The way you think, the way you deal with your staff, the way you deal with your patients, the way you work, the way you respect your team members, the way you should coordinate with them, the way you should respect with them and how to how the things should be done in an appropriate manner, how you should build the confidence among your team for you, the trust, the character, this all. There are many things like how you should come up with the financial aspects, how you should be spending and how you should basically manage your practice. So this course of three days, it seems to be very less that three days. You cannot learn in three days a lot. But this course is obviously giving you a wonderful package of everything which will surely make your practice a business and your entire team a successful one.
