#318 The Lymph Queen: Unlocking Your Body's Healing System with Kelly Kennedy
28 May 2026 · 55 min
In this episode of How Humans Heal, Dr. Doni Wilson interviews Kelly Kennedy, known as the “Lymph Queen,” to explore the role of the lymphatic system in overall health. Kelly explains that the lymphatic network—comprising vessels, nodes, organs, and glands—contains three times more fluid than blood and serves as the body’s “trash taker,” moving immune cells, toxins, and waste. She argues that virtually every health issue (headaches, brain fog, hormonal imbalance, skin problems, digestive complaints, fertility challenges, and even cancer) has a lymphatic component. The conversation covers how to recognize lymph stagnation, the importance of diaphragmatic breathing, dry‑brushing, hydration, and avoiding toxic skin products. Kelly demonstrates a simple manual‑lymphatic‑pumping sequence (five key points from clavicle to abdomen) and describes her free “5‑tool” guide and a paid 21‑day online program that teach these techniques, along with vibrational devices to aid flow. Personal stories illustrate the approach: Kelly’s own recovery after a severe car accident, her father’s Hodgkin’s disease, her ovarian cysts, and client transformations ranging from elderly patients regaining mobility to a severely allergic woman experiencing emotional breakthroughs. The episode ties lymph health to emotional and energetic bodies, fertility, HPV clearance, and broader lifestyle factors such as EMFs, posture, and gravity, positioning lymphatic care as a foundational, self‑empowering practice that complements conventional medicine.

Dr. Doni Wilson struggled for decades to solve her numerous health issues and heal her body, but with focused determination, she healed herself. And in doing so, she discovered the Dr. Doni Stress Recovery Protocol. On this show, you're gonna hear from doctors, nutritionists, and experts along with Dr. Doni who will give practical advice and wisdom to help heal your body. This is How Humans Heal.
Hi and welcome to How Humans Heal. I'm Dr. Doni Wilson, and in this episode I'm interviewing Kelly Kennedy, the Lymph Queen. She has been helping people to improve their lymph function and flow for over 20 years, and I am so grateful for her to come today to share with all of you what is the lymph and how do you know you need help with your lymph and where can you begin to reset your lymph. So thank you so much for joining us today, Kelly.
My pleasure, Dr. Doni Wilson. I love you so much. I'm happy to be on how humans heal because it's exactly what I teach as well.
Is that right? This is an important part of how humans heal is to improve your lymph. And the fact is, is that most times people don't hear about their lymph. It's not something you hear about when you go to the regular doctor's office or your annual exam. It's not something that shows up in your blood work. So how do people even, how can they have a sense that they should be paying attention to their lymph?
Yeah, it's a good question. And I recently said that all lymph, all problems you have are a lymphatic problem. I know that's a bold statement, but here's my point. It's not that everything is all lymph. It's just that everything has a lymph component. So there's not a part of your body that doesn't have a lymph channel. Every nerve has a lymph channel. You have glymphatics in your head. You have lymphatics in your gut, like 50% of your lymph nodes. And we're gonna talk about lymph vessels, lymph nodes, lymph organs, and lymph glands. It's this entire network. Much like our circulatory system that connects all the parts and translates and moves through it proteins, fluids, balances the fluids in the body, but it also gets rid of toxicants and pathogens and the trash. And it's known as the trash taker outer. If you know anything about the lymph, you're like, "Yeah, that's where my trash gets taken out." But how do you take out your trash and how do you know you need to take out your trash to your point? So here's how you would know. Ready? You get headaches. Brain fog, sinus issues, sleep issues, hormonal issues, fatigue, skin issues, digestive issues. What have I left on the table? Nothing. Because again, what we look at and is the terrain of the body, the majority of your body, the environment of your body is 3 times more lymphatic fluid than it is blood. Did you know that, Doni? You have 3 times more.
3 times?
3 times more lymph fluid than blood.
Wow. And it's, and it's this kind of like invisible. It's almost seems invisible unless you see a lymph node and then you might see a lymph node on your neck and people will be like, why do I have a lymph node? Or when we're looking for cancer, we look at the lymph nodes, but it's, that's too late at that point, right? We need to be looking at the lymph nodes a lot sooner.
Well, yeah. And in Europe where I studied, the first thing they do when you have a cancerous diagnosis is go to your lymph nodes. A little different than we're taught here in the States, but we have between 600 and 1,000 lymph nodes. And like you say, most people only know about the tonsils, and then a lot of people have them taken out as a kid. But we actually have 5 tonsils, 5 types of tonsils, and they're the gatekeepers to the brain, um, blood barrier. And the thing is, everybody wants their brain to drain, but the brain won't drain until the neck drains, and the neck won't drain till the body drains. Because unlike your circulatory system through your heart that is known to have a pump, The lymphatic does not have a pump. And yes, when you breathe, you move your lymph. So anybody that says— just because I know you have a lot of clients and a lot of listeners that have been dealing with cancer and HPV because of your, your, your focus. And please hear me say this. I am Kelly Kennedy. I'm not a doctor, but I've trained and I've worked in clinical practice for 20 years. If a doctor says you, you shouldn't move your lymph, It tells me how much they don't know about your body and how it works. Because in order for you to breathe, you move your lymph. So are they telling you not to breathe?
Mm-hmm.
Because when you diaphragmatically breathe, you're actually opening up your lymphatic channels much better. And we both know from looking at heart rate variability, it's much better to diaphragmatically breathe than chest breathe because you're more into the healing digestion, relaxation, the parasympathetic tone of the body, which is the thing that heals. And that's how humans heal, right, Dr. Doni Wilson? Yeah, and it's also—
we do— we spend so much— like, in, in my book Master Your Stress, Reset Your Health, I talk a lot about how do we engage the— I call it the anti-stress part of our stress system, our nervous system, right? There's the stress part, which is a fight or flight, which we also need in certain instances, but then we need to be able to transition back to parasympathetic, which is the anti-stress system. And one of the best ways ways to do that is by taking a deep breath, right? So just like—
absolutely. And by pumping your lymph. I call it— I pump and release. I teach people how to pump you up, like literally pump your lymph nodes, because we're going to talk about the vessels versus the nodes in a second. But by opening up your lymph nodes, and if you're dry brushing, I've got a different way for you to dry brush that's effective. Because what I started to learn— so how this all went was this: my dad had Hodgkin's, he had cancer.
I don't want to get cancer of the lymph.
Well, one of them. He had Hodgkin's disease, so he had lots of different types of cancers.
I see.
And when I went to Cornell pre-med to become a doctor, I was in a horrible car accident and I almost died. And then within 9 months of that car accident and being told to manage pain for the rest of my life and given a script pad and support groups, my dad did die at 55, having had cancer 7 times. And I literally lifted my head up and was like, wait a second, I'm on 6 medications. I'm a collegiate rower. My dad never managed his nutrition. He's dead at 55. He had cancer 7 times. There's something they're not figuring out about how the body works. And so it took me 3 years, but I finally found a man in Pennsylvania who did energetic work in the '90s. I had a spontaneous healing. Then I went back to him and said, what the heck did you do? And he said, energy. And in 1996, let alone 2026, we didn't really understand energy. So then I just read everything I could, go, you know, go to all the meditations and do all the things and start to, to play, if you will, with this energy. But for me as a scientist, I needed to know that I could apply this to every single client so that anybody walking through our door, if we applied the same formula, they would get the same result because that's how my brain works. So as I started to research what really helped me get better this energy, this terrain medicine, it led me to quantitatively assessing this lymphatic system. And every client that walked in, including me, had jacked up lymphatics. I mean, inflamed, hot, not stagnant, not moving. And they were the same clients that couldn't detox, they couldn't do their heavy metal detox, they couldn't get their amalgams out, or if they did, they felt worse. So as we started to move their lymph, and with the cancer patients, as we started to move their lymph, all of a sudden their bodies were healing. So I leaned into that. And then I started to really understand that this lymph system is so much more than just the fluid pressure system. It really is our immune system. And where we— so the lymph organs, the spleen creates your white— red blood cells, the small intestines makes white blood cells, the thymus and the bone marrow mature the white blood cells, the tonsils We already know the gatekeeper's there to the brain and the appendix, all lymph organs. Then you have these lymph nodes that are really small, like between a millimeter and 25 millimeters, and they're 20% concentrated in our neck. And if we see, as you say, swollen lymph nodes, we go, "Something's wrong." But that's really the body trying to create an immune response. Like, I didn't vaccinate my kid, so when I took him to daycare, it was like lymph node central. He had all these because his immune system son was responding to all the bacteria and all the viruses and all the new things that he saw. And by mobilizing his lymph for years, he now has immunity. And we did nose odes and stuff like that, but that's how we created his immunity. We let it respond. Having a fever is a natural response when the body has a virus. At 104, I'm sure we both agree, yeah, break the fever. But I can tell you all, and I don't know Doni all that well, but I know her well enough to know She's letting that fever burn up into 104. She's letting that body heal itself because that's the default mechanism. And the way to access it, from my perspective, the easiest way is through the lymphatics, through a self-pumping. Just like we brush our teeth twice a day, we have to learn how to pump our lymph. And we don't depend on just brushing our teeth, do we? Right? We go to the dentist. So you need to go to a lymph therapist, one that's trained ideally by myself and Desiree Despommier. Dr. Doni Wilson, who's from New Zealand, who— her and I have been playing this game for 20 years together. And I don't know anybody who gets the results that we do from applying her lymph node release technique. And then, using tools like vibrational tools that open up the scars and the lymph nodes because the lymph gets thick from sedentary lifestyle, from tight-fitting clothes, from chemicals in our environment, from metals in our environment. I mean, listen, I know her well enough to know she's one of the happiest people I've ever met in my life. Dr. Doni Wilson is one of the happiest people I've ever met in my life. She's like a little fairy energy. She's just always happy and a bright, brilliant star, always shining her energy. But both of us could depress you pretty quickly if we told you the news of what's happening in our environment and what actually makes us sick. So while we're very happy people, we might dispense some bad news sometimes about the environment you live in. And that environment internally, from, you know, the lotions and the potions that you put on your skin, are actually aging you, not anti-aging you. And that— if you're not willing to put it on your tongue, I challenge you to not put it on your skin, because it's got to go through your lymphatic. And if it's not natural, your body's got to use energy to get rid of it, to take it out. But as your body's diagnosing, if you will, what is this stuff in my body that's not ma— that's not natural. It does that at the level of the lymph node. And those lymph nodes are like congested with all these cobwebs from sedentary lifestyle, tight-fitting clothes, and abundance of metals and chemicals in our environment. And the number one is dehydration. And so people are out there drinking all their water, but it's non-bioavailable water, not bioelectric water. And the water inside their body therefore also isn't bioelectric and not conducting that electricity. And then the body loses voltage, right? And when we lose voltage, we lose healing capacity. And that's from all this thickening of this fluid known as the lymph. And then we start to see these swollen lymph nodes or puffs instead of pits. So knowing I was going to be interviewing and that I'm in North Carolina, I could wear the appropriate shirt because it's actually warm out to show you what a pit looks like. If you have an arm puff that's like that, you have stagnant lymph. If you have a pit— Mm-hmm. —and behind your knees and up in here, these are all areas where we have larger concentration. Any area you bend has a larger concentration of these lymph nodes. And a lot of times people get surgeries for their shoulders or their wrists or their knees, and honestly, it's just lymph stagnancy. And we can prevent surgeries, we can prevent illnesses, and we can clean up illnesses by working on the lymph. And when we simply you simply pump it, as I teach people to freely do twice a day, you're gonna start to take care of your body, kinda like brushing your teeth twice a day. But you don't wanna end there. You wanna see a therapist and then you wanna also do like a restoration. Like some of you that know, I'm sure Dr. Doni's educated you about the dental piece, right? Have you talked about that on your podcast?
Yes, we've had the biological dentist. Yep.
So for years, people ask me what I did and I said, "Well, I send people to the dentist and I clean them up before and after and make sure it all goes well." because essentially they open up the blockades to healing. But when we're working and you restore your dental piece, right, you're getting rid of old fillings, you're putting on biocompatible stuff. It takes— it's a process. Well, cleaning out your lymph is kind of like a process if you've never done it before, and you might need some special tools like Roto-Rooters, like plumbers need. You got to go and you got to clean out those pipes, and then all of a sudden, once you clean out those pipes, everything just gets easier. Every— all the traction, all the red light therapy, all the saunas, all the good things that you're doing will actually take hold in your body because you have space.
It's such a— thank you so much for all of that. And I, I want to like even just dissect a little bit of what you're saying just so people really understand. So this— so the lymph vessels are running alongside our blood vessels. So anywhere you see a blood vessel or know there's a blood vessel, there's also going to be lymph flowing, and it's all through our body. And, and when you're saying you put lotion on your skin, that anything you put on your skin absorbs through your skin, and then it's going to get into your lymph. So that's why you're saying if, if you're putting a lot of things on your skin, even deodorants, lotions, anything, fragrances, it's gonna have to get through your lymph vessels. And what happens is like a traffic jam, because then The, the— not only is there a lot of traffic coming through, and then these poor lymph nodes have all of this, these toxins to process, but also if we don't have enough water— and, and not only just any water, but clean, active water coming through— because the water is going through the lymph too. And of course, water helps things flow, just like with a river, right? If there's more water, it's going to flow better. So if we have more water that we're consuming active water, it's going to help the lymph and help move the toxins through and, and out. So then what you really want is you want a constant flow. You don't want things stuck, because anytime things are stuck, then, then it's going to hit overwhelm, right? Then we— the system backs up, and that's when you start seeing symptoms, whether it's headaches, skin rashes, pain. Fatigue, all those things you listed, right? Because it's like a backup in the whole system. And so what you're saying is it's not like you're gonna— it's not like you can just flip a switch and change your lymph overnight. It's something you're going to want to get into a daily practice so that you, you can get things moving. So you're not— if you— even if it's been— no matter how old you are when you're listening to this video, there's still hope, right? You can you can start and start now and it'll start to improve.
Would you say 100%? And no matter how young you are, you have a jacked up lymph system because I have a 13-year-old and he grew up in a very different environment than I did. And granted, he was born at home, mostly organic, everything, blah, blah, blah. The soup we're living in in this world is very different and the amount of inputs that we have is beyond what our bodies can handle. And so my little adage is you got to move it out faster than they're throwing it at us. And so every day we have to pump our lymph at least twice a day. Once you're at maintenance level, once you've restored the body, once you've gotten— so whether you're 12 or you're 102, everybody, if you want to live a better, higher quality life, start pumping your lymphatic nodes, start opening up the drainage portals. Because as you said, it's like a river, and if that river doesn't flow and you get a dam somewhere, which is scars or stagnancies from lack of movement, what happens in a river when you get a dam? Now, you get all these bugs and like dark stuff and stuff is growing. That same stuff happens in your body. And so, we move and the lymph moves, but we gotta do very specific movements and we've gotta do it in a very specific sequence because the— how the body drains is based upon the physics of the destiny called your body.
And there's gravity on planet Earth, right? Yes. Gravity has something to do with this, right? 100%. If we're standing, then gravity is going to want to pull it all down. And we have—
and this is the vessel that that energy and that flow runs through. And you're right. And we don't go upside down enough. I mean, one of my best practitioners that I work with was a yoga instructor, and she had horrible acne all over her skin. She moved. Like every time I went to go get her in the waiting room, she was standing on a head— doing a headstand. Okay. Her issue wasn't movement, right? But she had other things in her lymph that were causing it to be thick and stuck. And then it was coming out of the skin as this horrendous pocky acne. So she's now been a practitioner with me for 6 years after being a client for 3, because she's got a whole different philosophy of life now. But the point is, it's not just movement. It's very specific movement. With very specific sequences for your lymph. Just like, you know, there's a specific way to brush your teeth, right? You've all learned that, like, you don't wanna just do hard brushing. You wanna use certain toothpaste that's not toxic. Same with your lymph. There's very specific ways to care for it. And most of the standard, like, minimal stuff that you wanna do is free. I teach it all over the place. It's on my website. We're gonna give you access to it with a— with a little guide to give you my 5 top tools of what I do for lymph. And it's not just physical because you have a physical body, you have an emotional body, you have an energetic body, you have a mental body and a spiritual body. And those non-physical bodies, not the physical, but the mental, the emotional, and spiritual, the energetic, live in the lymphatics and the fascia. So as you're starting to unwind your lymphatics, the stuff that's been stuck is going to start to come out.
Isn't this it? So you're saying now, Kelly, that like this connection between Moving your lymph can also help you to move emotions that haven't been processed, trauma on a physical level that starts to move, starts to be processed. 100%.
I was just at the ocean this weekend for the first time in a long time, and I was looking at the waves and I was like, that's what's happening inside our body. Some people have big tidal waves, some people have little waves, but there's always movement. When is the ocean ever still? Never. Nor is your lymph. You think it's stagnant because you see evidence of it, but there's some kind of movement. And the more you increase that movement, yeah, it's gonna be some tidal waves to get all the crap out of the ocean that doesn't belong in there. And what happens when you get tidal waves? Now there's all this stuff up on the shore, right? There was tons of jellyfish the other day on the shore. Like, okay, they're clearing out some jellyfish. Don't go in the ocean was my lesson of the day. But as it's clearing that out, now it makes more space in the ocean. Just like in our body as this stuff comes out. So when I start pumping people's lymph and they start pumping it, what do they notice? Yes, they sleep better. Yes, they lose some inches because the inflammation is coming out. But how does it come out? Well, they're peeing more, they're pooping more, they're sweating more. If they're a menstruating woman, they're bleeding more. Hear me say this too, please. If you are a menstruating woman, the side effect of lymphatic movement is health and healing And the side effect of that is fertility. So if you don't want to get pregnant, do everything you can to prevent it while you start moving your lymph and know your cycle will be thrown off because I'm convinced that the ovaries are part of the lymphatic system. I mean, absolutely. Cross-section of the lymph, it looks just like a lymph node.
It makes so much sense to me. And I do the same thing too, Kelly, because when I help women to fend off HPV, I say these— when we go through this process of helping your body protect you from HPV, you're going to become more fertile. So you just need to be aware that your ovaries are probably going to start working better. You're going to start making more hormones and you're going to get pregnant easier than you did before. And so it's important to know that. But how amazing. And I would love to make this connection to HPV because when women get an abnormal Pap smear—
I want to make this too, because this is huge for me, right?
There's lymph nodes in the pelvic area. Yeah. That could have something to do with why the HPV is hanging around too long.
Sister, I was in that car accident when I was 20. I know my dad had EBV from the Hodgkin's, and I know from now with German medicine and all that. One month after that car accident, I started to get ovarian cysts. I had 30 ovarian cysts burst on me in 10 years. 30? 30 in 10 years. Oh my gosh, that's very painful. So painful. I wanted to get my ovaries out because I was young in my late 20s when it first, you know, about 5 years into it, I was like, can we just take the ovaries? I'm not going to use them anyway. And thank God the doctor didn't, because once I treated the scar on my head and I started moving my lymph, I'll never forget the first day Desiree pumped my inguinal on my left side because all 30 cysts happened on my left cyst, on my left ovary. Wow. She pumped that inguinal. I felt like I was Harry, them, and Sally. I was like, oh, I was having a body orgasm. It like flow that she opened up in that leg that had never been there, probably in 10 years or more. And I've never had a cyst since I started working my lymph in my scar. So the thing is, you can reverse anything in your body. And at 39 years old, I had a child at home without any assistance, and I was on birth control prior to that car accident to regulate my hormones. So there was lots of issues in my tissues before I got in the car accident. Then I got in the car accident and all the issues in my tissues were magnified. Then as I had that spontaneous healing, the one thing I couldn't get rid of was the cysts. And then once I treated the scar on my head with procaine, a local anesthetic, and treated my scar that way, cyst was gone. And I became the lymph expert because I recognized this was my lymph set. My lymph system was holding on to what happened in that car accident. My lymph system was holding on to the energy of my dad dying. It was all twisted in that emotional body. Is the water of the body. It's your lymphatic system. Just like the ocean is very emotional, right? The tide comes in, the tide leaves. What is it dependent upon? The stars, the moon, the astrology. Huh, maybe that's why we're so associated and aligned with the changes that are happening astrologically.
Ladies, high-risk HPV virus doesn't have to control your life. I'm Dr. Doni Wilson Wilson, and I've been at the forefront of women's health for over 20 years. I've helped thousands of women to clear HPV naturally with my proven protocol. And this isn't about just managing the virus, it's about eliminating it for good. Join my workshop and take control of your health and your body with an expert guide by your side. Click the button below. This, this makes so much sense, and, and I really want women to understand, like, like, because I do see this— anyone, anyone who's been listening to me talk about HPV, I talk about how it's not just on a physical level. HPV is okay, yes, this virus is active, it's hijacking cells and trying to change those cells into cancer cells. First question is, why is it still there? The human body should clear the virus in the first place. So if it's not clearing it, why isn't it clearing it? And second of all, there's a very clear connection to me, what would women experience when they are testing positive for HPV in an abnormal Pap smear. They're also experiencing a lot of emotional stress dealing with that, but most all of them will report that they've experienced stress or trauma either in their recent past or even in their childhood. And that emotional trauma I see is completely related to their risk of cervical cancer.
And the more we can— completely right. And so if there's always an emotional component with any cancers, and it's a victim or a martyr, right, from EBV. And the pelvic floor, I call it really the energetic chastity belt that we all have on us. And that is, we really lift that off of us and we really express our femininity and our divinity and our softness, which you do eloquently, Doni. May I say, ah.
Thank you, Kelly. You're so sweet.
Really, you do. You, you embody it like very few. You really do. That is such a healing. And I, I loved when I got to know you from a professional level because we actually met at a meditation seminar many years ago. But when I got to know her as a doctor professional and realized what she specialized in, I was so happy because I'm like, what a perfect person to take on HPB because you are so embodied in your divine. Because you are so feminine and so willing to be soft and vulnerable. And that is such a scary place for so many women that don't feel safe in their own bodies. And that starts with— I know this is gonna sound sexual, but I really don't want it to sound— but it starts with touching yourself. It starts with touching your lymphatics and, and getting self-care over healthcare and learning how to care for this body and listen to this body. It is full of so much wisdom and is not doing anything to you, it's all for you. And you're right, those ovarian cysts were so painful. And when I look back, they started the night of the car accident. The night of the car accident, I gave my body to somebody even though I said no. And we'd had a clandestine relationship. I was like, no, let's not do it tonight because tomorrow is gonna be a weird day with your girlfriend and blah blah blah. And she knew about me and all that, but still there was a there was a connection there, right? And I gave my body to— in a way I didn't really want to. And the car accident happened, the ovarian cyst started. And I can trace every one of those next ovarian cysts to something I did against my heart.
Mm-hmm. It's really a powerful message, right? When you can look back and say, what— when were we not listening to our intuition? And of course, we were never really trained to listen to our intuition. We were taught the opposite. To not listen to our heart, our intuition. And I think a lot of women can resonate with just choosing something because of people pleasing, or because of— of, like you said, you even said no, but it still happened, right? How do we— when we kind of like sacrifice— say it's like we're sacrificing ourselves, we are sacrificing this area of our body in particular, and then our lymph has to take it on. Our lymph has to be like, okay, what do we take on now? And, and at some point, sometimes then women are really hard on themselves. Why did, why did I get myself into this situation? But it, like, love what you just said. Instead of being hard on yourself, how can we be gentle with ourselves? How can we be like, hey, is, I'm only human, and I, and this is, you know, this is what our sort of conditioning is in society. So now that we know, we can make different choices, and we can, you can learn how to clear your lymph. Kelly's gonna teach you. We're gonna— like Kelly said, we're gonna be telling you— we're gonna have a link down below to Kelly's 21-Day Lymphatic System Breakthrough, which is online.
Yep, and that's separate. I have two things. So one is a free gift for every single person listening to this. So you get my 5 tools, you learn how to manually pump your lymph, you learn how to dry brush properly. You don't start your feet, you start your neck, and really learn the sequence. That's important for me. Everybody needs to do this for free. If you're ready to— hey, I want to go deeper, I've been doing that for a while, or I'm just ready to go— then I have a 21-day program that is really about the practice. It's not a pill. You're not going to pill your way into healing, as you know from listening to Dr. Doni Wilson. This is about a practice and learning how to practice to touch your body in a different way, to open up your lymph nodes, to feel your emotions, to wrangle your mammal— is what I call it, wrangle the mammal— to get the breath into the body. That's week 1. Lymph and breath is week 1. Really tuning in, focus that nervous system, calming the nervous system. And then week 2 is about scars and adhesions, about the fascia, right? What wraps around the— every lymph node, what suspends every organ, what gives you your physical shape, which is your shock absorber that holds a lot of that trauma, whether it's big T or little t. And So week 2 is lymph and fascia, and we also teach how to break an allergic reaction in that week and how to treat your scars and your adhesions. And then in week 3, it's lymph and emotion. And that's really where you live for the rest of your life. That's like opening up Pandora's box and allows you to learn tools to help you unwind your own body. Because what we both know is there's not enough time, energy, or money for you to go to somebody else's office and get better. I love hands-on. I have a clinic. I love putting my hands on clients. However, you need to learn how to care for yourself and then upgrade when you go to a practitioner, not get to maintenance when you go to a practitioner, but actually optimize when you go to a practitioner. And this is going to change healthcare because we don't have healthcare in this country. We have sick care and disease care. I want to change that. I want to change it from biohacking to bio-loving. Because we don't want to hack our systems. We want to love our systems, and we want to start to love this body. So ladies, this is the new tool that you're gonna get that's gonna be shaped like this, and it's gonna free you this time instead of trap you. If you're not watching, that's my ongoing joke. But it's a little vibrating tool. We have two different kinds. One has three modes, one has five modes, and it can be specifically to hold your lymph as well. So if you don't feel like you you can get the pumping right, 'cause I teach people how to pump. Don't stress. Get a tool that can help you. There's lots of ways to do this. There's— as long as you learn the sequence. But what you're gonna do is you're gonna have real freedom. That is my goal for every human being, to learn how your body works and then learn how to apply all the tools that you have in the right order and sequence so your body's in receiving mode and you get more attraction and you have to spend less time managing your health and living your life instead. And knowing these quick, easy ways— like, I love— I feel like Mary Poppins. I have my bag with me all the time, right? My purse, my bag. And Doni's seen me do it. And then we sit down at a conference and things just start to come out of my bag— vibrating tools, oils, all things to open up the lymph and the fascia. Because usually when we're together, we're sitting at conferences What stagnates your lymph? Sitting under bad lighting.
Oh my gosh, Dr.
Doni Wilson, with tons of EMFs because everybody's got their computer open. And it's like the worst environment for me in the world is when we go to conferences. I'm like, oh my God, this is where my body's the most stressed because I sit all day and I have to sit in front of computers and bad lighting and in horrible air. So that's where I do more of my stuff. I'll pump my lymph more when I'm walking around my day. I don't do a lot of that because I only need to do it in the morning and at night because I'm active and I'm moving and I'm doing my things. This is a way for you to free yourself to allow you to have more space to calm that nervous system. So the 21-day, there's gonna be a special code for Dr. Doni's, um, community so you get a discount as well. Um, and then we do run this 3 or 4 times a year, so I don't know when this will be launching, but just catch the next one whenever that is and use that code so you get the discount. But this for me is the thing that everybody's going to be doing eventually, right? Everybody brushes their teeth right now. In the 1400s, not that— that was not true. Not everybody brushed their teeth. They did not know that that was part of their health. And now, of course, we brush our teeth at least twice a day. That's where you're going to be with your lymph, because when you start to learn how the body works, you know that it's the lymph. So just be on it before everybody else. Start to teach them whether they're 10 or 110 and start to apply this and watch what happens. And get ready for the increased bowels, increased urine, and increased sweating.
Okay, okay, good to know. Which of course, those are our ways to detoxify. That's how the toxins get out, right? It's like these are— because sometimes we're, we're almost like trying to avoid sweating by using deodorant. We're trying to avoid— we're like trying to avoid because we don't know where the next toilet is. And, and then people are very constipated even if they don't know they're constipated.
That's right. 2 or 3 cars into the garage, meaning you eat 2 to 3 times a day. 2 to 3 cars out of the garage, meaning you poop 2 to 3 times a day. If your dog or cat didn't poop for a day or two and they were eating 2 to 3 times a day, you'd be freaked out. Why is this okay for humans? Why are adults told that it's okay for babies to only poop every couple times a week? What is going on?
No, I'm like, um, no, that's not okay. There's something happening.
Okay. Like, the babies poop more than anybody. Babies and dogs, they eat 2 meals a day, they poop 5 times a day. I don't— they've got amazing systems. If you're doing anything less than that, then let's get your natural rhythms in place, starting with that lymphatic, starting with pumping your lymph, opening your nodes. It takes about 2 to 3 minutes in the morning, 2 to 3 minutes at night.
Do you mind showing us a little bit? Sure. Because now I'm remembering, because I did a little session with you a couple years ago, and ever since then I've been doing this because it— it's like, I'm like, oh my gosh, Kelly told me I need to do this. So yeah, maybe you can just give it a bit before we go take the whole session.
Above your clavicle, um, on either side of your neck are where you end your— your lymph nodes. So as she said, you can back up your lymph, but it doesn't— it's a one-directional pump, so it moves when we move. And what we want to do is we want to create a vacuum like an opening by opening and pumping, and then all the fluid can drain into it. And then we go to the next one that's closest, the bigger group. So we start above the clavicle, and you're just gonna use your fingers in a pump release motion. This isn't pushing down. This isn't a muscle. Your lymph lives just below your skin, very gentle. It's a pump release, like a little— a little bit more than a butterfly kiss, but think about like if I was gonna go touch a peach or an avocado and test it at the store, store. I want to feel the firmness, and I want to make sure I make contact. Then I want to pump it and go, oh, am I indenting it, or did it go right in because it's rotten? That's the kind of pressure you're looking for. And you're gonna— you're creating a wave, right? So I often move my body when I'm moving my lip. It just automatically happens. So I'm going to cross my hands just because it's easier, and you're going to put your fingers up above those clavicles. I'll just do one side so they can see it well. Engage your breath, feel your breath in your body, and then just pump, release, pump, release in a little circle. You can't go in the wrong direction. Just gentle pump release on the left side first, then do the right side above the clavicle. Pump, release, pump, release, pump, release. Then we're going to go outside the tonsils under the jaw. And imagine that draining down into the area we just opened. Pump, release for 3 pumps. Pump, release. Pump, release. Then the right side. Pump, release. Pump, release. Pump, release. I'm starting to get parasympathetic almost instantly. I've been driving for a long time today too. And so right where men, if you're wearing a bra, or women, if you wear a bra, where the bra strap is right inside the shoulder. Another area you want to pump. So again, using your ring and your middle finger, and just pump in towards that direction of the clavicles. Pump, release. Pump, release. Pump, release. And then we'll just jump down to the cisterna. So like above your belly button, if you put your finger into your belly button and let your fingers just fall below your rib cage, there's this other area of the body. It's not a lymph node. It's called the cisterna chyli, but it should be a lymph node. I don't know what the heck, but if you just pump that 1 or 2 times, it's going to drain up to that left thoracic above the term— above the clavicle. I teach people to do a lot of sighing. Yes. 3. And then I always end at the top. 1, 2, 3. And where you started. So we did 1, 2, 3, 4 points and then went here, 5. There's a total of 10. It's not a huge sequence. You start to learn it. And then in the 21-day, what we do is we have, you know, a whole community. We have emails a couple times a day, a whole portal, but you own it for a year because this isn't just about 21 days is to get really good. I was a basketball player, right? So if I just shoot one basketball every couple weeks, I might get okay at it. But if I shoot every single day for 3 weeks, I'm going to have some kind of— I'm going to get better. That's camp. Oh, that's what it's like. It's like going to camp. You're going to lymph camp. There's 21 days. Yeah. And then when you're out of lymph camp— oh my gosh, I might start calling it lymph camp.
I think it's a good idea.
When you come out of lymph camp, then you have access to what we did so you can continue that practice for the next year because you're not going to learn it all in one day. But I have anatomy lessons and all sorts of stuff about how the lymph and fascia works. The lessons are great. Great, right? But it's about the lymph moves. You've learned enough. Now start to apply the science of energy. Start to apply this in action and watch your results skyrocket because you're just applying this little thing in the right time, in the right place in your body.
Amazing. And what— like, maybe you can share with us, what are some of the things that people who go through this process with you, what are they noticing? What are they reporting back to you?
So everywhere from, of course, edemas, right? Oh, I have swelling in my legs and I have armpits now instead of arm puffs, reducing headaches, all that kind of stuff. But the bigger piece for me is the emotional piece. So I had a client come the other day for— after— so let me just talk about the 21-day for a minute. I would say the most shocking thing to me, even though I created it and apply this every day at our clinic, was the amount of 70- and 80-year-olds that started doing it with me. And the pain of 30 years, the fibrotic tissue they told was never going to go away, the amount of mobility that they have back in their lives that they just thought, oh, I'm old, so this is how I live. That is just not true. It's just not true. Wow. So now I've got all these mostly women, but there are some men too that are just so much more in touch with their bodies. And I love seeing that for the elderly client, right? The more mature client. For the clients that come to our center and do what we call an immersive for 2 to 4 days— I just talked to a woman. So she was scared to death to come to me. She's anaphylactic, allergies. She's gone to everybody, tried all the things. It's been 10 years. She spent over half a million dollars. And she was like, I just— I don't trust you to do this enough. I'm like, That's cool, I get it. Pump your lymph for a few weeks and let's see how it goes. She couldn't even handle the vibration from the Flow Vibe, like on her foot. She was like, that's too much, it's sending me into a tizzy, I'm overreacting, I'm overresponding. She couldn't use minerals, electrolytes, nothing, like really sensitive. So she comes to the center and we start moving her lymph, and she's scared to death, but we coach her through everything and we help her connect back to her heart. Through the same practice. In 2 days' time, I just talked to her yesterday, or today. I said, how you doing? She goes, I'm a very different person now. I'm like, what do you mean? She goes, I just— everything is reframed, and my husband doesn't know what to do with me. He's like, I don't understand what happened. She's like, I can't explain it. Lymph is so much more than a physical movement. It, it gets you back into connection to who you really are. And that profoundness cannot be understated because when you are connected to yourself, you care for yourself in a different way and you stop tolerating the crap you've been tolerating that causes the inflammation away from who you really are. You know, I knew not to sit in the backseat of that car when they said women belong in the back. I got pissed and I sat in the backseat of that car. 20 minutes later, my whole life changed. You can't put me in the backseat of any car now, figuratively or literally, to be honest with you. So it changed— this kind of work can change who you are to become more of who you really are, and that is invaluable. So you become this sign expressive, no longer biting your tongue, strong, courageous person that's willing to be anywhere, do anything, and eat anything and actually be okay, you become free. And that's really priceless, in all honesty. And it's, it's why I work so hard to get the message out there. And I'm so grateful to people like Dr. Doni Wilson for putting me on shows like this, because nobody needs to live in a prison. And I feel like we've all put ourselves in a prison. And it's like The Matrix, right? Like, I feel like the Oracle or Trinity— here's your red pill. You don't need to go back to the blue pill. And it's not always pretty. You know, when you start to figure out you've been programmed, but it's time for you to reprogram yourself. And when you reprogram yourself, life becomes completely different, a total different framework. And what used to be like— I mean, this woman's been managing her life for 20 years, and now she's like, all right, so when do I get to come back? And I'm gonna do that. Like, she totally sounds like a different person.
Well, and also when you when you clear out all that gunk and you find yourself, then you don't want to go back to the old way. Who wants to go back to being in emotional and physical pain? You're going to be like, I'm going to keep doing what's working. And, and you're more able to say no because you realize the consequences. Like you said, when you were in a car accident based on that choice, you're like, I'm not going to make that choice again. That's right. Sometimes we have to get to that point of saying, hey, this made such a difference for me that I'm not willing to do that other way anymore. And you, you clear out the stuff that's emotionally and physically been holding you. This is the thing, is we get— I talk— I love this conversation, Kelly, because I talk about this with the women I'm helping with HPV, how priceless this is to go through this transformation of freeing yourself. And, and, and to realize that we get so used to— believe me, I was used to being in pain. I was, I was in pain most of my life. Physical and emotional pain. And so I understand that we just get used to it. We think that's just the way, the only option. We're like, well, this is just what life is, is being in pain. Until finally you're out of physical and emotional pain and you're like, wait a minute, this doesn't— it doesn't have to be this way. How come nobody told me before?
And that's why I feel like we have the greatest seeker in the world, and grateful that you're willing to go out there and share this message, as am I, because this is the secret. You know, I know everybody read the book years ago so they could create financial wealth, but we all know it doesn't matter what kind of money you have if you don't have health. You got nothing. COVID taught us that, right? And so this is really about changing your whole life. And I know that is a big, bold statement. Like I said in the beginning, every problem is a lymphatic problem. It is something you're not draining out. It's something you're holding on to. It's something that you're hoarding in your body. It's something your body can't see and identify because of the stagnation and the longevity of that stagnation. And it's your willingness to surrender like you do on the water, to truly float in this ocean of your lymphatics and just let it hold you. It will. And, and watch it change your whole universe and watch those tidal waves inside go to calm waters. And even if everyone else around you is in a tsunami, You're like, oh, so sorry you're in your tsunami over there. I'm in my calm water. I'm in my calm water. And hey, there are things that happen. Life happens, blah, blah. But with these tools, what you find is your capacity grows and grows and grows to be able to handle more and more and more, which is good. And it's not from a victim or martyr perspective, but from a I am confident, I'm in my power, I'm using my voice, I'm saying no when I want to say no, I'm not letting anything in that's not for me, and I'm letting everything out that's no longer a part of me and no longer serves me on a physical, emotional, spiritual, and energetic level. So flow free is what I say. Flow free.
Beautiful, Kelly. Oh my gosh, thank you so much for coming today and giving us your— this knowledge, this wisdom, this inspiration toward healing, because I love, I love everything you're saying, and I'm so glad for everyone listening in. So make sure to check out out the links down below. I'm going to be sharing with you so you can get this, right? You're like, yeah, okay, yeah, I'm gonna give them the 5 tools of how—
my top 5 tools of lymph. So that's free access guide of, uh, free videos I've made on YouTube. And then we'll give them the code for those that are ready to go to the 21-day. If anybody ever wants to consult with me or do an immersion, you have to do the 21-day before you come to me because it's like we're playing a game but you don't have the rule book. So it's just easier to learn the practice, and then we get really good at honing your skill in to handle those emotions. As Doni said, we're not really taught that, but why aren't we? Because we're emotional beings having a physical experience. I think it's about time we start to process and emote and express and move on and not hang out in it.
Absolutely, absolutely. And what better way to start on that path? So now you all know that lymph is important and we got to start integrating this into your care pretty much no matter what health issue you're dealing with, because the health issue is just the sign, it's the symptom that your lymph needs a drink. And, and so instead of like just focusing on the symptom or the diagnosis, we got to focus on the lymph and getting things flowing and moving— physical, emotional, spiritual, energetic. I love how you say it that way, like let's just get things moving so then you can be free from whatever that health condition is. And you get choice.
This is all about choice. And no matter where you're at, you can always turn around and go a different direction. Your body's not stagnant. It's not stuck. It's not dependent upon your genetics. That is all your environment that you get to select.
It's so powerful, right? In some ways, that's— sometimes that's scary where you go, "Wait a minute. I get to choose?" But in— process, you start to get more confident, and, and we— you learn how to make those choices for yourself and, and forgive yourself along the way, right? And do— and I love how you say how to love yourself through it instead of stress yourself through it.
Yeah, and, and keep learning, because I know Doni's a wealth of information and wisdom, um, you know, learning the practices that— to love yourself from her, from whoever you resonate with. Just find a practitioner that's going to help you fall in love with you and help you have the practice at home that's gonna assure that you don't need them anymore. That's what we're both teaching people— empowerment and enlightenment— to free you from the matrix that we're all caught up in until we recognize that we are. And then it's a choice to get out of the matrix and create your own matrix. And we can both tell you it's a lot more fun creating your own matrix, even when you break your leg or your foot, right, Dr. Doni Wilson?
Absolutely.
I broke my elbow a couple years ago, all doing dumb stupid human tricks as we both do. Yes. It's a sign that we're living our lives as well, and that we're not so afraid of pain that we're not doing stupid human tricks that cause us to break bones.
Yes, there you go. There it's again a choice, you know, it's a choice. And I was sharing this story of how, when I broke my foot, like I had never broken a bone before. So I hadn't really thought of like, like what it's like to observe the human body, noticing that there was a fracture. My, my bone was completely shattered by the way. So I had to have a surgery to get the titanium in there to hold the bone together enough while it was healing. And it was amazing to observe that my human body find that broken bone and put it back together again. I went from non-weight-bearing and no driving for 8 to 12 weeks. And until I was back, but you know what, I just made up my mind, right? Sometimes we just have to be like, hey, in any circumstance we go through, we can just sort of like fall into it and like get stuck in it. Or like what I did is I'm like, well, then I'm going to do everything I can to help my body heal. Because I, like you're saying, I know my body is fully intending on helping me heal. I need to get on board with helping it. And so I didn't stop dancing. I started dancing on a knee crutch. And so I was still— even I broke my foot dancing, by the way. So I, I love dancing, which is also a great way to move your limb. But yes, it is.
And we've met on the dance floor many a night, many a time, her and I.
So I I break my foot dancing, but I was like, I can't stop dancing. Dancing is my best medicine. So I was like, let me use a knee crutch. And I figured out— I had, I just said to my dance teachers, we're going to figure out how to teach me how to dance on a knee crutch. And I— so I could keep moving. And I kept on exercising. I was doing my Pilates twice a day, even more than usual, with a broken foot.
Because I did the same thing when I broke my elbow. I doubled the amount of activity that I had.
Because I was like, I'm— so it's that mindset, right, of saying, hey, I want to give my body, not overstress it, but give it the more of the support, even improve my nutrition more, even do, you know, bet all the things better and more so that I could, so that it could heal faster and more thoroughly. And so then I could be— I'm back to dancing with— in 3 months I was back to dancing on my foot. And now I'm still dancing in no pain, you know. So the bone fully healed and my body healed, but it, it did require also paying attention to the lymph. Because the thing is, like, the feet are down way at the bottom of this body in gravity. So I had to, like, work with how do I get the blood flow down there, how do I get the lymph moving down up from there. And so yeah, that—
and all that swelling that happened was your lymph system doing a good thing, creating a natural cast, all all the platelets that were sent down there for the healing and all the osteoclast and osteoblast breaking up the bone and then rebuilding the bone, that was all from the lymphatics. And the circulation part that pulled all that excess inflammation out as you kept moving with dancing was all your lymphatics. And then the fascia supported all of that around it and was healing and reorganizing as you were dancing and moving differently, frequently, and often.
And I was doing myofascial therapy every week. Of course you were.
Of course you were. You're amazing. That's such a great story. And what a great application of the science of how the body heals. Because I say it all the time, I'm not a healer, I'm a facilitator of healing. I've learned how the body works and I can facilitate your body and I can teach you in camp how to facilitate your own body, as can you, because that's, that's the key. And a huge part of it is your lymphatic. Three-quarters of your body is water and lymph. Lymph and you're not paying attention to it now. Now you will, and now you'll get way more traction out of everything you're doing. I love it.
Oh, thank you again so much, Kelly, for being here. And I'll— and anyone listening who wants to be able to be in touch with Kelly and learn more from her, definitely I'll have that information in the, in the podcast notes. Thanks.
