Hey guys, we have an exciting case today. It's a 360 lipo with a lower defect transfer to the buttock area.
She also has a hernia. She has a good sized hernia in the abdominal wall.
It's really important.
To know if a patient has a hernia or not when you're doing liposuction because you don't want inadvertently.
To penetrate.
The intra abdominal wall and that could be disastrous. We asked our general surgeon to come and help us correct that and she will stay the whole time until we finish the abdominal lipo to make sure the clos intact and there is no issues. So safety is the most important thing.
