Dr. Donnie Wilson struggled for decades to solve her numerous health issues and heal her body. But with focused determination, she healed herself. And in doing so, she discovered the Dr. Donnie stress recovery Protocol. On this show, you're going to hear from doctors, nutritionists, and Experts along with Dr. Donnie, who will give practical advice and wisdom to help heal your body. This is how humans heal.
Hi, and welcome to how humans heal. I'm Dr. Donnie Wilson, and today I'm going to be interviewing Michelle Burke. She is the Hot Mess Alchemist, and she is author of Hot Mess Magic. So I'm just going to let Michelle tell you all about that and what she does. I'm really excited about this conversation. Thanks for joining me, Michelle.
Thanks for having me. Um, so, yeah, I live by this philosophy that each and every one of us is a hot mess, whether we want to admit it or not. Um, and it's through those low points in our lives that we grow, we transform, we learn the most.
And as you know, the Hot Mess Alchemist, I help you.
Heal. Oh, from the inside out.
Because we take so much focus on the outside and, you know, changing our outside world, you know, bringing in. Let's bring in more abundance, prosperity, money, clients, et cetera. And then we sit there and we wonder, well, wait, I'm doing all the things that everyone says to do. I'm working with the coach. I'm reading the right books. I'm doing my meditations and my affirmations and my intentions and my mantras and everything else. But why isn't staff shifting.
So you will go shift from within?
Within?
It's so beautiful. And maybe even start by telling us, like, how did you get to doing this? How did you yourself transform into the work you're doing?
So I have a background in science. I was a middle school science teacher, and I realized that teaching to the test was crushing my soul.
And I was in that part of my spiritual awakening and just quit. I quit my teaching job and moved with nothing lined up and started a business all at the same time, because that's what a normal person does.
Sometimes. We hit those moments in our lives, right? I mean, I think that's probably not too uncommon, that it's like, it might be festering under the surface, so. So that we can kind of keep going. But then at a certain point, we just wake up one day and we're like, I cannot do this another day. Would you like that?
Yeah, it was. That's exactly the way that it was. And I. At first I thought it was the school that I was teaching in, because I was teaching in a school for.
Trouble students, you know, socially, emotionally, and behaviorally disturbed students. So, you know, it was a tough population, you know, to work with.
But I quit, I moved and I took a one year maternity leave replacement. And it was during. In a public school, and it was being back in that public school environment that I just realized it's not teaching, it's me.
So even change schools, even though I changed.
Yeah.
You're like, I still. Still is not fitting for me.
It's still not fit exactly. Something's not right. It's not fitting for me. I'm like, it's me. Like, it. Oh. And that's where I. Well, the first business that I had, I started with a network marketing company. So I shifted and put all of my focus into that network marketing company, and that was where I started. As I was growing and expanding and shifting and transforming, so did the business that I had, which has led me to where I am now.
And were you at that time, I'm just curious, were you doing some work on yourself? Like, had you been kind of like maybe doing some emotional processing or connecting with yourself more?
I was starting to, yeah. I was in the beginning stages of my spiritual awakening, my Kundalini awakening, and, you know, really realized that Brothers Maya needed to move. My mom kept saying to me, it feels like you're running away from something. It feels like you're running away from something. I'm like, no, I'm not. I'm not. I'm not. But as I look back at it, I was running away from a life that no longer served me. A life that I had outgrown. Relationships, friendships that I had outgrown.
Yeah. And I think that's. That's the thing, is if you are a person who is growing emotionally sometimes then and becoming. Becoming more aware of yourself and your passion, then you start to realize, hey, I'm not. I'm not. That my life doesn't match me anymore.
Yes. And it's stepping into that new version of yourself.
Now, is that the definition of a hot mess? Would you say? Like, what's the definition of a hot mess?
Um, I look at the definition of a hot mess. Oh. As someone who can see so many different definitions, but, you know, when you're going through something or like, life just feels like it's being turned upside down left. Right. The image that's coming to my mind right now is, is if you're in a snow globe.
And when someone has picked up the snow globe and is shaking it and, like, everything is all around you, it's like you just want the dust to settle.
Limbo. You're, like, almost in limbo.
Exactly, right.
It's like you're flat. Things are changing, but you don't know where you're going to land, huh?
Exactly, Exactly. It's the same thing, like, with the snow glob. You don't know when everything is gonna settle down at the bottom.
Now, how long ago was this for you? Like, how long was that?
So this was.
2012, so I taught.
Or how long did the whole process take, would you say?
So.
Now, in 2012 is when I was the last. The 2012, 2013 school year was the last school year that I taught at the private school. And then the 2013, 2014 school year was the last school year that I officially taught.
And then it's. Then it's been this transformation process in the meantime of learning about yourself. But it sounds like also learning that you wanted to be able to help others in the same situation is somewhat.
Yeah, I've always been someone who loves helping people. I mean, as a teacher, you kind of have to have that option of wanting to help others, and that was where I was. I get great joy and great pleasure when I see an individual gain that clarity. Watching them go through that transformation process. When that light bulb goes off for you and you're like, oh, my God, Michelle, I just realized.
It's like, yes, yes, yes.
Like, I realized this, oh, three weeks ago, and I was waiting for you to catch up to where I was, you know, put all the pieces together. That's what, like, lights me up is when someone connects the dots and starts to gain that clarity and starts to see their life coming together and seeing the shifts that are taking place within them in their life.
And it's. I mean, if some. Some people who might be listening be. Might. You know, sometimes they kind of sound scary, too, because we're. We're even. As much as we might be unhappy or in pain emotionally or physically in our lives and not happy with our job, for example, or where we're living, we were so familiar with that. Considering a change can feel scary. Is that as you find that a lot of people describe that.
Yeah, a lot of people do get that scare or that scared feeling because, like you said, we're so used to being in our comfort zones.
But change doesn't happen in a comfort zone. And it's our ego that's keeping us safe. It's doing its job. Our ego's job is to protect us and to keep us safe. Doing its job, keeping us in our comfort zone. But we have to reach that point where we get real raw and honest with ourselves and sit down and have that conversation with our ego, thanking it for doing its job, for keeping us safe and saying, well, I'm gonna do this anyway. I was like, when the kid wants to venture out and the parents like, no, no, no, like, you're gonna get hurt. You're gonna get hurt. He's like, I'll be fine, mom.
I'll be fine, mom.
I was like, the kid ventures off, does what they're, you know, whatever crazy thing it was they wanted to do, and they're totally fine. I was like, you gotta let your ego know that I'm gonna be fine. I'm gonna do this anyway, whether you want me to or not. And just taking the. Taking that leap. And now for some people, it's taking that big leap. And for other people, they feel more comfortable just doing it, you know, Baby steps.
Yeah. It's good to know that that's also possible, right? That you can kind of go, let me make one change at a time. And kind of. You might have the bigger vision in mind, but you might be like, okay, let me just get head that direction little by little.
Little by little. Yeah. Because when we start, for some people, when we start doing.
Big changes right away, it shocks our system and we can put ourselves because it doesn't feel safe in our bodies. And that's where if we do certain things small steps at a time, it starts to feel safe and comfortable in the body. Because our body knows, okay, nothing bad is going to happen. And then we can take those, those bigger. Those bigger steps.
Are there tools? Because I think you. You work with. With people to help them through this. Yes. Right. And what are the tools that you use that you find are helping people? You know, once they kind of say, you know what I'm. I know I need to make some change in my life, but I just need some guidance how to do it. I'm curious how what you find is you. And I'm sure it varies from person to person, but what do you find is helpful?
Um, yeah, it does vary from person to person. I use a lot of meditation.
And then what I like to call body set because we're so focused on mindset, but diving deeper into body and connecting the body to the mind, not the other way around. Like we think mind body, but let's switch it and do body to mind.
I like that.
And connecting inward with our bodies and our nervous systems and what feels, what feelings are coming up. And then also utilizing different aspects within traditional Chinese medicine and pressure points and looking at. Oh, if you're telling me that you're struggling to let go.
Oh, letting go is, Issues with letting go is all stored in the large intestines.
So I'm going to give you a large, you know, the large intestine point, you know, drug and we'll, you know, talk through different things that are coming up, like as you're rubbing that point. And some people will say, I mean I've even experienced it myself as to, oh well we, I can start to feel a little movement going on down there. It was like, that's good. It was like, don't be surprised if you know, later on today, you know, you're heading to the bathroom. Like really? It's like, yeah, it's letting go. You're letting go of what no longer serves you. You're letting go. You're starting to move that stagnant energy within your body and releasing things that no longer serve you, which is the role of our, you know, intestinal system to release the waste. What no longer serves us.
That's amazing, isn't it? I mean it's, I love that you're, you're bringing up this mind body connection in that we so much of the time are kind of living in our minds, right?
Yes.
We're going just by what we're thinking and we're planning and we're organizing and we're, we're worrying and we're, we're all in the mind and we. Sometimes I, I find that people even, I mean I did myself forget that we're even living in a human body or that it's connected and like.
Yes.
Yeah. Then it's a two way street. It's not just mind to body then it's the body goes back to the mind. So a lot of times what we experience gets stored in the body. And if we heal help connect with our body, we can help heal our mind. So yeah, tell us more about that. Like what is this, this mind, body, body, mind. And, and how can people even just, I mean I, I love how you were just saying, you know, you can use acupressure. Are there other ways that you suggest people to sort of like reconnect their mind, body, body, mind connection.
Um, Li. Listen to your body, it would tap back in to your body and doing like this simple Little things. Like when you wake up in the morning, like so many of us, we reach for our phones.
Like, just lay there for a minute and say good morning to yourselves.
And ask yourself, like, how am I feeling today?
Amazing.
Oh, on a scale of, you know, 1 to 10, how does my body feel today? Oh, what does my. What is going to rejuvenate my body today? You know, it might be going for a walk. It might be, you know. Oh, you know what? It's been forever since I've had French toast for breakfast.
You know what? Yeah, let's have some French toast with, you know, strawberries and, you know, blueberries. Oh, for breakfast. Like, listen to what your body is telling you. And also when you're doing some of those everyday tasks, like, there's a reason why we resist doing certain things. Like, so if you're resisting doing something, if it doesn't feel safe in your body, ask yourself, why? Like, why am I resisting? Like, stop for a second.
Like, why. Why don't I want to email this person? Person? Why don't I want to make this phone call? Why do I have this anxiety that's coming up when I talk about, you know, a certain individual?
Really listen to what your body is telling you. And then also in doing those everyday things, you know, eating, for example, like, something as simple as, you know, eating breakfast.
So many people will sit there and have the TV on in the morning or be eating while looking at a screen.
So we're so distracted that we're so.
Exactly. We are so distracted that we're not paying attention to what we're eating and not being mindful of the food that is nourishing our body. And we're also not allowing our body by looking at a screen to properly digest what it is that we're looking at. Because our body is too busy. It's not. It's too busy because it's overloaded with, okay, it's digesting the.
News program that's on the tv, the.
Facebook post that you're reading while you're, you know, eating your French toast. It's like it's trying to digest three things at one and putting all that extra stress out on our bodies instead of disconnecting from the screens, especially while eating and really savoring and enjoying what it is that you're eating. Like.
How buttery and sweet is that French toast? How, you know.
Creamy. Oh, is it? Oh, how luscious do those strawberries feel? Oh, up against your lips. Like, the little things that we don't think about it's like, okay, I'm hungry. You know, shovel it in and you're done in, you know, five, ten minutes. It's like, no. Savor your meal and really make an experience out of it.
It's this, like, make it a mindfulness exercise.
Yeah. Of eating, you know, something. Oh, I'm just using eating because it's something so simple that every. We do it multiple times a day and we all take it for granted.
It's very true. It's very true. And the thing is, there's a lot of science behind what you're talking about. And since you were, you know, trained and you were teaching science, can you tell us a little bit more about, like. Because I think sometimes people think, oh, well, this just, you know, is this really going to work? Is this, you know, is there anything behind this? And I know because I've read the research so too, but I would love to hear how you explain, like, the science behind these things you're describing.
I kind of let the science speak for itself.
Most of my clients are open mind, you know, and are at some point within their spiritual awakening or have some spiritual connection or are open to aspects of holistic and alternative medicine. So they know that there's some sort of connection. They might not know everything. So I kind of let the results speak for themselves. And the things that they're experiencing speak for themselves. Can sometimes, you know, they'll see things shift and transform, you know, really quickly. Like, oh, wow, like I didn't realize that. Or.
Oh, you were right. I rubbed that large intestine point and, you know, two hours later, I was, you know, in the bathroom for the second time today.
Told you.
So it's a.
So it's almost like we learn to kind of let your body, listen to your body, let your body feel and almost like a self experimentation, you know.
Yeah.
And then. And then notice what happens and. And then you're really connecting the dots.
You're connecting. You're connecting. Yes, because I act as that guide. I'm gonna give you those tools, I'm gonna give you those resources. I'm going to walk by your side, but you're the one who's got to do the work and you're the one who's gonna experience it for yourself. Because I can tell you that by rubbing, you know, point right here that in a couple hours you're going to end up in the bathroom and you're going to look at me going, you're crazy.
But. Well, that's the case.
Well, I mean, Chinese Medicine is an ancient form of medicine is the. I'm just wondering, like in your book. So in the, in the hot mess magic book, which is a best selling book called, the subtitle is discover the magic in your mess. So tell us about it. Like how do you, how do what? How do you guide us through all of this in the book?
So in the book I go through and I share quite a few of my messes.
How I, how I got into them, what I learned from them.
How I grew, expanded from them.
And I'll share parts of my life in my story so that you can then relate. Because when we're in these messy times in our lives, we feel as if we're the only person who's going through this. Even though there are 7 billion other people on the planet, we feel, like I said, that we're the only one going through this. We also have a lot of guilt and shame that comes up, you know, especially as women, you know, so, you know, by diving in and sharing my stories.
I'm lessening some of that guilt and shame for others and I share the guilt and shame that I was feeling. And also as to why we feel this guilt and this shame, it all goes back to the way that we were raised in programming and conditioning and society, you know, et cetera.
Yep, yep. It's so true. And it's reminding me that in some of the work that I do, I help women with addressing hpv. Because what I've seen over a couple decades of helping women is that it's possible to get this HPV virus to, to negative and prevent cervical cancer, let alone other HPV related cancers. And one of the key factors that I've observed is the women who are most successful with this of getting HPV to negative and stay negative is that they experience a transformation of themselves really in the process. It's like HPV is more likely to exist when we're out of balance and we're, we're.
And that's when. And the I, we can use myself as this example. Cuz yes. When I was in that stage in my life where everything before I had left the private school. Oh yeah. Where I was in like this weird transformation state. Yes, I did have an issue with HPV and did have, you know, cells that had come back as, you know, phase one, phase two, and had to have surgery.
Since then I'm free and clear.
Yeah, I, I really observed this case after case. And so now I include that in the work that I do. I really encourage women because at first you think, oh, I'm just going to take a whole bunch of this mushroom product, or I'm just going to, you know, make, hey, I'm healthy. Why is this virus here? But when we really pay attention, we realize, oh, the virus is there as an indication. Right. Listening to the body.
Yes.
Saying, hey, this is here because you're out of alignment. And if we can help you find that, what's making you susceptible, we can. Then you can transform. And in the process of getting rid of hpv, you actually end up in such a healthier state and more living your purpose. It's really such a beautiful thing. So I, I completely, you know, I completely get it. And I. And I see and I, you know, there's a author, Joseph Campbell, who writes about the hero's journey, and I now talk about it as the heroine's journey because a lot of times I'm helping women with hpv and it's this, this conversation about how we can be called to an adventure, really called to transformation or awakening. And in the process, it's. We go through. Right. Like a.
It.
It's not just like a downhill journey, all easy. It can be some difficulties and challenges through.
Yes.
But then you end up in the process transforming like a, like the analogy of like a butterfly. Right. Of going into the cocoon and coming out as a. Or the phoenix rising. Right. There's a lot of these analogies.
Yes.
Yeah.
There's the other thing that I am thinking of is the formation of a diamond where you need that pressure for the diamond out to form. But the example that I use the most with people is.
An artichoke.
Really? Yes.
Because with an artichoke, we peel back the. The leaves, we peel back the layers to get to the heart. Like, that's what we want to get to. We want to get to.
The heart of the matter. We want to peel back the layers to expand and open up your heart more and to get to what that. The heart of the matter of, like, what is causing the issues within your body. Because when we're feeling pain, it's an indicator that something's wrong. A headache is a re. Is an indicator that something is wrong. Pain in your knee is an indicator, you know, that something is wrong. But we live in a society where it's, oh, I have a headache, I'm going to pop, you know, some Tylenol and all my headache's gone. Instead of, you know, sitting down and going, oh, well, I ate a lot of sodium over the past couple days, and I haven't really had that much water.
Oh, my headache is because I'm dehydrated.
Oh, I stood up too fast, and now I've got a headache and I feel a little lightheaded, like. Oh, blood pressure. Like there's something going on, you know, with blood pressure or, you know, equilibrium. Yeah.
Yes. Amazing how we can.
We.
We. Instead of just going for that quick fix, we can take it as a chance to really think about what's really going on here. And a lot of times it's simple changes. Just drinking more water could be the.
Yes. Just. Yeah. Just getting to what that root cause of the issue is. And that's, you know, one of the things that I love about traditional Chinese medicine is, you know, how everything is interconnected.
And also having, you know, the difference. Spirits within your body that are also connected and how the wounds, you know, show up as well.
Yeah, that. That elements. How the. Like. Yes. Not in so many traditions. Chinese medicine and other forms of medicine and ancient healing have. Who do refer to these elements. May. May. Do you feel like you could speak to that a little bit?
Yeah. So we have. If we.
In Chinese medicine, there's fire, earth, metal, water, and wood. Now, those would be the five elements, and they all interconnect, you know, to each other.
Outside. Yeah, Interconnections. Right. We start to realize. Yeah. How much our bodies like. It's not just like so much in medicine, we just focus on one area of the body, but it's. It doesn't really help us understand these interconnections with your natural.
And then in each element, there are organs that make up that element, and then within that organ system, there are different emotions that we store in the body.
I love it. Yeah. And it's so. It is so healing to start to understand that and to use it as a tool for understanding yourself and your body is. And I love the artichoke analogy, by the way. I really love that because it's also getting to the heart, which is so often, I think we're disconnected from our. Not just our, you know, physical heart, our emotional heart, our spiritual. Spiritual heart. Right.
Oh, and if we look at it as an archer, like, the heart is the best part.
It really is. I'm actually now craving eating an artichoke.
I'll have to go get one.
Yes. A little. A little artichoke pizza or some antipast or something.
I love it. Now, I also saw you referring to waves as an analogy. Tell us more about that. How, you know, looking at what we experience in life and as Waves, Right. We can draw from more, from nature to understand.
Yes. So.
Last year my dad passed away and I had a friend who had asked me afterwards, she's like, how are you doing? And I responded because I was remembering like self talk or like we're so accustomed to saying, like, I'm miserable, I, like, I don't, I'm awful, like, I don't, I didn't want to get out of bed, you know, etc. And I just said to her, I'm like, I'm riding the wave.
And just riding those waves of emotions and truly honoring what it is that you're feeling. And that became my mantra for all of last year. It was the first thing on my to do list every single day, was honor what you're feeling.
So if I.
Didn'T want to get out of bed because my body was just like, nope, we're not getting out of bed today. No, I didn't get out of bed if I wanted l. Whiskey and ice cream, which I lived on for about a week. That's. Oh, that's what I. Okay. That's what I gave myself. I gave myself permission to truly honor what it was that I was feeling. And as women were so often taught to suppress our emotions, like, well, if you cry too much, you're too sensitive. If you're letting your anger and your frustration out, you know, you're classified now as a bitch. It's like, no, I'm just expressing myself. I'm just being me. So that's where riding that weed and really giving yourself permission, if you're angry, get that anger and that frustration out. Oh, no. I was having full blown tantra tantrums on the beach in Febru in January and February.
Oh, I took, I did a month worth of kick, you know, tried a month's worth of kickboxing and fell in love with it. I'm just finding those ways to one, move your body and two, to get those, you know, what it is that you're feeling out to express it in some way, shape or form, keep it moving. Wow.
And I, one thing I notice is in your, in the language that you use. And, and as we're discussing this, I really sense there's this unconditionality, right, to say, discover the magic in your mess. Because a lot of times we're judgmental about mess.
Mess.
Yes, right. We're so like, oh, I'm not supposed to be messy. I'm supposed to have it all figured out already. And I, as you said, we're not even supposed to feel some of these feelings. So you're just let yourself be messy and accept it and be unconditional and be forgiving and gentle with yourself. And if that means you might be breaking rules that were made, who knows when by who knows?
Exactly. Exactly. That's where, you know, the first line in my book says, you know, ladies. Oh, ladies, let's face it. Each and every one of you is in a hot effort being mess. You know, your. You, your mom, your Aunt Sally, your bestie. Oh, yeah, she's really a mess. She wouldn't be your bestie if she wasn't.
That's like, we have to normalize the fact that we're human and that nobody has it together. And I feel over the past, you know.
20 years or so since, you know, social media has been, you know, present and we've been living in this, you know, facade of, you know, social media perfect. Like, no. Just because you're seeing the, you know, new purse, you know, the. The new, you know, Louis Vuitton bag that the person is sharing.
Doesn'T mean that they don't have, you know, $20,000 worth of credit card debt. But there's nothing the matter if you have credit card debt. We also look at debt wrong in this country, but it's a whole other conversation.
Oh, so it's normalizing that. No one's perfect. Why do we also, if we look at it as. Why do we, like, reading People magazine? Why do we, like, tuning into, like, TMZ and seeing, like, what's going on in celebrities lives? Like, they're human just like us, and they've got the money and all, you know, the money and all the resources available to them. And how many of them are a hot mess?
And that's why we're like, we're looking at them to try to make ourselves feel better. It's like, nobody's life is perfect.
And everybody needs help.
Not about. So really, we really. It's not about trying to be perfect. It's about allowing yourself to just be human.
Just be human or human or we're messy. We forget also that we are animals.
And animals in general are messy.
I just say different. Different aspects. But, like, okay, let's.
Normalize being an S. Let's take the stigma off of, you know.
Things that are going on in your life, you know, take the stigma off of, you know, getting divorced or having your car repossessed or going through financial struggles. Like they're normal.
Yeah, I love that. I think that's. I think that's Beautiful. And to really being, being, learning. We have to teach ourselves to let go of the control. Right. Because that. We're trying to control everything. We're just stressing ourselves in a. In an unhealthy way. And it's not. We're not. We're getting actually further from ourselves instead.
Of further to ourselves. Yes. And we're. When we are trying to control.
We'Re also putting ourselves in that tunnel vision. And we're missing other opportunities and we're missing the way things. Other things can show up. So because we come so fixated on. It has to show up just this way. It's like, well, it could show up a different way if you're open to it. So it's where, like I always say, like, stay open to the possibilities. You'll be open to what's going to come your way. Don't expect it to come a certain way.
I love that. Yeah. This, like, that makes me think of the concepts of quantum physics and, you know, quantum biology. Right.
Yes.
There's all these possibilities. And if we. If we're too hyper focused, we're. We're going to miss that. And we, you know, we're. We might think we're heading where we want to go, but is it really connecting with, you know, your true spirit and soul? Or how. How do you speak about that? What is that? What is that about our true essence?
Um, I feel that so many of us aren't in true touch with our true essence, and we don't truly know who we are. So that's also like, one of the things that I work on with people is tapping into your magnificence. Like, each and every one of us has a gift. We're all here for a reason. We all have gifts, a purpose, a reason. And, you know, some of us, our purpose is bigger than others. But everyone's purpose is meaningful. Everyone's purpose has power. Everyone's gifts have power.
So really just connecting in with yourself. And that also goes back to the way that we're raised and programming and conditioning.
And just.
Surrender, surrendering that, like those habits, those mindsets from our parents or grandparents, you know, that we're like, you know what? That really doesn't resonate with me. Why do I still do that? Oh, you don't have to still do that. If it doesn't resonate with you, don't do it.
There's like a sense of freedom. Right. And I go, oh, okay. I can. I can choose to do something differently.
Oh, my gosh.
Well, so it's Really. I really enjoyed speaking with you, Michelle, and I'm so excited for. What do you recommend people to start to, like, if they want to continue to learn from you? Where. What do you suggest? Where should they go?
They can go to Amazon and check out my book. That would probably be, you know, one of the best, you know, one of the best places to start just to get out. Familiar. A little bit more familiar. That would be, you know, my book, um, you know, as well as, you know, Instagram or, you know, if you're ready to dive in, you know, all together, you know, send me an email or send me a DM on Instagram.
Awesome. I love it. Yeah. So in and Hot Mess Magic. The book is available at Amazon, like you mentioned and.
Yep. Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Walmart.
Those would be like the big l, big ones. Lulu.
And your website is michelleaburke.com is that right?
Correct. Okay.
I'll definitely put all of this in the notes with this. With this episode. And. And so if you have more questions for Michelle or would like to. If what you're hearing is like, you've been looking for someone to help guide you through this process or maybe you found yourself somewhat in this process and you feel like, oh, my gosh, I wish it was someone who. Who's been here who can help me. Then definitely reach out to Michelle. And thanks again so much for joining me. I know that you and I are actually could just wave at each other because I'm.
I'm.
Yes, you're across the water.
I'm across the water. Yes.
But you help people from everywhere or do they.
Yes, I help. Yep. All over. You know, that's the wonders of zoom and technology. Um, yes, I work with people all over and it's also, you know, they also, you know, do a lot of energy work and it's energy. You don't have to be in the same place.
Awesome. So, yeah, so don't let location stop you from contact. And. And it's beautiful. I know. I love. I love being able to help people wherever they are, whatever time it is. You know, we don't have to be limited by space and time. We can create these kind of connections. And actually the connections are there. It's just choosing to realize it and use it to our. To help benefit us and our health. So. Oh, my gosh. Thank you so much for welcome today and I look forward to staying in touch with you. Thank you. Thanks. Same here. Thanks for having me. You're welcome.
