in your life. In other words, What does the new love look like? In other words, what is the new love's hair? How tall or short is he? Um, what body size and type? What type of clothes might he, he wear? I'm assuming it's a he, could be a she as well. And if you're manifesting new love, that's a she. Like, what does she wear? What does she look like? Um, or your partner, what type of work do they do? What type of work, um, do they know how to do? Hobbies, skills, talents, education, all those things would be important for you to start to create images of what this new love might look like. What type of smile does the new love have? These are the types of things that you can start to think about and create images in your brain so that you can think on these images in the times when you're able to quiet your mind and start to focus, concentrate, and manifest that image into reality. So the first thing again was Empty mind, not good. Fill that empty mind with images of what it is that you're trying to manifest. And I gave the example of new love, but it could be anything. It could be a new car, it could be a new home, but that would be images of those things, or whatever it is that you attempt to manifest. Second thing is you have to get in the practice of mindfulness. And I talked about this in so many of my videos. I tell my clients this in therapy all the time. You have to be able to focus on the now, the here and the now. Um, in other words, you're driving in traffic, you're stressed, you're going to be late for wherever you're going. It is not helpful at all for you to focus on the traffic ahead and the cars. Why are they doing that? Why are they coming over into my lane? What is helpful mental health-wise for you to focus on is look how bright the trees are while the sky looks an odd type of gray today. I'm saying that because I'm in the Midwest and the skies are gray, definitely not blue. If they were blue, that would be nice. If the skies are blue where you live, focus on the blue skies and the, the smell of the air. Those type of things help you and make you focus on the here and the now. Um, look at your breath. Start to focus on your breath. Oh wow, I'm breathing fast now because I'm stressed. I'm in traffic. I'm going to be late. So this gives you an opportunity to slow that down. Focus on your breathing. Breathe slower, like in through your nose, out through your mouth. That gives you ample opportunity to start to focus on the here and the now. And for some people, it can be hard to begin the practice of mindfulness, but it is so necessary in mental health. So if all you can do now as a beginning person working with mindfulness is to focus on your breath instead of whatever is going on around you, then do that. I think that be a great start.
