Eating healthy means boring. Eating healthy means starving. All these are misconceptions. Eating healthy can really be as tasty as eating unhealthy food. So here I am with few healthy choices. So you can see sprouts which I add into my salad regularly and I'm making here for you. And you can see the cucumber, few slices of cucumber. Bell peppers. Yes. And carrots. And. And I love adding curd to it because everyday morning I love eating this with my curd and also bit of coriander for dressing. And here is a mixture with a lot of peanuts. So I'm adding on the topping to make it more, more tasty. And this is country corn, not sweet corn. So I added few. So the bowl of this, if you eat it really fills your stomach and it's very, very healthy and very good. So this is what makes the day interesting. You can have your regular breakfast, homemade breakfast like idli, dosa, chapati also. But once you have this bowl of salad, you don't feel like to eat anything else. Even if you feel like to eat, you can have one idli or one dosa. This is how I usually maintain my diet. Most of the days I follow 80, 20% rule paradox principle. Means 80% are healthy, 20% sometimes enjoy everything because our taste buds keep asking that cake sometimes or maybe some sweet or maybe some biryani. So it's nothing wrong to have once in a while all the diets. But see to it that you follow most of the time healthy diet. I want to say about a rabbit effect research. Have you heard of this rabbit effect? They made several groups of rabbits and all the groups were made to eat cholesterol rich food. They were fed cholesterol rich food. That means cholesterol levels in the blood were checked regularly every month and once surprisingly one group of rabbits, there was no raise in the cholesterol at all even though they had cholesterol rich food. The researcher got really surprised and tried to find out what is the exact reason. Then they got to know the postdoc, a lady who used to take care of these rabbits. She was the caretaker and what she used to do when she loves rabbits by heart, she used to be very kind to them. And she used to take each rabbit into her hand with all her love. She used to feed them with her hands and own hands. So because of that, rabbits mentally were peaceful and calm. So whatever you are eating, first make your mind calm, relaxed and more importantly, go for conscious eating. Means don't watch cell phone or don't read newspaper or don't watch a TV while eating. Just sit with happy food, relax, relish, taste it and eat it slowly. Enjoy your meals. The more you enjoy with a calm mind and this food will form good to your body. But if you eat the same food with negative mind, it may become toxic. So be careful with your emotions and also try to eat as much as you can. Healthy diet and this is my tasty avocado drink with monk sugar and milk. It's so tasty and I refrigerated it, so it is. I'm feeling like it's an ice cream, so do try this.
