Address HPV Before it Causes Cancer

Dr. Doni outlines her protocol for reversing abnormal Pap smears and HPV by addressing stress, gut health, and cortisol dysregulation with targeted nutrients and vaginal suppositories. She rechecks Pap results at 3-6 months and reports 20+ years reversing abnormal cells without conventional interventions like LEEP or hysterectomy.

With Dr. Donna here in her car, clinical discussions. So last we left off, we were talking about hpv. So can you tell me something about your approach to those cases?
Okay, so.
The thing with HPV is that I've heard from patients this past week is that doctors will potentially even suggest that they may need a hysterectomy. So say you get a Pap smear result back. The Pap smear is going to show you a couple things. It's going to show you whether there's abnormal cells or not. So it's going to say either it's all normal cells and no abnormal cells, or it might show.
Slightly inflamed cells, which we call ASCIS.
There's a gradation. So it could be CIN1, CIN2, CIN3. These are all pre cancer cell types that we can address with my approach. We can address ASCUs, we can approach CIN1, CIN2 and CIN3 as well. It definitely takes fast action. But if you see any of these things on your Pap smear results, then I would say contact me because there's lot we can do. And especially, you know, you might be hearing from the doctor that they don't have any options. And I think it's, you know, because for doctors, they're not trained in how to use diet and nutrients and herbal approaches for abnormal Pap smears. They are taught to either if it's very mild, they might watch and wait, or they might suggest that you do a LEEP procedure or other type of procedure to remove the cells, like a cone biops, where they remove part of the cells of the cervix.
Or in some cases, I'm hearing that even doctors might recommend a hysterectomy based on even a lower level abnormal cells. Now, if the cells get to the point of pre cancer or cancer cells, then we're in a different category. But you know, I find it's really something to me that women are.
Scary. It can be when you're getting these results and not knowing what to do. And I'm just. Because I've worked with so many women over 20 years and seeing them successfully be able to reverse abnormal cells and even get the HPV to negative.
I've gained a lot of confidence that this approach can work well.
It's a virus, right? And as I understand it, conventional medicine doesn't really many antiviral approaches, they don't.
They don't have any options for that. So for them, their only option is to try to get the cells out of there. They don't have a way, they don't have a way to approach it. You're right with the antivirals. And so in their toolbox, that's all there is. You just have to know, if you're in the doctor's office, their only tools are how can I remove these abnormal cells or abnormal tissue. But from, from my toolbox, I've got a whole lot we can do. And I've really fine tuned the.
To know exactly what works most predictably for these cases.
All right, well, let's talk about the protocol. Okay, so start me off like what's, what's the beginning of your protocol?
The protocol for me involves understanding what's making you susceptible to hpv. We know that HPV causes these abnormal cells. So we need to think about it from the perspect about what's making you susceptible, because many of us are exposed to hpv, but only certain people have the abnormal cells happen. So we need to know what's making you susceptible. And to me, that's going to be some high stress exposure. Maybe stress at work, stress in your life, stress in relationships, even stress from toxin exposure. We know that stress causes something called leaky gut in the digestive tract. And what happens with leaky gut is food sensitivities means your immune system is protecting you from food instead of from viruses. So we need to look at the food sensitivities, get those foods out of your diet, heal the leaky gut, now your body can work on the virus more effectively. We also need to look at cortisol levels. If when you're stressed, your cortisol levels are high or low, and it's not helping your immune system the way you need it to. So we need to address the cortisol, get it working for you instead of against you. Get in some. We know from recent, there's nutrients and herbs that are antiviral. We just got to get the right products at the right doses. And we can use nutrients and herbs, both oral. So it's going through your whole body, but also vaginally as a suppository.
So the stress, it doesn't have to be. Or does it have to be stress someone's aware of?
Most times you may or may not be aware of this stress. A lot of times it may just feel like normal life because we kind of get used to the amount of stress we're exposed to, you know, being a parent or having a job or having parents to take care of or just a day to day stress. But A lot of times when I ask women, have you experienced stress recently? They do end up saying to me, yeah, in the past year, I've been under more stress than ever. And I just find when I hear that over and over from case after case, I start to see the pattern, and I start to see that when I help women recover from stress, they are both successful at reversing this and reversing the HPV virus. And sometimes, you know, I've worked with patients who maybe did just the nutrients and herbs, which you might have heard about or read about online or from other practitioners. You might just do the herbs or nutrients or a little bit of diet changes, and it may or may not work as well. I find it's when patients actually do my full protocol of that, that's when they get the fastest, best results.
Yeah, this is one of your protocols where you don't do any halfway measures. Right.
Well, that's the thing. You're in a situation where you can say to your doctor, you know, hey, I'm informed. I'm proactive. I want to try to make diet changes. I'm willing to make diet changes. I'm willing to take some herbs and nutrients and supplements. I'm willing to improve my health and recover from stress. And then you're gonna get right back in there and do another Pap smear in three months, six months, depending on your case, it's gonna get rechecked. We're being very proactive. This is not a situation that you want to ignore, because we do know the HPV virus can progress to cervical cancer, and we don't want that. And if your body's already a little bit susceptible, that means that should be a concern for you. But I definitely think it's a chance to improve. In fact, what I find for most patients is that they end up figuring out that solving HPV and abnormal Pap smears changes their health and their life forever. Because now you're going to know what your body needs to stay healthy and not just fight off hpv, but fight off every kind of virus and autoimmunity and other health issues, because you'll know the diet that works for you. You'll know how to keep yourself healthy even though you're stressed. So it's just super empowering. And a lot of the patients I work go on to want to have a baby to a healthy pregnancy. And the same things we do to help you recover from abnormal Pap smear actually helps prepare you for a healthy pregnancy. So it's like a wind wage, you end up finding, wow, I can learn so much and be empowered through this experience. But it really, I understand that in the moment it's a tough choice sometimes for women because they can feel like, am I gonna, you know, am I going against what the conventional care is saying? But it' really, I think a matter of realizing that what's in the toolbox, you know, if the conventional medicine has only certain things in their toolbox and they're not looking at it from this bigger picture view of how can we actually use diet, nutrients, herbs, stress recovery to help our bodies recover from this and change the pattern. I mean, I actually think a pap smear gives us such a good chance to catch this early enough that we can do something about it. And that's why I'm offering not only one to one chances to work with me one on one, but also chance to work with me as a group. Because I'm hearing from so many women around the world who want to be able to address the hpv, get rid of it before it causes a problem. I've decided to do a group class, an online live group class. And until people can sign up for it now, so that we can. And I'm excited because it means that we're going to be able to talk to each other as group and learn from each other in the process. And use my protocol in a way that's beyond just helping one woman at a time, being able to help many women at a time.
So the stresses that you see are there common, are there some common ones that come to mind? So just as women listen to this and kind of maybe they're doing a little.
