Our body whispers before it screams. So women, ladies, please listen to me. Take just two minutes. Check for the lumps, check for any changes, check for any discharge from the breast. But if you find any such abnormal changes, immediately rush to the hospital. Because the two minutes is not just a routine every month. It's the self love. It's your strength and it's survival. We as a women, daughters, mothers and wives first, we owe our bodies, and we owe our families and our health.
