Hi and welcome to how humans heal. I'm Dr. Donnie Wilson, and today I have a very special episode for you. I'm going to be sharing a presentation that I gave as part of my Five Days to Heal HPV workshop. And I want to share this here in the podcast because I believe everyone should have access to this information. And I know that it's hard to get this information. It's not part of standards medical care, and it's really confusing and not available on the Internet. And yet this is the information that I have from all of my years in practice. And so I feel that it's my duty to share this information about this most common virus that we most all are exposed to in our lifetime. And yet it's not well known that we can actually help protect us from this virus and prevent it from causing cancer. So please, if you're concerned about hpv, if you've had loved ones affected by hpv, if you yourself have been affected by hpv, I encourage you to please listen in to this day one of my Heal HPV workshop. And if you would like additional information, please do not hesitate to reach out to me and my office so that we can help you to fend off HPV now. And going forward, I can't wait for you to have this information. And thanks so much for joining in. Please like and subscribe so that you don't miss the next episode of How Humans Heal. Talk to you soon. I'm excited to be starting the workshop this week. Oh, my gosh. I have so much in store for all of you. I'm so glad to be connecting with those of you who I've met before or some of you I'm just meeting for the first time. I'm so glad you're here, so glad you found me, and I want to dive in because I know I have so much, so much, so much to cover. So I'm going to put these slides up.
So you can see them. Hopefully that's sharing with you. You're in the right place. If you've tested positive for HPV and or if you've had an abnormal Pap smear or some other kind of abnormal cells caused by HPV or potentially caused by hpv, or maybe you're just wanting to prevent HPV in general and abnormal cells and cervical cancer, then you're in the right place. And I'm glad you're here. And I today, this is our topic, which is the three reasons, at least three reasons why the holistic healing path is best. So I'm going to be really helping you to understand what I that and what's possible. Maybe some of you have been hearing me either on social media or in videos or different ways you've been hearing me talk about how I help women mostly, but also men to address HPV and get HPV to negative and get HPV to prevent, to stop causing cancer, to get it to leave you alone for once and for all for the rest of your life is what I'm aiming for. And so that's what I do. That's, that's one of my specialties.
It just happens to be, have become one of my specialties over the years. I am a naturopathic doctor and midwife. So this is exactly my training. I'm trained to use natural approaches for health and I'm trained as a midwife to help women with various health issues including abnormal pap smears and pregnancy. And beyond the whole, I don't know if you all know this, but midwives are trained to help women's health at all ages. And really as a Nature Valley doctor, I'm trained in family practice, so I help men and children as well. And I graduated from Bastyr University, which is the leading naturopathic medical school. I trained in Seattle. I'm originally from the west coast and I'm still certified in midwifery. Although I don't offer labor, I don't attend births at this time in my life, but I am still certified as a midwife and a nutrition specialist. And I'm licensed as a naturopathic doctor in these four states, Connecticut, Washington, California and Arizona. So my goal, really it's become very clear to me that my mission is to decrease the rates of HPV related cancer, including cervical cancer around the world. Not just in the United States, but I help people around the world. And to me right now, cervical cancer is a third leading cancer in women. And I think we can definitely get that down to much less common. I really think we should be able to prevent cervical cancer for all women if we were all implementing the protocol that I use in my practice. Because my patients have proven to me. I didn't believe this from the beginning, but my patients proved to me that it was possible to prevent cancer and to get HPV to stay negative. I have patients who come tell me after, when I saw them more than 15 years ago, came back to me, right to me, or mentioned to me that how many years they've been able to keep HPV negative and prevent cancer. So that's how I know that it's lasting that long at least is because I've been in practice for 22 years. So that's why I'm hosting this workshop. I'm hosting this workshop for free because I believe this information should be available and I believe that change is needed in the way that women's health is being addressed. And I believe that you should have this information. And I know it's hard to find this information, so it does. It's not free for me to put on this workshop. It costs around $10,000 for me to put on every time I put on this workshop. But I do it because I am so passionate about getting this information out there to all of you. So I'm glad you found me. I'm glad you're here to listen in and I encourage you to please plan to be here every day this week. We'll be here the same time. This is 7 Eastern, and we'll be here 7 Eastern, Monday through Friday. Also, there's bonus days. I'm going to be planning to be here on Saturday. That's the only one that's at 1pm so if some of you are in Europe and you're on a different time zone and 7pm is feeling too late for you, then I definitely encourage you to come live on Saturday because you can still be here live and we can catch up and I can cover all you can actually get to ask me questions live on Saturday at 1pm And I'll also be here next week, Monday and Tuesday for extra sessions. Because again, I have so much to tell you guys. I feel like I've learned so much over the years and I, and I feel grateful for the chance to be able to just put this in a format that I can share with you. The thing is, is that I'm not going to just tell you that it's easy. It's not like it's just easy to get rid of hpv. Believe me, if. If that was the case, if I find something really easy, I would tell you. But I want you to know that it's. It's. It's not, it's not just like an easy thing, right. I'm not going to just say, oh, just do this one thing. In fact, facing HPV can sometimes be caught. You have to face things that you've maybe been avoiding. Sometimes you have to make changes in your life and your lifestyle that you maybe have been afraid to change. Right? So part of it is I encourage you to show up here with a mindset of what am I doing that I need to change? That's what I always do when I have a health issue. I think, what is it that I'm not aware of that I need to change in order to change my experience in my body, in order to get this HPV to leave me alone. And so I want to just put that out there for all of you to just be like that. It's. It's facing the women who effectively, and men effectively fend off HPV have been willing to say, enough is enough. What do I need to do to change this? Because I know that most all of you have experienced shame and embarrassment or confusion, exhaustion, feeling so angry that this virus is causing. Sometimes it feels like it's ruining your body, ruining your life, ruining your relationships, ruining your future. Right? If some of you can relate to this, please, please don't hesitate to mention in the chat if you feel comfortable. Right. Like, but I just know, because I talk to women every week from around the world. They tell me they feel so overwhelmed and afraid and paralyzed by the experience of having HPV and the abnormal cells caused by hpv. I know that this is likely what you're experiencing too. And that's why I'm also glad you're here, because you're in a safe place. This is a community of not just me, but my whole team. The people who helped me put on this workshop that helped me with seeing my patients every day was they understand what you've been through. And we're all here to be a supportive experience for you. I know when you go through the doctor's office, it doesn't always feel supportive. It feels scary, it feels judgmental. It feels like you just don't even want to have to go there. Well, in my office, my goal is for you to feel supported, feel unconditional presence, feel like you're in a safe space to be you and to figure out what your body needs and order to heal. That's a different experience, right? That's a different way of practicing medicine. That's a different experience of healing. And that's what I. That's what I do as a naturopathic doctor, but also because that's my. What I know I've needed in my life when I went through healing times is I needed that kind of support. And it wasn't just easy for me to find myself here, right like this was. I mean, I didn't go to a standard medical school. I had to say, I'm going to go to an. I'm going to go to a different type of medical school. I'm going to go. I'm going to say that I think there's a different way to address the body. I want to use natural approaches. I want to use diet. And I had to really. There's been times in my life when I had to really stand up for myself and say, I believe something else is possible, and I'm here to help other people find that too. When I graduated from Nature Valley Medical School, I moved to New York State. New York does not license my profession. I worked for over 10 years. I volunteered volunteer hours over 40 hours a week for more than 10 years, running a legislative effort to try to pass legislation so that New York State would cover what I do under insurance. And they told me no. They told me no over and over and over again. And they still, still. New York State does not license naturopathic medicine and does not. Does not cover insurance for what I offer. And so that's why I have to maintain offices and practices and liability insurance and accounts and everything. I have to maintain all of that in other states, in Connecticut, in Arizona, in Washington, in California, because I believe that people should have access to this. And so that's what I'm committed to. I'm committed to.
Making this accessible to all of you, making this information available so that you can choose it so that you can have the information you need and you can decide whether this is the path you want to go down for your health. Because if you go to the standard doctor's office, this is not what they're going to tell you. And if you go under insurance, they're probably not going to tell you the information. I'm going to be sharing you with you in this workshop this week. So I just want to be really authentically clear with you and say, this is who I am. This is my training. This is the licensing and everything that I maintain in order to be able to share this information with you. And this is why it is this way. Because our standard medical system and our. The legal system, this is what. What the way they have it set up for us at this point. In time, you have to, as the patient, you have to decide. I want to take a different approach for my health, and I'm going to go find a person who has that information, and I'm going to want to pay out of pocket for that information so that I can get the help I need. And again, that's why this workshop is free, is because I want you to be able to start to get the information to make those decisions for yourself. And so this is my goal this week, is for you to be able to have that. And I'm not going to be able to do it all in one night, in one hour. I'm going to start to give you some really important things to think about today. And I got a lot more to cover. But I really want to make sure you prioritize yourself. You deserve this information. You deserve to be here every night and to get all of the information in this workshop. And so I really want to help encourage you to prioritize yourself so that you can have the information you need to make these choices. These are not easy choices about dealing with hpv. It's not easy choices of what you're going to do next. But I want to give you the information so you can make those decisions a little bit easier. Right? It's always easier to make decisions when we have information to work with. And usually we're not getting that information on. I don't, I'm finding you're not likely to get that information from the standard medical care. So I'm not to say that there's. I'm not against standard care. I definitely think you, you, you need standard care. I'm going to get to this in my slides. So it's not either or. It's about use standard medical care for what they do best and what your insurance covers. Like, they can do a Pap smear, they can do a colposcopy. It's going to get covered by insurance. Use them for what they provide. But if you want something additional outside of that, you're going to need to choose that in addition. So you have the best of both worlds in front of you to take better care of you. Right. It's. We're not used to taking care of ourselves, prioritizing ourselves. And this is another thing I'm going to be teaching you. How do we start prioritizing ourselves, our time, our energy, our finances, how do we prioritize ourselves to take better care of ourselves? And so that's what we're going to be doing this week is really learning how to do that. So I encourage you to set everything else aside. Plan on 7 Eastern for an hour each night this week. You deserve that, and I'm excited to be here teaching you that. I've been again, practicing for over 22 years. And I like, I love to write. Maybe some of you have seen. I've written five books and I love to write blogs and I do podcasting. So if any of you haven't seen that, please, you know, I have tons of information available on my website. And, And I'm also a mom, by the way. My. My daughter's 20 years old. I'm a single mom, so I'm, it's, you know, I don't have a second income in my life. For example. This is me and what I do. And, and I also love animals. And most of my investment goes back into helping take care of patients and helping take care of my animals.
I specialize in helping people who are not getting helped otherwise. This is my passion. Like, I look for what are the things that someone else hasn't figured out yet, and that's where I'm helping. How do we really solve situations that aren't getting solved? Things like abnormal pap smears and hpv. I also do a lot of work with preventing miscarriages, for example, and other medical conditions that people haven't been getting help with. And I love to also.
Do a lot of publicity. So you'll see that I'm just. Again, to me, it's. I want the information out there. I think that's the only way that change is going to happen is if. If I get over any. Believe me, I have all kinds of insecurities. I've had to do a lot just to feel comfortable speaking like this on a video. But I get past those. Those insecurities because I know the information needs to get out there. And my patients have begged me, when women work with me and they get such positive results, they say to me, Dr. Donnie, share this information with other women. And so I had to be like, okay, let me figure out how it's possible to share this with more women and reach people around the world on different time zones and different locations. Because this, we can change the way the system is now. We can make a change. And each one of you being present here today tells me that change is happening and change is possible here, for example. And I'm going to be sharing a lot of success cases with you this week because I want you to pick. I want you to know that it's possible. I Want you to see what I've seen. This is. I'm not just making this up. I want you to see, like these are the women who I'm working with and what they're saying and why I'm here sharing this with all of you. This, this patient saying, I was so stressed when I first called Dr. Donnie, I found her online and only knew that I wanted to address hpv. So maybe some of you can relate to that, right? But she didn't know who to trust. Working with Dr. Donnie changed my life. Not only did we get my pap smear to negative, but she also helped me to get pregnant and have a healthy baby. I just wish more women knew about this option. So here's another example, just case. And believe me, I'm going to spend much more time. I want you to understand.
How these women are being successful, right? How did she do it? What did she have to do to get her pap smeared and negative? That's what if I, if it was. If I were you, that's the question I'd be asking. Well, what did that woman do? And I would want to follow exactly in her footsteps because she did it. So if you do the same thing she did, you should get to the same success. And that's what I've seen, is the more I document what works, the more women that I can help. And so I've. That's what I've been doing is documenting exactly what works. And that's what I'm going to be telling you about is what works. So you don't have to guess. You don't have to recreate the wheel. You don't. You shouldn't have to do this on yourself, on your own. You didn't have to get a doctorate degree in Nature Biologic medicine. You shouldn't have to see thousands of patients. You've got other things you're doing in your life, right? Do what you love and what you do in your life. And then I can just say to you, here's what I've seen work for these other women. For example, here's a woman who is 30 years old and she has. I'm going to teach you how to read this. I don't know if you all have your pap and colposcopy results on hand, but I want to encourage you, if you don't already have your results tomorrow, the first thing on your to do list is call your doctor's office and ask them to send you a copy of your results. Because the doctor's office doesn't always send you your results, but I believe that you should have a copy of your pap and colposcopy results and you should know how to read it. So I'm going to teach you how to read it, starting with this one. You see what we're looking at there? This is a colposcopy. They're saying they did a biopsy at 12 o'. Clock. If you think of a clock, 12 o' clock is at the top of the cervix, right? The cervix is usually sort of round or oval, and then the endocervix is right inside the opening of the cervix. So they're saying they did a biopsy at 12 o' clock and it was high grade or CIN2. I'm going to teach you what that means. And then the endocervix, it was atypical cells. Okay? So she, this patient came to me last year. She worked with me. She followed in the footsteps of the women who were successful. She did exactly what I recommended that she do. And within three months, HPV tested negative. And her, those CIN2 highly abnormal cells were completely gone. All that was left is atypical, atypical squamous cells, which means there was a teeny bit of inflammation left, but the abnormal cells were gone and the HPV was gone. So how did that, how did that happen in three months? What did she have to do? Right, that's what I'm asking. And I'm thinking that's what you're ask. No matter what your result is, no matter what kind of hpv, I've seen every kind of hpv, no matter how abnormal the cells, let's get these abnormal cells gone and let's get the HPV to get to negative. Because if HPV is negative, it can cause cancer. Only if HPV is testing positive can it cause cancer. So our goal, this is another. If any of you are taking notes, you're writing in your notes, your goal is for HPV to be negative. Because when HPV is negative, it cannot cause cancer. That's our goal. There isn't a test that shows us that it's completely absent. Like people will say, oh, doctors will say, well, is it just dormant? How do we, what language can we use around that? Well, there's not a test that shows us that, is it. The testing that's available only can say, is that virus positive? Is there, can they see signs of the virus being positive? Or is this virus negative? What we want is we want it to test negative, because when it's negative, it cannot cause cancer. Right? So that's what you're going for, negative. And you want to keep it that way. And we want these cells to be either negative or as low as possible. Let me show you what I mean. Let me get down into this. I think you guys got these, a few important points from me. What I'm sharing with you is based on my research, my clinical experience over a couple decades of practice with all different ages and all different types of hpv. Because a lot of times women will say to me, well, what about if I'm this old? Or what if I've had HPV for this many years? Or what if I have. I don't have 16 or 18, but I have a different kind of HPV. What I'm telling you right now is I've worked with all different kinds of ages, different lengths of time, and all different kinds of hpv. And I've been successful at addressing all of them. Okay, so if you're ever want, if you're wondering, well, what about my specific scenario? Likely I'm going to say, I've been there and I've addressed it already.
So, yes, we need to do pap smears and colposcopies because how else are we going to know there's abnormal cells or not? So again, we need conventional care. We need what a standard Pap smear and colposcopy can give us. We need that information. But we just have to recognize that that's all that it is. It doesn't have a way to prevent HPV from causing cancer. So we need to come up with a different way to do that. But what I'm telling you is I have found a way. I've over a couple decades of doing this, day in and day out, I've figured out how to address HPV and keep it negative. So that's what I'm teaching you. That's what I have this protocol to be able to tell you about. To do it, we have to think outside the box. It's not just going to be, oh, take this one thing. I'm going to tell you more about this today. We have to be thinking more broadly than that. We have to be thinking, why are you susceptible to this virus to begin with? So let me get into that piece before that. A lot of patient people come to this workshop and they say, well, you know, we're kind of stuck with, oh, I had sex with this person, or my partner had sex, or there's a Lot of questions about being exposed to this virus because of sex. Right? Obviously, it is transmitted by sex. So of course, if you have hpv, it's because of. It was transmitted from sex. But what I also want to encourage you to remember is that you're a human and humans have sex, so you shouldn't feel bad. I don't think about having sex. And it doesn't help to focus on your exposure to this virus from a partner in the past, because it's already there right now. I know that maybe there's some you might have had. Believe me, I get it. I've been in difficult relationships myself, too. So I understand that we go through difficult relationships with humans in our life, and we are, as humans, we're gonna have sex and we're gonna get exposed to this virus. But what I can tell you is that I've worked with women who had one partner, one sexual partner, and they still got HPV and abnormal cells. So it's not about. Don't. Don't be hard on yourself if you've had more than one sexual partner, because it's not because of that. Someone with one sexual partner can get hpv. So what I'm going to be teaching you is that it's not about exposure to the virus. Yes, of course we most all get exposed. The research shows we most all get exposed to this virus at some point in our life. Yes, we got exposed to the virus, but most all of us are going to be exposed to this virus. That's not the cause of the abnormal cells. The cause of the abnormal cells is the reason I think I want you to be here for this workshop. I want you to be saying, why is it that this virus is causing problems in your body? Because it doesn't. 90% of people are exposed to HPV, and it doesn't cause abnormal cells. So what's making you susceptible and have it. You don't have to stop having sex. This is what I meant. A lot of people are like, well, do I? Can I have sex with my partner? What's going to happen? You're going to learn from me. You don't have to stop having sex now. You might choose to wait to have sex until you deal with this, but that's not going to. Having sex is not going to slow your ability to fend off this virus. And I'm going to be teaching you how. I feel so confident saying that. Okay, so why the three reasons why the holistic path is best. One, yes, this virus can cause cancer. And plus, there's no medication to treat it. So really, the holistic healing path is the only healing path. Because the conventional path, there is no way to treat hpv. They don't have a way to kill hpv. There's no medication. Even if you do a leap or you do a surgery, you could have a hysterectomy. It doesn't kill hpv. The virus is still there. So definitely the holistic path is better because at least it's giving you an option to treat this hpv. Right. But I like to emphasize that because the doctors don't tell you that. A lot of times you might go in and then you're getting these procedures and the doctor's not even saying to you that their procedures is not going to kill the virus. So I want you to know, yes, you can go get a leep, yes, you could go get a hysterectomy, but it's not going to kill the virus. The abnormal cells can come back again. So to me, that's not a complete solution. I want you to have a complete solution. So let's understand this virus a little better. For those of you who maybe need this, haven't had this information in front of you is that we talk about HPV as if it's one thing, but there's actually more than 100 different kinds of HPV. Some of them don't cause cancer, some of them cause warts on your hand, some of them cause genital warts, and some of them are more associated with cancer. Cervical cancer is most often associated with hpv. There's only a few couple other reasons to get cervical cancer that are not related to hpv. So if there's abnormal cells, it's likely it was caused by hpv. It also doesn't just cause cervical cancer. HPV can cause vaginal cancer, it can cause rectal cancer, it can cause oral cancer, it can cause can cause penile cancer for men. So this virus can cause cancer in other places. So, yes, we need to do something about it. And okay, most all of us are exposed. It can cause cancer. This is something that I think we should all be familiar with in learning about and figuring out how to prevent it from causing cancer. Right. That's why I want you to know what I've seen in my practice and in my research. So what does it mean when you have a positive hpv? It means the virus is present and it's able to potentially cause abnormal cells. It doesn't mean that it's definitely going to cause abnormal cells potentially able to cause Abnormal cells. And yes, if it's positive on a test, you could expose another person to it. Right? So if you know you're HPV positive, you could be exposing your partner, but in all likelihood your doc, your partner might have already been exposed.

This.
Is what I was referring to a second ago.
90% of people who are positive for HPV clear the virus on their own within two years. The research shows this over and over again. Here's a study over and over again. The Studies show that 90% of humans.
The body can fend off this virus on its own without anything, without any intervention. It can fend it off within two years by itself. This is why for a lot of you, if you just tested positive to HPV and you didn't have any abnormal cells, your practitioner might say come back in a year because they know that it could just go away on its own. Your body might just fend it off on its own. And so the doctor says, well come back in a year and let's see. But when the women that I talk to are like, wait a minute, you want me to just come back in a year? Like what am I supposed to do for a whole year wondering if this virus is going to cause cancer? I don't feel comfortable with that, right? But that's why the doctor says, because they don't have a treatment and they know that it might go away on its own. So yeah, you could wait out the year. And you go in, many of you maybe have waited out year, two years, three years, four years. Now you're like, oh my gosh, now it's been four years or seven years and you're like, the virus is not going away, so you're not in the 90%, you're in the 10%. 10% of people HPV stays positive more than two years and it can cause cancer. So you go, oh, okay, I ended up in the 10% that this virus didn't just my body just didn't fend it off on its own. What's the next question? Well, the next question I ask is why. Why are you in the 10% that this virus is still there? Why are you not in the 90% where it went away? What's the difference between the person who went, it went away, their body fought it off, and the person whose body didn't fight it off? What's the difference? Because if we can take the person who's in the 10% and give them their body the support it needs to get into the 90% now, you're no longer at risk of cancer. That's the question I've said to myself for the past couple decades, and I've over and over, I tried different things. I read the research, I implement different doses, I try different products and different scenarios, and I develop suppositories and I develop different protocols and I go, here's how I help patients get from the 10% into the 90%. And actually in my case now, you know, everybody's in the, in the, it's no, it's more than 90% there. It's, now I can get it to where there's 0% who have long lasting HPV and cancer risk. That's, that's what I see in my practice. So that's what I want all of you to be able to benefit from too.
You see what I mean? That's really what we're doing here. We're getting you into the percentage where your body can protect you. You see the difference here? It's not just about exposure risk. It's not just about these patients. They go back to having sex. I say to them, it's okay if you get re exposed to HPV because now your body knows how to protect you from it. I want to get to the point where your body knows how to protect you from this virus, even if you're exposed again because it doesn't have to be about recent exposure. When you test positive for HPV, it could be that you were exposed 20 years ago and it just showed up positive.
And by the way, I always like to mention this because I get asked this question a lot. HPV is not transmitted to the baby, even during vaginal birth. Whereas other viruses, that is an issue. HSV virus, for example. But with hpv, if you deliver a baby vaginally with positive hpv, it's not harmful to the baby, as far as we know.
And I always like to say, you don't have to stop having sex. There's actually studies that show that it didn't. Having. Continuing to have sex didn't worsen the risk of cancer.
But I know that for a lot of you, you're in a position of like, oh my gosh, I'm afraid to have sex right now because I don't want to expose my partner and I don't want to have this convers with my new partner. How am I supposed to talk about this? And we don't have clear societal standards of how to talk about this. And so sometimes if you talk about it with a new relationship, then other person isn't familiar, they might get freaked out. And then you're like, oh my gosh, now what? How am I supposed to be in a relationship? And do I say something? Do I not say something? So I know that's why a lot of people come to me and they say, Dr. Donnie, help me get this addressed so that I can have it negative and I don't have to have this conversation in my next relationship, right? And I talk to women around the world who live in places where there are some really scary stereotypes around sex and hpv, where actually being positive for HPV could be extremely harmful to their livelihood.
I think that should be changed because obviously men and women get hpv. Most all of us are exposed to it. There shouldn't be negative stereotypes and stigmas about hpv, but there are still. And if any of you have been affected negatively, affected by those stigmas, I'm here to help you heal from that too. What are the symptoms? Most times with HPV that's causing abnormal cells, there are no symptoms. You wouldn't even know it's there. That's sometimes why it's so freaky when you get the doctor's call and it's like, oh, you have positive hpv. You're like, I didn't know, I don't have any. There's no symptoms. There's no discharge, there's no pain. You wouldn't know other than going in for the Pap. And the doctors don't always test for hpv, by the way. It's tested on a Pap smear. With a Pap smear, but the Pap smear is just looking for the abnormal cells, they have to separately order the test for hpv. And years past, they never ordered that test, hardly ever. Only if you had abnormal cells did they test for hpv. But now more of the standard around the world I'm seeing is more doctors are testing for HPV whether you have abnormal cells or not. So I actually think more people are being diagnosed with HPV because the doctors are testing for it more now.
But they're not usually testing men. Although I have heard from some men in different areas of the world where they are more likely to test for hpv. Or men could do their own personal test for hpv, but it's not standard care under insurance for men to be tested for hpv. But the scary thing is that means that men only find out that they have HPV when they get cancer. They get oral cancer is most likely. Then they find out they have hpv, that's worse. Luckily for women, if we do a pap smear, we can find out before it leads to. Before it turns into cancer. Right. So we put ourselves through these exams. We were just talking about this in my. I run a twice monthly live group for women who are addressing hpv. Isn't that so cool? And they get to get together and talk about this with each other and support each other. And we're talking today about how do you prepare for a gyna exam, how do you get through a gyna exam without being traumatized and how do you recover after any kind of gynecological procedure we talk about. Those are the things we talk about in the programs that I offer for women. This is what it looks like, your anatomy. And I encourage all of you to just, if I'm only showing this for a moment so, you know, become familiar with your own anatomy. This is a part of our body that we don't always. We only share maybe with our intimate partners and the gynecologist. But I encourage you to kind of be more accepting and familiar with your own body and understand this is what a pap smear is. They're taking cells from the cervix and looking under a microscope and saying, how do those cells look? Do they look like healthy cells? Healthy cells look like the ones here on the left. They're nice and pink and round.
And if the cells start to look abnormal, so they start to look a little bit odd shape or the nucleus, this, the thing in the middle gets bigger and darker. Those are signs that the cells looking more like a cancer cell. Right. So it goes from. And they have different Names for this. Every different lab uses different terminology. I've seen every kind of different. Even though this gynecological standards have standard naming, they don't always follow that. So one lab might call it CIN one and another lab might call that low grade dysplasia or lcsil. LS lil. Different labs use different terminology, but they're essentially saying, is it a mild abnormality or CIN1, or is it starting to look a little more abnormal like CIN2, or is it getting to be CIN3? Now after CIN3, it goes to what's called carcinoma in situ, which is right before it turns into cancer cells. Okay. And if it's cervical cancer versus vaginal cancer, you'll see vein for vaginal. The vaginal cells could get cancer. This is the thing. Sometimes women go through having a hysterectomy, having their cervix removed, and then the virus is still there, and the virus can cause vaginal cancer.
Here you are thinking, I'm taking care of this by having these procedures done. And.
The doctors have no way to kill it. The virus causes cancer in different types of cells, like vaginal cells. Think of it like there's a spectrum of abnormality. It's going from zero, which is healthy cells, to ascus, which is a little bit inflammation on the cells. Maybe that's level one. And then cancer is all the way up here at like level 6. So most cases we're not identifying it when it's already at level six at cancer. We're identifying it when it's somewhere before cancer. And this is what the doctor's thinking is, they're saying, well, is it just slightly abnormal and we can wait a little longer and see if it goes away, or is it more abnormal and we better remove these abnormal cells before they turn into cancer. Even if they remove the abnormal cells, the abnormal cells can come back again. So I'm here to teach you, how do you prevent those abnormal cells from coming back again? I even work with women who've had cervical cancer, had to go through chemo and radiation. And they come to me and say, Dr. Donnie, I don't want this to happen again. Because they realize it can happen again. We work on making sure that virus cannot cause cancer again.
What do your test results look like? This is what again. If some of you have already your test results, I want you to pull it out, but you want it to say satisfactory for interpretation. It should say that they saw the endocervical cells. It should say if they saw any abnormal cells, and it should say if they saw HPV or not. If they did the test for hpv. Some labs test the actual strains of hpv and some labs don't. So you just have to see with your lab, did they test for it? Here's an example, right? It says satisfactory. It says they were atypical squamous cells. This is inflammation on the cells, and it says HPAV detected. Okay, so it. But this one doesn't say which type of hpv. Sometimes they say it, sometimes they don't. To me, it doesn't really matter what type of hpv, because no matter what kind of hpv, I'm going to be able to address it anyway.
Okay, so this is a lot I just want to take. And we have just, you know, maybe 15 minutes left today's session. And I have more I want to show you, but I really want you. I want all of us to be on the same page of where are you starting from? Because what I find is if we're going to be strategic about helping you address this virus, you and I need to know, where are you starting from? Right? If you want to go from point A to point B with anything in life, you have to know where's point A. Like, if you're in the mall and you're trying to go to the store, you have to know, here's where I am now, right? The sign that says, you are here. And then we can get you to where you're trying to go. So today our goal is where are you now? So you need to get your test results and be like, where am I starting from? Including. I encourage you to think about your health and your life and what you've already been implementing. What have you been eating? What supplements have you been taking? What are your blood work like? Where are you starting from? What is your point A? Because if I'm going to help you get to point B, I need to know where you're starting from so that we have to do something different if you're doing the same thing. What's the definition of insanity? Right? They say if you do the same thing, you're going to have the same outcome. So we have to identify something you're going to do differently in order to have a different outcome. If you want to get out of the 10% of people who have HPV and abnormal cells, you're gonna have to do something different. I'm here to help you figure out what to do different. And that's tomorrow. Tomorrow we're gonna be Going into what is it that's making you susceptible to this virus? Why are you susceptible to this virus? So I can start helping you plan out your next steps. If we don't, we have to be strategic about this in order to be successful. That's what I ended up figuring out, is that to help you be most successful, I need to help you be strategic for your case. It's not the same for everyone. We're not all the same. The reason one person has HPV and abnormal cells is not the same for the next person. So we have to have a protocol that builds in individuality. That's what I got to teach you in the next several days, what that's making you as an individual susceptible to this virus so that you can make the changes to create a different outcome. Right. Okay. So reason number two, to follow this path. We already know there's no medication, but there is a holistic path to treat this virus. You can grow new healthy cells in your cervix. You can help your immune system fend off the virus. And by the way, if any of you do have CIN 2 or 3, there is another alternative to a LEEP procedure called escharotics. So if that is your situation, if you have CIN 2 or 3, please contact me directly. I mean, I'm inviting all of you, all of you to set up a 10 minute call with me. This is a free 10 minute call that I offer to everyone who's wanting more information about what do your results mean and what are your options for going forward. Okay, so, so I'm put this in the email to you guys. So check your email. You have the link. Set up the 10 minute call so I can. And you're going to submit your results to me or at least write it on a piece of paper, take a picture and send me that so I can see what we're dealing with. I have to know where we're starting from in order to be able to say to you, here's your best options for going forward. And if you have CIN 2 or 3, then escharotics are an option that I offer through my office. That's an alternative to the LEEP procedure. I just want you to know that's an option. I have also sent all of you a link to my HPV dysplasia guide. I'm going to make sure you saw that it's a PDF so you can open it on your computer or your device. And I want you to know that it's not just about Taking hcc, I can't tell you how many people are like, oh, I'm taking ahcc. Okay, well I understand that they do a lot of marketing for AHCC on the Internet. I understand there's a lot of research on it because the company that patented AHCC is funding a lot of research on is effective for they say 75% effective in the research studies, but it's not 100% effective for everyone. It's expensive and it may even require that you take high doses of AHCC for the rest of your life. So to me I'm like, that's not a perfect solution, right? So I'm not gonna say to you to just take a whole bunch of ahcc. That's not the, to me, that's not a solution. A solution is a way to help your body heal, learn how to protect you from HPV in a sustainable way over time. That's the solution to me, right? So that's what I'm going for. I'm not going to just say to you, oh, you just have to take a whole bunch of AHCC forever. Yes, I offer AHCC through my online store on my website. You can get it there. But, but that's not the whole, that's not the main thing I'm going to do. I'm going to look at the research and say what's the evidence on all these other vitamins? And I'm going to then, and what's all the research on all these different herbs? There's a lot of different herbs and nutrients and diet changes and so many other things that can help us fend off hpv. But the question becomes what's the right dose? What's the dose that's effective? What's the best product and how long do I have to take it? Right?
So this is why, this is what I try. I had to, takes me a couple decades. And I started off by being trained by Dr. Tori Hudson, who's a well known author and naturopathic doctor who I trained with and she taught me her best doses and products and for how long and then I implemented that over the years to find what is, what's the best, most strategic, most effective, most efficient way to do this. And that's what I, that's what I have, that's what I'm going to be teaching you more about this week. And in my, and this is what I work when I work with people one on one and in my programs, this is what I teach them because I, the most common mistake I see is that people aren't taking a high quality product or the best clinical dose. And I don't want you wasting time, I don't want you wasting six months or a year taking too low of a dose and you're not effective. And you go back and HPV is still positive and you're like, well, I took the whatever and it, I took it for six months or a year and it still didn't go away. Well, that's because you weren't at a clinical dose of this best quality product. That's why I established, I go through all the expense and to be able to set up, I have to set up accounts with these companies and prove that I have a license and then I have to set up a, all these standards in my website to make it possible for you to be able to even order these products from me. But they are available on my website. You can get some of my favorite HPV supported products. You could get them today right there. But this week I'm going to be teaching you why are these the supplements that have come to the top of my list for solutions?
And then what are your, what are your next steps to be able to implement these supplements for your body? How do you know how to do that and to know that it's not just even about taking the supplements. It's not just about these five supplements. It's that we need to look at your whole body, your whole health. We have to take a holistic perspective. Because my goal is not just to get your HPV to negative. I want to keep it that way. I want you to have HPV negative and prevent cancer for the rest of your life. So I have high goals. Maybe I don't even know if any of you came into this with those goals, right? You might have just been like, I just want to get rid of this abnormal Pap I had last month. My goal for you is you get rid of the abnormal Pap, you get rid of the HPV and you keep it that way so you don't have to keep going back for more tests and colposcopies and whatever. You shouldn't have to do that and you shouldn't. How are we going to do that? It's not about avoiding sex, right? So I put here, how do we do it? Because a lot of people will say to me, well, I just won't have sex. Well, you could just not have sex. But still the virus is there and it can still cause abnormal cells. So that's not the solution. And it's not just Take AHCC forever either. I don't think that's a good solution. I mean, HCC is great. I love mushrooms. But that's not the solution we need, okay? We need a proven protocol that's worked over and over and over again. That's what we. And not only that, that we can improve your whole health in the process. My patients, I always say to them, when you're working with me, if you're. If you're menstruating, my protocol is going to improve your fertility. You're more likely to get pregnant when. On my HPV protocol because I'm helping your health overall. Women who are postmenopausal, you're already going to be preventing heart disease, diabetes, dementia, because we're helping you be healthier in the process. But what we have to ask ourselves, and this is what I want to wrap up with today, I want you to start thinking of this. What is it that's making you susceptible to this virus? What is it? Why is this virus hanging around in your body? And if you're like, I'm not comfortable waiting around to see if it's going to cause cancer, then we have to start asking, what are the strategies that are going to be enough for your body to fend off hpv? And what I find. And this is what we're gonna be doing tomorrow, so don't miss this. We're gonna be going into what's. I'm gonna help you figure out why you're susceptible to this virus. Set your alarm. What I do is I put an alarm on my phone for, you know, put it for 6.55 Eastern. So you guys are. So you guys are here. And of course, we'll send the recordings. The recordings are available till next Tuesday night, but. And you can jump in anytime. If you miss one day, come the next day. Please just. I just want you to come and get more information and start thinking about this and prioritizing yourself. And I congratulate you for being here now, but keep showing up for yourself. You deserve this. This is possible. But what I can tell you is one of the biggest susceptibilities I've identified is stress and fear. And what I see is that stress and fear of HPV perpetuates your susceptibility to hpv. You see what I mean? So the more stressed you are about this virus, the more susceptible you are to the virus. So we have to figure out this vicious cycle of anxiety and shame and stress, which is so high. The research shows that so many women experience Anxiety, fear and stress. And then 70% of women have impaired sex life and 20% have relationship issues. It has a high psychosexual impact on women. This virus and the common anxieties. I mean, I would love to hear all of you, please write about Journal tonight. What are your fears? Am I going to get cancer? Is this going to affect my relationship? Is this going to affect my ability to have a baby? Write them down. Because I'm here this week. I'm going to be helping you address this huge elephant in the room, which is fear of hpv. Because what I can tell you is if I can help you with the fear and stress around HPV already, I'm helping you fend off this virus because the stress of the virus, the virus loves it when you're stressed about this virus. So if I can teach you how to not be stressed about it, but you're going to be proactive, you're going to be empowered, you're going to feel like, I know what to do to get this virus to leave me alone.
Then you're already way ahead of this strategy. But then you might be saying to yourself, what else do I need to do? Do I need to make diet changes? Do I need to do a detox? Do I need to take certain supplements? Do I need to do vaginal suppositories? Do I. I need to do. What do I need to do? And this is the key. I'm going to be teaching this week. How do you know how much you need to implement to be enough to fend off hpv? And I'm going to be showing you what I've seen in my practice, what was enough, what gets patients to. How can I say that? More than 90% of patients who follow my protocol. It's really 100% of patients. But I am being conservative here because I want you to see, like, like.
The people who follow my protocol and follow exactly what I teach them to do, they get to 100% resolution and they keep it that way. So that's what I want to help you answer these questions. Why? Why is it happening to you? And what do you have to do to get it to change? And that's what we're going to be up to this week, right? Are you guys with me? You're like, I'm ready, I'm there. I'm going to do this. I mean, I'm hoping I've got you, like, thinking differently than you were thinking before, first of all, thinking that it's possible to heal your cervix. Thinking it's possible to get HPV to negative and keep it that way. Thinking it's possible to prioritize yourself and give your body what it needs to heal and to figure out what's making you susceptible in the first place. So make sure if any of you have not yet set up a 10 minute call with me. We put extra time in my schedule this week week so that I have time to meet with all of you. So please set up your 10 minute calls if you haven't already. There is a workbook. You can use the workbook. It helps you to just get this information and there's homework in there if you'd like to implement. By the way, what we're also doing is for those of you who show up live, you're being entered in to receive a $25 gift certificate to purchase supplements in my online store. So when you, those of you who are live here today, you're getting entered to for today's session. And each day I'm going to have a new drawing for everybody who was there that day to to be entered into receive $25, $25 in the store. And I'm also doing an overall prize for the whole week for people who show up all five days. You're going to be entered into receive a discount on my 12 week program. So if some of you are thinking, oh, maybe I want to do Dr. Donnie's program, but I'm, you know, I want, you know, maybe you feel like, oh, I wish I could have more of a discount. When you come live, you already are being entered to receive a discount on that program. Okay, so come, that's my encouragement to say come live. I want you. I'm saying this because I feel like if you're gonna get so much more if you are here with me, so that's why we set it up that way. And definitely if you don't already have a copy of your Pap and Colposki results, well then get that. And if you have questions that maybe if you don't feel comfortable, I see there's a big chat that I haven't gotten to. I'll look at here and see if I can answer some of your questions. Now if some of you can stay, I'll answer some questions. If you have more questions, you can also contact my office. There's my assistants, Melissa and Ashley. They are there to help you answer questions. They're familiar with all of this. They, this is what we do. They help women with this all day long. So nothing you ask is going to sound weird to them. Just ask and they can help you figure out what you need to know. Okay, so it's it's the same email address that all the emails from me come to. By the way if you aren't seeing emails from me make sure you check your junk folder and tell your computer that you want to get the messages from me. So make sure you go in your email and make sure you're getting emails from me. You should have gotten reminders today and you should get an email tomorrow with a link to the recording. So make sure you're getting these emails and if not then tell us so you know we want you in the loop. We want you feeling that you're this is where you're welcome. We're here to help you.
