Dr. Donnie Wilson struggled for decades to solve her numerous health issues and heal her body. But with focused determination, she healed herself. And in doing so, she discovered the Dr. Donnie stress recovery Protocol. On this show, you're going to hear from doctors, nutritionists and Experts along with Dr. Donnie, who will give practical advice and wisdom to help heal your body. This is how humans heal.
Too often when women are dealing with health issues, whether that's menstrual related health issues, perimenopause, menopause, it could be that women are dealing with vaginal infections, recurrent yeast, BV and or high risk HPV and an abnormal Pap smear. Also, women oftentimes are experiencing fatigue, weight gain and without without being able to figure out how to lose the weight or even autoimmunity, gut health issues and skin rashes, let alone anxiety, depression and migraines. I've been there, I've experienced these symptoms as well. And what I see is that too often we're dealing with these health issues without having enough information. And that's because in the standard medical approach to medicine, let alone women's health specifically, the standard medical system is really relying on very few test results. You can do a blood test, and even then the blood tests often are not testing enough information. They can do a vaginal swab, look for yeast and bv, but often it's missed. And so women could be experiencing discharge and discomfort and then the doctor's office is saying they can't identify the cause. So if you've been dealing with any kind of health issues and you've already been to the doctor's office and they've said to you all of your blood work is normal and your vaginal culture is normal, or even if you're dealing with recurrent bladder infections and the doctor's like, well, you can just keep taking antibiotics, to me, that's just not enough of an answer. So if I haven't met you before, I'm Dr. Donnie Wilson. I am a different kind of doctor. I'm a naturopathic doctor, midwife, and clinical nutritionist. So that means I was trained as a primary care provider for women's health and I understand all of the guidelines of standard medicine and I could be practicing and in a standard medical clinic if that's what I chose. And yet at a many years ago, couple few decades ago, I myself found myself in the gynecology office with many symptoms, migraines, severe menstrual cramps, as well as dealing with high risk hpv. And I experienced for myself that the doctor wasn't able to help me beyond just a procedure or a birth control pill. And I said, that's not enough. First of all, I react to birth control pills. So I couldn't even take that solution. I realized there has got to be more answers out there. And so I became really like a medical investigator for my health, but also for my patients. And so everything I've learned over the past now I've been in practice for 25 years helping women in the tri state, New York, Connecticut area, as well as around the world. Because what I do now in is specialty care for women. And I can help women who are dealing with all different sorts of health issues. Because likely you've already been to your primary practitioner and maybe you're not getting the help you're looking for or that you need. And so you're looking online saying, what else can I do? And I want you to know that there are practitioners like me who've been figuring this out and actually trained. And as a women's health expert in functional holistic naturopathic medicine in the 90s. So I've been doing this for a long time and I'm still learning. I learn through my own health journey every day, all the time. And I learn through my patients, thousands of women that I've helped over the years. And so what I want you to know right now in this video is that you don't have to settle for having too little information. There's ways to get more information. We can even get more information, more precise, specific information about what's going on in your body from a regular blood test at a regular lab that is likely going to get covered by insurance in the United States or wherever you're located. We just need to make sure you know which test to order. Because you have to keep in mind that most practitioners have not received the training I've received. And so they don't know how to test the correct tests for nutrient levels, for example, or to really get at what's underlying the issue. Right. How many of you are like, I just want to get to the bottom of this and get it to stop happening. I don't want to be stuck on a medication or repeat antibiotics or repeat procedures for an abnormal pap smear. I want to be done with this situation and be able to go on with my life feeling good. And I want you to know that that's possible. Just today, a woman who's in my women's healing community posted that through my suggestions, I'm helping her to get rid of hpv, but I'm also helping her to address menstrual cramps, severe menstrual cramps. And she reported today that on the first day of her period, for the first time ever, she was able to go for a long walk at like 12 mile hike in the woods without any menstrual cramps. And I'm just here to say that's possible. I myself had severe menstrual cramps and solved them and now I can help other women solve them too, just the way that I solved migraines and fatigue and HPV and recurrent infections and all of those things. So please, if you're struggling with your health, please don't hesitate to reach out to my office. You can always just go to drdonnie.com and connect with my office from there or, or call us. You can call 855-316-2114 and set up a time to talk with my care team to learn more about your situation and we can see how we can help you from wherever you are in the world. I just spoke to one of my patients in the UK yesterday. Amazing. She's been following my protocol for the past two months and she has lost 26 pounds that she was trying to lose so many different ways. And all we did was figure out which foods were inflammatory for her and eliminated them from her diet and helped her to start healing leaky gut and imbalance bacteria in the gut and the vagina. Now, not only has she lost weight, but she's got energy, she's got a better mood, she's excited about her life and she's coming up on when she's going to be rechecking to to see that the HPV has also cleared, which I'm sure it will have because that's what I see as women learn, hey, this is information, you need it all along. That is just not going to happen in the standard doctor's office. I'm sorry, I wish it was. I hope in 10 years from now, 20 years from now, 50 years from now that these tests are going to happen in the standard doctor's office. But right now, the best way to get access to this information that I know of is through my office because that's how I've established the care in My office@drdani.com is where you can come to me and say, here's what's going on. And then I can say to You. Here's the test we need so we can individualize this. We don't want to just guess and tell everybody to do the same thing because it may not work. We're not all the same ladies.
High risk HPV virus doesn't have to control your life. I'm Dr. Donnie, and I've been at the forefront front of women's health for over 20 years. I've helped thousands of women to clear HPV naturally with my proven protocol. And this isn't about just managing the virus, it's about eliminating it for good. So the test, the five tests that I want you to know about, just know about and determine whether you need to get these tests done. The first one is to get really comprehensive blood work. Most times when you go to the doctor's office, they're going to run a CBC and what's called a complementary metabolic panel, a comprehensive metabolic panel. The CBC looks at your red blood cells and white blood cells. That's important because we need to know if there's an issue. But a lot of times there's no issue there. Then the metabolic panel shows us your electrolytes, so your kidney function, your liver function, and that's important. But a lot of times it's normal. And so if you don't have anemia and you don't have kidney or liver issues, your blood work is going to be normal. But that doesn't mean that they checked any nutrient levels. Right? That just means you don't need to be in the hospital. So right now, though, we need to know more than that. Even if you're dealing with bladder infections, vaginal infections, perimenopausal symptoms, we need the right blood work. We need to do a comprehensive thyroid panel, not just a TSH. We need to get your free T3 and free T4. Those are your free active thyroid hormone levels. Most practitioners don't measure them, but I do, because I want to know what is your active thyroid hormone function? And then we know if your thyroid needs more help. And there's ways to support the thyroid, let alone all the other areas of the body. Most times we can support with nutrients and herbs, or if necessary, then we can give only what's needed in terms of hormone support. If, then we need to check your blood sugar levels, is your, how's your fasting glucose, how's your fasting insulin, and how's your hemoglobin A1C because sometimes you might not have diabetes, but, but you might have imbalances in your blood sugar levels that are also contributing to your health issues. Once we know that, we can start helping you to address make diet changes to fix that. But most practitioners are not trained in how to do that. So I just want you to know you're worth it to get the right tests, to get the right information so you can take the right steps. If you don't have the right information, you're going to just be either going nowhere or guessing and throwing spaghetti at the wall. And I don't want that for you. I want you to have a target and you can hit the bullseye by knowing exactly what information. So on the blood work we also need to know specific nutrients. Now, in standard labs we can get some information about nutrients, but it's not all the best. So we get the best we can. So vitamin D can be measured iron, but I run in ferritin level for iron B vitamins. I would not even bother with a folate in B12. If your doctor is running folate and B12, it tells me they are not aware of the correct, most.
Preferred way to measure your B vitamin levels, which is with homocysteine and methylmalonic acid. And these are tests again, that can be done at a regular blood draw. You just need a practitioner like me who can give you the list to request so that you can get them done. Okay. So please know that my. I'm available to help you with that if you need help with ordering the right blood work. And there's more, but those are some of the top ones that I want to make sure you're getting. We need to also get cardio CRP if you're postmenopausal. We need to be measuring myeloperoxidase. We need to be measuring CT lo peptide. So there's more we need to be doing and can do in your blood work that probably is not getting done at the standard doctor's office. Okay. A second test that I mentioned earlier a little bit, but I definitely want to highlight that's not going to happen at the doctor's office right at this moment in time, but it is going to happen through my office is a food sensitivity panel. I'm talking about an iga igg. Both IGA and igg. I'm not testing ige, although in some cases we need an ige. But IGE can be done to from an allergist. Right. I'm talking about separate from an allergist. We need to know the delayed food sensitivities, IGA and igg. And there's a lot of labs out there that offer that. But.
There'S a lot of labs that offer food sensitivity panels, but they're not all accurate. So be very careful. And I recommend reaching out to my office so I can tell you exactly the lab that does the best job at checking food sensitivities because that also will indicate to us about leaky gut and if we need to work on healing your gut as well. The third test I really want you to know about is what I call a stress panel. And it shows us how old the stress that of course we've been exposed to, how it's impacting your, your cortisol and your adrenaline. If we just guess that you have high cortisol, we're, we're not going to get anywhere. We may, we may actually work against you. We might make things worse. So much better is to measure cortisol. You can measure cortisol in blood and then you get it at a single time that you have your blood drawn. What I recommend is to measure cortisol morning, midday, evening, bedtime in either saliva or urine so that we can really see what's going on with your cortisol. So I can guide you with the right herbs and nutrients and self care to optimize your cortisol again and essentially erase the effects of stress. Now I also recommend measuring adrenaline and neurotransmitters in urine based on my research that showed that if we only measure cortisol, we're going to miss out on the information about the other stress hormone, adrenaline and the neurotransmitters because then we can really help you recover from stress. Because we know that when we're exposed to stress and trauma that impacts our system and makes us more susceptible to health issues like hpv. So we need to help you recover from stress and trauma in order to protect you from, from health issues including high risk HPV and any cancer risk, let alone any other health issues. I mentioned earlier. The fourth panel that I want to know make sure you know exists is a urine hormone panel. Yes, we do sometimes measure estrogen, progesterone, testosterone in blood and sometimes we need to do it in saliva depending on if you're on hormone replacement therapy. But I want you to know that that there that you can only get so much information from blood levels of estrogen and progesterone. Really what's going to be more helpful in a lot of cases is to measure estrogen in the urine. So we can also measure the estrogen detoxification markers and determine whether you need more assistance detoxifying estrogen. Is your estrogen too high and we need help to detoxify. Is your estrogen too low and we need help to support it and in a healthy way with bioidentical individualized hormone replacement therapy. This is if you're postmenopausal and I have other videos about postmenopause and hormone replacement therapy. So if you want to learn more, then I encourage you to look for those videos. And the fifth test that I want to make sure you know exists because it's not going to come up in the standard doctor's office is a vaginal microbiome panel. Now we can also do a gut microbiome panel. Maybe you've heard of those, but I thinking that maybe you have not heard of a vaginal microbiome panel. And this is so important for women, especially when you're dealing with bladder infections, vaginal infections, yeast, bv, hpv. We need to know what's going on with your microbiome so that we can then address it and we then I can be so much more specific to make sure you have a treatment that's going to work. And a lot of times I'm not using antibiotics. I'm using herbs, nutrients and not and probiotics that help the vaginal microbiome heal. I see case after case where women go from completely imbalanced vaginal microbiome to completely healthy vaginal microbiome. And at that point then you can protect yourself from infections including high risk HPV virus. So I'm so glad you found this video. I hope this gives you hope and clarity to know that you don't have to be left in the confusion and being told that everything's normal. When you know it's not normal, you can tell that it's not normal. And if you're resonating with this and you're saying I ha you've been looking for someone to help guide you, then please reach out to me. I'm here, my team and I'm training more practitioners according to my protocols to be able to help women because I believe that women deserve much better medical care than we're receiving. And I want to be part of creating a change in women's health care. And so if you're ready for to experience a different way of taking care of yourself, mind, body and spirit, then I welcome you to reach out to my office. Drzani.com D O C T O R.
