3 Ways the High-Risk HPV Virus Is a Narcissist

Dr. Doni Wilson compares high-risk HPV to a narcissist because it thrives on fear, isolation, and vulnerability. She connects persistent HPV infection to psychosocial stress like narcissistic abuse, plus nutrient deficiencies, hormone imbalances, and microbiome disruption.

Hi and welcome to how humans heal. I'm Dr. Donnie Wilson and in this video I'm going to be sharing with you three reasons why I consider high risk HPV virus to be a narcissistic virus. So I'm referring to high risk human papillomavirus. And 99% of cervical cancer for women is associated with high risk HPV virus. High risk HPV is also associated with other types of cancer for both women and men. In fact, it's one of the fastest increasing types of cancer that exists today. Cervical cancer alone is considered the third most common cancer in women. So this is very concerning. And because I'm a naturopathic doctor and midwife specializing in women's health for over 25 years, this is something that I've been helping women with for over two decades. And so I see very clearly what women are going through and often they are suffering in silence as they are dealing with high risk HPV and cancer risk. So I am very highly passionate and motivated to open up the what's hidden and what's silent around high risk HPV and really bring more awareness to it. Because I believe we can reduce cervical cancer as well as other HPV related cancer by understanding the HPV virus. So I'm about to compare this virus to the personality of a narcissist. Now maybe some of you listening are familiar with the personality disorder called narcissistic personality disorder and or narcissistic behavior traits and these have become more and more identified and defined and, and more and more familiar in recent years. And that's a good thing. So I encourage, if you are wondering if you are dealing with a narcissist in your life, then I definitely encourage you to learn more about narcissistic abuse and narcissistic traits so that you can start shifting what's happening for you in your life. I myself was exposed to narcissistic abuse for many years and have now been in the recovery process to recover from narcissistic abuse. And I believe that it's because I experienced narcissistic abuse myself that I can so clearly see that the HPV virus acts in a way like a narcissist. Now I want to point out from the beginning here that it is established in research that women who are exposed to narcissistic abuse, including childhood abuse, even sexual abuse, physical abuse, emotional abuse in childhood or adulthood, they have been shown to have higher risk of testing positive for high risk HPV and higher risk of cervical cancer and other types of cancer. So There already is an association between narcissistic abuse and HPV and cervical cancer. So this is already something that we need to be aware of. If you are a practitioner listening and you are helping a patient who has known exposure to narcissistic abuse, it's important to be helping them to test for HPV and to help them recover from narcissistic abuse in order to prevent HPV and cervical cancer. And if you are a patient who is tested positive for HPV and listening to this, you start to realize, oh, actually I also have been in maybe what you thought to be a stressful relationship. Maybe we call it a toxic relationship. A relationship with someone who's criticizing you often or constantly making you feel less than and constantly making you feel that you need to be afraid of what you say, what you do, and that the only option is for things to go the way this other person thinks they should go. You start to be in a constant state of fear, anxiety and depression and lose your sense of self. And this is when oftentimes you might then seek help. Although one of the key situations with a narcissistic relationship is that the person who's being abused feels very isolated and alone and is hesitant to ask for help. Maybe they've asked for help before and people have just said leave the relationship. Which when someone's in a narcissistic relationship, it becomes very difficult for them to leave. And so they become more and more isolated. And that's actually part of what happens in narcissistic abuse is isolation. And so this is what really helped me to see that the HPV virus is acting in the same and very similar ways. So just consider this with me for a minute. See if you can have an open mind and just think about how this HPV virus is working. Because I know when I help women who are testing positive for high risk hpv, we also know from research it has a huge psychosocial impact. And women go into this is well established, very high rates of anxiety, depression and fear when you're testing positive for hpv. So this is one of the first.
Ways that I identify this virus as a narcissistic virus because it also puts us into a state of anxiety and fear and it takes over. Women talk about when they test positive for high risk HPV that this anxiety and worry about the virus is literally taking over their life. They are not sleeping, they're worrying all day, they're crying all day. And number two is that they're feeling completely isolated. They're feeling isolated, they Feel like they can't talk to their loved ones, their family. They're afraid of what other people will think and so they tend to keep it to themselves. You see. So this already are two patterns of narcissism that's happening because of the HPV virus is causing you to feel a raid in constant fear, anxiety, worry for you. Worry for many reasons. Worry about cancer, worry if. Worry about what others are going to think if you were to tell them were fear of what's going to happen next. Other medical procedures. Even women become sometimes even afraid to go to the doctor's office and have another pap smear because of what, because the medical procedures become traumatic and as well. And women become afraid of what this may do for their ability to have a family, a healthy pregnancy, afraid of whether they can be dating or how this might impact their dating life. It the, it becomes such a list of fears and anxieties. And I think some of you listening in, I encourage you to, you know, maybe if you feel comfortable, comment down below if this is sounds like you. If you've just feel like knowing that you're testing positive for HPV has just created a flood of years and anxieties and it ends up feeling like no matter which way you turn, you're worried about what this virus is going to do to your life. Right? So now this virus is taken over. It's. It makes it as if the virus is in control. The virus, it feels like a. Women tell me this. It feels like the virus is ruining your life and ruining your future. And it has that potential because.
I also talk to women who have been testing positive for HPV needing to have procedures, potentially surgeries to remove the, remove the cervix, remove the uterus and potentially even causing abnormal cells again vaginally. And having that happen and over again. And so literally the virus has taken control of their body, their, and their health and their future. And this is exactly what happens with a narcissist. They want, they want to take over the full agenda of your life, your direction, your. What you're doing each day, where you're going with your life. That's what the narcissists will do, is they will take over and, and, and cause you to go in the direction they want you to go. And that's what happens with the HPV virus. It causes everything to go the direction the virus wants to go. And the virus wants to go toward abnormal cells and cancer. You see what I mean? So this is another way that the HPV virus is Acting like a narcissist. And the third way is that it's coming in and, and taking over when we're vulnerable. This is the other thing that narcissists do is they can identify when a person is vulnerable. Will. Usually it's a person who's more caring and sympathetic and empathetic and, and willing to forgive and willing to, to make changes to themselves. Because that means that a narcissist can come in and criticize and, and the victim feels like, oh, it's my fault, I need to do something differently. I need to be more compassionate on this other person. And so the narcissist is able to then.
Take, be in control and, and, and, and take over when you're most vulnerable. When you're vulnerable because you're being kind and you're, and you're not distrusting them and you're, you're forgiving, it is ending up something that's beautiful. Being compassionate and trusting and open and loving is a, those are beautiful traits. But for a narcissist, those make you vulnerable. And so what happens with HPV is the virus takes control when you're vulnerable. And what that means is, and we see this in the research as well, is that when women are stressed, for example, because of being in a narcissistic relationship and being abused, you're more stressed. You're. When we're more stressed, our cortisol levels are too high or too low. So already the immune system is not protecting us. Well, because of that also. So now we have a depleted immune system, even simply because of the stress that makes us more susceptible to the virus. Also when what happens is we end up with nutrient deficiencies we didn't realize we had. And the blood test that exists from the standard medical visit doesn't test for these nutrient deficiencies. So you don't even know that you have a nutrient deficiency. We have to get the right blood tests. And so that means you need to be able to know which blood test to get done. So you know, if you have, for example, an iron deficiency, B vitamin deficiency, vitamin D deficiency, those are three of the most common nutrient deficiencies I find associated with hpv. Have you been dealing with high risk HPV virus and potentially abnormal cells on your Pap smear result? I'm Dr. Donni Wilson, naturopathic doctor and midwife, and I've been helping thousands of women over the past 24 years to help them clear the HPV virus to negative and prevent cervical cancer. And I would love to teach you as well. I invite you to join me at my next free 5 day online workshop. I'm going to be teaching you all about hpv. I'll teach you all about understanding your Pap smear results, clearing HPV to negative and help you to understand what's making you susceptible to this virus in the first place. Just click on the link down below and it will guide you to join me at the very next workshop where I'm going to be able to guide you to create your healing plan to get rid of hpv. I look forward to seeing you there in the workshop. So right when you're stressed, your nutrients are depleted, when you have hormones that are out of balance, let's say estrogen's too high or estrogen's too low, even perimenopausal and menopausal women, when estrogen's too low, it affects our ability to protect ourselves from hpv. If our microbiome gets out of balance, our microbiome in the gut or the vagina, there's a microbiome the healthy bacteria should be protecting us and should be helping our immune system protect us from hpv. But when we're under stress, exposed to toxins, including toxic relationships, but toxins in the environment as well, and when we're exposed to certain medications like antibiotics that disrupt our microbiome, now our gut microbiome gets disrupted, our vaginal microbiome gets disrupted and it's not able to protect us from hpv.
And that's even just part of it. There can also be imbalanced blood sugar levels, imbalanced thyroid hormone as well, as I mentioned, toxin exposure. And all of these things cause us to be vulnerable to all viruses and all infections, including high risk HPV virus. But the thing is HPV virus, because again, I consider it to be a narcissistic virus, it specifically knows when we're depleted. It then because we're most all getting exposed to HPV anyway. We're most all exposed to high risk HPV. Over 80% of us, research shows by age 50, and even if you have one partner, you're being exposed to high risk hpv. So it's not just about exposure, right? We're being exposed. At some point, we're being exposed and it could even have been exposure from the past. But when we're depleted and vulnerable, when we're burned out and worn out, maybe we had a death in the family or a loved one, maybe we've been going through menopause, maybe we've been, we've been going through Another health issue or injury, a motor vehicle accident or some other crisis in your life, you get depleted. And now the virus, which you could have been being exposed to in the past, but your body could protect you then. Now the virus can come in because it's looking for that time when it can swoop in and take over. And that's exactly how it works with a narcissist. So this is why I consider the HPV virus to be a narcissistic virus. And I'm sharing this because I really believe that it can help you to protect yourself, because otherwise you're likely to be in the mindset of the virus. Literally. The virus takes over and creates a sense of worry and puts you onto its agenda toward cancer. And it's only when you can get enough information to realize, wait a minute, how come this virus is getting to make these decisions and take over my body when I, this is my body, I get to choose. And as soon as I see women, to see that bigger picture view where you can see now, you kind of pulled back the veil that's taken over with this virus and all of the fear, and you can stand back and you can see, oh, my gosh, this is not the only option. This is not the only reality. And just because the medical system and the medical doctor isn't telling you that there's another option doesn't mean there's not another option. Because I have friends who are gynecologists and medical doctors and of different specialties, and they share with me. They are not taught how to make the food is medicine, how to use nutrients or clinical nutrition or herbs. They're not taught that it's possible to support your immune system to clear hpv. And they're right now, at least at this moment in time, there is no medication that works on the hvs, the HPV virus. Yes, there are medications that work on herpes virus. That's a different virus. And there are different medications that work on other viruses. But right now, there's not a medication like a pharmaceutical medication that works on the HPV virus. That's why they don't have a treatment. Your doctor will say, there's nothing else I can do. Just come back and we'll see if there's abnormal cells, and then they can do a procedure or a surgery to remove abnormal cells. They don't have a way to remove the virus. However, that doesn't mean there's not a way. And so sometimes you have to understand the big picture to see, okay, here's what this HPV virus and how it's functioning, it's functioning like a narcissist. And here's the medical society and the training that they have and the lack of training in ways to help you with the HPV virus. It just so happens that my training is, is as a naturopathic doctor where I see the body as connected parts and I see that the body has an innate healing capacity. And I'm also a scientist and researcher. So I'm able to go into the research, understand it and connect the dots and see, okay, there are approaches that help the human body clear hpv, not just temporarily, but literally help your immune system to do what it is able to do, which is to clear viruses. We have part of our immune system that's the job is to clear a virus. That clear a virus means get it gone to zero, no present virus. And now your immune system is learned. Our immune system has the ability to learn and have memory on how to protect you from a virus going forward. So once your immune system learns how to, how to protect you from hpv, it can remember that going forward. But to do that, we need to address the reasons why you're vulnerable to the virus now. It's not. Yes, you could take a few things and a lot of times I hear people say, okay, I'm going to take a mushroom extract, I'm going to take a Chinese herb, I'm going to, I'm going to, you know, do a couple things and the virus might go away, but it might be temporary because if it's not fully addressing the underlying causes of what's making you vulnerable, then it might be temporary. I want to get you, my goal is to help you to fully, comprehensively address the reasons why the HPV is able to swoop in like a narcissist and take advantage of the situation. So we need to be comprehensive. We need to go through the eight susceptibilities that I've identified to hpv and I can walk you through this if you just, you can comment down below to just put workshop and my team will help you get access to the workshop. Also if you just go to the website, well, drdani.com d o and I d r d o n I.com or clear hpv now.com and you're going to be able to find the work online workshop and master classes that I teach where I teach you how to identify the AIDS susceptibilities to HPV and how to address them one by one. We are going to need to think outside the box of the standard medical approach. We are going to need to think about your diet, your, your self care routine on a daily basis. Your what you've been exposed to in terms of potentially emotional toxicity and narcissism and how to help you recover from it. We're going to need to think about your exposure to toxins in the environment, other medications, how are your hormones doing, your nutrients, your gut and your vaginal health. As we heal all of those aspects of your health then HPV can no longer exist because we've now completely resolved the susceptibilities and vulnerabilities. HPV virus can only exist when we're vulnerable, when we're down and worn out. So this is your opportunity. I invite you to take this opportunity to pivot in your life, to take your life back into your own hands. To say I'm not willing for a virus to run the show here and determine what's going to happen to me and for me to be living in a state of constant fear and anxiety. I'm not willing. Now I know I could be so hard. When you've been exposed to narcissistic abuse, as I mentioned, I've been there. I understand how hard it is. And you don't have to be out of the narcissistic relationship. I want to emphasize that I've worked with many women still in a narcissistic relationship and still been able to help them recover from narcissistic abuse and from HPV virus. So don't let that stop you. You can start today to heal yourself from narcissistic abuse as well as from, from narcissistic virus like HPV virus. You can start today. And I, and you can be here. I will be here with you. You are no longer alone. We are here to support you. You don't have to be going to tell everyone else in your life or your world if you don't want to. That's not required. But it will help you to know that you're not alone and that you can start any day to start the healing path. And you can, you can protect yourself because I say that with such confidence. Because I've worked with thousands of women from around the world with all different ages, all different scenarios, all sometimes women who have been dealing with HPV for over 30 years. I've been able to help them to clear the virus. So that's what gives me the confidence to say that it can happen for you too. And you, if you're wanting to hear More from other women who've worked with me, just go to clearage pbnow.com and on the testimonials page you will see videos, you will hear audios, and you will read stories of women who've walked this path and made the courageous choice to take their health back into their own hands. To say, okay, my past does not have to determine my future. Just because that happened to me, just because I was in that relationship doesn't have to mean that I'm stuck with this virus and the potential risk and fear associated with it. Okay, so it's possible to let go of your past and redefine yourself and your future starting today. And that's what happens in my say Goodbye to HPV program. And when I work with women, one on one is a process of helping them to learn about their body. Most often you already had a sense of these things because likely you have a really good intuition that something's been going on inside. Something doesn't feel right, something doesn't feel good, something needs to be addressed. And likely you've been taking care of everyone else and not had a chance to take care of you. So I look at it as, once HPV shows up positive, that's your sign that this is the time to take care of you. This is the time hpv, if any message it's giving us is, it's time to pay attention to you. You've helped a lot of others, you've taken care of a lot of other people. Now it's your turn to learn how to take care of you. And we can start with, we can go little by little, we don't have to rush this. It can be little by little, step by step, you start to just realize, okay, how can I feed myself better, get better sleep, do activities during each day a little bit that help me recover and make sure that I'm getting the nutrients I need, the hormone balancing that I need, the microbiome support that I need so that your immune system can protect you from high risk HPV virus. You don't have to then go down the path of cancer caused by high risk hpv. And if some of you listening have had cancer, we can also prevent it from happening again. Because I know that's also something that doesn't happen in the standard medical system. They're not preventing it from happening again. So that's why I feel so passionate about saying, listen, I can see the way this virus works and I can see that it's possible to recover from narcissistic Abuse. It's also possible to recover from a narcissistic virus like high risk HPV virus. So now that you know, now you can decide, is this something in your life that you want to do? No. So I just encourage you to journal about that. Take a couple deep breaths. Put your hand on your heart. I know. Even though what everything that you've been exposed to and everything you've been through, there's a part inside of you who knows that you deserve help with high risk hpv. You deserve help to address your vulnerabilities, to help you recover from what you've been through, so that, that what you've been through doesn't have to determine what, what you will go through in the future. And you can then connect with your true self and your true purpose here in your human life to do what you're really meant to do and not just be caught up in the virus and this whole process associated with high risk HPV virus. So I'm so glad you listened in with me today. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me or my office. We're happy to speak with you about your case and help you to understand what's possible and how we, what services we offer to help you with that. Please understand that this is outside of the standard medical, you know, insurance and standard system because it does it, this doesn't exist in that system. So you're saying you're, when you contact me, you're saying, hey, I understand, I need help. Not an exclusion of the standard medical system. We need you to, if necessary, we need to do a Pap smear HPV test or if you need a procedure, we're going to do need to do a procedure. So this is not an exclusion of the medical system. And then this is not to be contradictory or in opposition to the medical system. We need that. But it's to say that's not everything. You're not going to hear about everything there and it's not necessarily all going to be under your insurance. It's about you saying, hey, I need to take care of me now. Part of that will get covered by insurance, part of it isn't going to get covered by insurance. But still we need to find a way to get you access to that care so that you can get the information you need to fend off hpv, prevent cancer and move forward in your life in a healthier way. So if that sounds like you, I welcome you to reach out and we will be happy to hear from you and to guide you from there.
