Hi, this is Dr. Allen. Welcome to my IT channel. I had a question coming in. What does a typical consultant can do for my practice? Well doctor, I don't know what a typical consultant does but I can tell you what I do. So the first thing I do is I assess your practice to understand your short term, long term plans and how we can create a roadmap for you to get there. Number two, I like to evaluate your assets, both financial as well as non financial assets such as your human resources, your IP and so forth and see how we can leverage that for the further growth. Then we look at the ability of your team as well as their attitude which has a lot to do with the way the company's culture is and then try to identify high performers within your team that can get the job done and both provide them performance matrices and indices to keep everyone motivated and energized. Thank you for the question.
