Question coming from a plastic surgeon from Sydney, Australia. The question is how can I increase the number of my new patients to the practice? Well doctor, that's a million dollar question and that's a great, great question because every doctor wants to know that. Well, to increase the number of your patients, obviously there are many marketing strategies that we can help you with. However, my recommendation to clients is that they work the numbers backwards. In other words, try to find out what is the amount of gross revenue that you like to achieve or net. Then try to figure out how many patients you actually need. You'll be surprised to know that the number of the new patients as it increases because of the fact that doctors cannot service them enough, the transaction cost goes lower. So instead of investing a lot of money in marketing, the first thing I recommend is invest in yourself communication, improving your team performance and putting systems and processes in place. I hope that answers your question. Thanks Sam.
