Today is one of those days, y'all. One of my therapy clients told me that one of her friends, who's also one of my therapy clients, told her that, "Because of Dr. Jameca Cooper, this is the most I've ever loved myself in my life." And I was like, "Oh, that makes me so happy," because that is why I do what I do. I believe that people from all different backgrounds can change. And especially for women, I'm working every day to try to make sure that they see themselves as a priority, because that's where the self-love comes from. So yay, made my day. It's one of those days. I'm happy.
