Let's talk about foods that fuel your immune system to take on HPV more effectively. I start with protein. This is often something I find that women are just not getting enough of. So when I say protein, I'm thinking of at least 20 and even up to 30 grams of protein each time you eat. And that's three or four meals per day. And that could be a protein shake. Some free range chicken, wild salmon, it could be also some plant based protein. So you want to just be looking for sources of healthy protein and then the next thing I would recommend is to look for fruits and vegetables. Now, whenever possible, I recommend to choose organic and think of color. I especially like to get berries like frozen wild blueberries or raspberries. For vegetables, think about vegetables that are colorful, especially green. And then the third area would be healthy fats. Again, a lot of people are trying to avoid fats when actually we need to be getting enough healthy fats. Olive oil that you're using for your salad dressing, Avocado oil that you're using when you're cooking. Flaxseed oil that you use in your protein shake. What happens is when you're getting adequate protein, healthy fruits and vegetables, and healthy fats, all of those come along with other nutrients that your body needs in order to support your ability to protect yourself from high risk HPV virus.
