Hi and welcome to how humans heal. I'm Dr. Donnie Wilson. In this episode and video, I'm going to be talking about the emotional and spiritual connection to health issues occurring on a physical level. In particular, I'm going to be talking about the spiritual and emotional connection to high risk HPV virus and abnormal Pap smears, as well as cervical and vaginal cancer risk. A lot of times, as humans, we think about our physical symptoms, even something like a headache, a skin rash, let alone pain anywhere in your body, and susceptibility to cancer and infection. We think of it as occurring only on the physical plane, on the physical level. And yet research has demonstrated that as humans, we're not just on a physical level. Right? We have the emotional and spiritual level in addition to the physical level. And in fact, when there is an imbalance or trauma or unaddressed emotional imbalance or spiritual energetic imbalance, that can influence us on a physical level. So, so sometimes when something shows up as a symptom or a diagnosis or a health issue on a physical level, it actually could be related to something that's going on emotionally, spiritually, or energetically. And so it's really important to keep this in mind. And I absolutely have seen it in clinical cases. Remember, I've been working with thousands of cases for over 25 years. And so I've had a lot of opportunity to observe when patients come to me and describe that they're dealing with a health issue, whether that's abnormal Pap smear and risk of cancer, or whether that's autoimmunity or even a skin rash or migraines, for example, which is all things that I've experienced in my life as well, is I'm going to look on a physical level and identify imbalances in hormones, nutrient deficiencies, microbiome issues. Right? We're going to look on a physical level and at our biochemistry and our physiology. And I've studied all of those sciences for many years. And so that's where I definitely begin. However, I have observed over the years that it doesn't just stop by looking at the physical level, we also need to take into consideration what's happening for you on an emotional level and even spiritual, energetic level. And this really turns us into looking at the influences of stress and trauma on our human experience, which is, as many of you know, something that I've also spent a lot of time researching and writing about, including this book over my shoulder, Master Stress, Reset your Health, where I help you to understand how stress and trauma affect the body through our stress response system, how it affects us on a physical level as well as an emotional, spiritual and energetic level, so that we can understand as humans that we all are exposed to stress and we most all have experienced trauma at some point in our lives. A lot of times we experience some amount of stress and trauma or adverse events starting from childhood and then continuing on into adulthood. And we know from research that when humans are exposed to stress and trauma, that hasn't been addressed right? And a lot of times we push it under the rug and try to forget about it and ignore it and move on. But if we don't help ourselves recover from that stress and trauma, it's likely to show up in our bodies some where somehow. And that's just well established in the literature and we see it clinically all the time. So this is why, in my mind, it's so important for all of us to be aware, acknowledge the stress and trauma that we've been exposed to, and then to get help to actually recover from the impact of stress and trauma, so that it isn't likely to make you more susceptible to health issues on a physical level. Now, a lot of times, again, with high risk HPV and abnormal Pap smear, the doctor is not likely to even mention that stress and trauma play a role. And they're not likely to encourage you to get support to process the stress, the emotional level and the spiritual level, when in fact there is research to show that women who go through a diagnosis of high risk HPV and abnormal Pap smears and cancer risk absolutely have a higher level of stress and trauma simply because of the diagnosis of high risk HPV and the medical procedures associated with it, higher level of anxiety and shame that's occurring, and the research that's begging practitioners to please help women on this level. And so that's more why I'm here to say it is absolutely essential to address the emotional spiritual level when you're helping your body to clear high risk hpv. In fact, I would argue that it's when we help on an emotional and spiritual level that women become more able to clear HPV to negative because I see case after case of women who've been changing their diet and taking supplements and, and addressing factors on a physical physiological level. And yet the virus isn't going away until we finally help them to fully recover from stress and trauma and address the emotional spiritual level. Then they become resilient or even invincible to HPV because their body is able to protect them. Going forward, I wanted to share some research and I will put the resources down below that. In fact, there's a study from 2019 from the journal of Women's Health that found that there's a significant association between child abuse history and cervical cancer risk. That when women have a history of childhood abuse, they have a 96% higher odds of being at risk for cervical cancer. So if you know that you were exposed to abuse during your childhood, whether that was physical abuse, sexual abuse or psychological abuse, they can all increase risk of HPV related cancer. That doesn't just end in childhood though. Even women who experience violence with their partner as an adult, especially physical or sexual abuse, also have an increased risk of cervical cancer. That's based on a study from 2016 in the journal of Interpersonal Violence. And there's research to show that when women go through the experience of testing positive for high risk hpv, they experience social, the effects of a social stigma related to the risk of cervical cancer. Meaning that when women go through having a diagnosis of high risk HPV virus that they go through an experience of isolation from their community and from others and even potentially verbal abuse being because of the diagnosis of high risk HPV virus. And this is another reason why it's so important to change the way we've been helping women with this or not helping women with this and to say, hey, it's time we actually be sensitive and supportive. Help women to not feel isolated and to not feel anxious to give them information so that they have the information they need in order to support their bodies, to heal and to, to not let have them feeling like they did something wrong. This is what I hear from women all the time from around the world, is that they feel that it's all their fault and that there's nothing they can do. And they've been told by practitioners that there's nothing they can do. And so of course they're going to feel very hopeless and isolated and anxious and ashamed that they have this virus that could cause cancer or is causing cancer. And they can, they can't do anything about it is what women are told. And to Me, this is just absolutely needs to be addressed and changed. Because first of all, that's not true. The human immune system can clear high risk HPV virus to negative. I see it in my practice every day. And we shouldn't be leaving women to feel stressed and isolated while dealing with hpv because it only perpetuates the risk of the virus. Because the more that women are exposed to stress and trauma and isolation and fear, the more they're exposed to this, the more their immune system drops, the more their microbiome gets imbalanced and the more their cortisol levels get thrown off track and the more susceptible they become to high risk HPV virus. Ladies, high risk HPV virus doesn't have to control your life. I'm Dr. Donnie and I've been at the Florida front of Women's health for over 20 years. I've helped thousands of women to clear HPV naturally with my proven protocol. And this isn't about just managing the virus, it's about eliminating it for good. Join my workshop and take control of your health and your body with an expert guide by your side. Click the button below. So actually, the way we've been dealing with this virus is making women more susceptible to the virus. And, and that's why I feel so strongly that things need to change. And that's why I'm doing what I'm doing to step outside of the standard conventional medical model and say instead of just let's do another pap smear, let's do another procedure. I'm over here saying let's help women, help women to heal. Let's help women to understand their results, understand their risk of hpv, understand how to look at their body in a systematic way to understand what is making them susceptible to this virus. And it's different for each individual. So we need to identify the eight common susceptibilities and help women to understand which of those eight susceptibilities are showing up for them so that they can address them and they can finally be able to fully heal. And by changing their internal environment, their body will then be able to protect them from high risk HPV virus going forward. So the things we need to look at is we need to look at history of stress and trauma or abuse in childhood or adulthood. And I would even say looking for history of stress, trauma and abuse, even ancestral. So even if it was in a prior generation, that's been passed on to women, that can also influence their risk of high risk hpv. We also need to look at dietary factors like exposure to refined sugar and alcohol, cigarette smoking, as well as inflammatory foods. We need to look at women's lifestyle, including her sleep, her exercise, Is she getting enough and not too much? We need to look at gut health, including leaky gut and microbiome imbalances, as well as vaginal microbiome imbalances. We need to look for nutrient deficiencies as well as hormone imbalances of any kind, from insulin to thyroid to estrogen, progesterone. We need to make sure hormones are balanced, blood sugars balanced, and we need to look for any medications they might be taking that are making them susceptible, toxins they might have been exposed to that might be making them susceptible. And by going through this process of identifying what's making a person susceptible, which is likely more than one thing, but isn't the same for everyone, we can then help to address those susceptibilities on a physical level as well as on an emotional level and spiritual level. I wanted to point out some of the. If you look at the connection between something that's occurring in the womb, in the vagina, cervix and womb pelvic area of the body, what we find is there is an emotional, spiritual connection to feeling powerless. So if as a woman listening or if you know someone who's dealing with this, it's very often associated with women feeling that they are out, they're out of control of what's happening to them. They feel hopeless and powerless to do anything about it. Because the pelvic area of the body is associated with women's power. So if they're not feeling powerful, they're likely to be more susceptible to high risk hpv. It's also this area of the body associated with unprocessed grief, such as the loss of a loved one. It can also be associated with. It's the area of the body associated with creation and intuition as well as wisdom. And so these are areas of, on an emotional and spiritual level that when women can help process on these levels that they can actually help their bodies protect themselves from high risk HPV virus. And this can also come back to in psychology, what's referred to as attachment wounds. If from childhood there were traumas that occurred and not receiving nurturing and compassion and support and love, that can create an attachment wound, which is an emotional wound and even emotional spiritual wound. And that attachment wound can then make women more susceptible to high risk HPV and abnormal cells as well. And these are all areas that can be healed. But we need to be Working, we need to be aware of it. And then we need to be using tools that help women to heal on that emotional level as well as spiritual level. So if this resonates with you, I want you to please know that this is a part of the protocol, my protocol to help you heal from hpv. And then it's absolutely possible to heal. You can heal the nervous system from being exposed to trauma. You can recalibrate your strength, stress hormones, including cortisol and adrenaline, and neurotransmitters. Even after decades after being exposed to trauma, we can still help you to recover from trauma step by step. And this is what I guide you through in the Master of Stress Reset yout Health book. It's also what I guide you through in my say Goodbye to HPV program. And when I work with women, one on one, I go guide them through my stress recovery protocol to implement activities and tools that help your nervous system to feel safe, feel heard and acknowledged and nurtured and loved so that you can learn tools and realign with your own body and realign with your own self and your authentic, loving self so that you're no longer dependent on someone else to love you. You can love yourself as an adult, and in doing so, you can heal attachment wounds and you can heal the nervous system from trauma and isolation from the past and from dealing with hpv. And it's simply a matter of going step by step, little by little. We start by learning breathing techniques as well as somatic therapy, exercises, transcendence dance and other movement tools and techniques, including biofeedback and meditation that help you to reconnect with yourself, to regulate your nervous system, to create a sense of safety in your body and in your life so that your body can actually heal from the trauma and feel connected in a community. So I've created online community of women who are in this healing process so you don't have to feel isolated and alone. You can come together with a group of women online who are in the same process of healing, healing from hpv, healing from trauma, finding themselves in the connection with themselves again so that they can take these steps to take better care of yourself, to feed yourself in a way that keeps your blood sugar balanced and your immune system optimized and your inflammation down. And to optimize your microbiome without overfeeding it. Right? To get sleep in a restful way and help your body to recover from stress each and every day and to create a daily routine that allows you to become aware of your emotions and be confident processing your emotions as they occur in the moment and be able to then connect with your purpose, your true self and your true purpose in life and your innate capacity to heal, including from trauma and from high risk HPV virus. So if you would like to learn more, I welcome you to join me. I offer a free online workshop called the how to get rid of HPV 5 day workshop and you can join me from anywhere in the world. Just I'll put a link down below and you can click there to join me for the workshop. And then if you would like to continue working with me in the group setting, we offer the say Goodbye to HPV three month program where I guide you step by step exactly how to know which supplements to take and which suppositories and how to address the eight susceptibilities and how to heal from trauma on an emotional and spiritual level. And if you would like to work with me one on one, that's also an option. I have a few spots open each year to take new patients one on one to guide you through this process, side by side with you from wherever you are in the world. I can guide you to implement how to implement what your body needs and to listen to your body and to learn what does your body need now and into the future to protect you from HPV as well as other health issues. I've helped women from everywhere from Australia to the Middle east to the UK to Central and South America, and absolutely see that they can be successful to clear high risk HPV and prevent it from coming back again, and to know that it includes helping to heal on an emotional spiritual level. So women end up, as they go through my protocol on the other side of it, they feel that they have transformed literally because they now know themselves better, they've healed on so many levels in so many ways that they then feel so much more confident and empowered going forward knowing that their body can heal. I talked to a woman today. When you go from having HPV and need in the doctor scaring you about needing surgeries for years and then you get a negative result, you just think, oh my gosh, I've completely transformed my health and my body and my relationship to my body. And now I feel confident that I can move forward protecting myself. And not only that, but now you have addressed any attachment wounds or spiritual emotional deficiencies or depletions that were occurring in the pelvic area of your body so that you don't have to have that recur again in the future. So I hope this was helpful. I'm so glad you found me and this video. I welcome you to join me on my newsletter list and to subscribe to How Humans Heal so you don't miss the episode the next episode. I look forward to connecting with you. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you'd like to know how I can help you from wherever you are to gain your freedom from high risk hpv. And for any of you who are listening and wondering if this helps with other health issues, absolutely does help with any health issue that you might be dealing with. Is so important to also consider the emotional and spiritual level. And you could start by getting my book my book, the Master of Stress Reset yout Health Book to help you understand how stress and trauma can be impacting us on a physical level. And then we can go from there to help guide you which tests to do and which supplements to take and which stress recovery tools and techniques you can use to fully help yourself heal and connect with your true self and your true passion. That's the thing is we're here for this lifetime to connect with ourselves and to learn how to take care of our human body that's allowing us to have this human experience.
