How to Break Free from the HPV Nightmare

Dr. Doni Wilson explains how chronic stress, hormonal imbalance, and a weakened gut microbiome can block your body from clearing HPV, and describes a multi-system approach to restore immune function and support clearance instead of waiting for it to resolve on its own.

Here's a message that I'll never stop sharing. If you're testing positive for high risk HPV virus and as a woman, if you're also experiencing vaginal infections such as BV or vaginal yeast infections or maybe bladder infections, if you're waking up feeling tired and then dragging through the rest of the day, reaching for caffeine every chance you get or wishing for a nap, if you're having anxious thoughts and your mind just won't stop thinking about this virus and what it could do and how it could ruin your life, if you're feeling constipated or bloated or just like you're not digesting your food well and you have a sense that something's off with your gut or your microbiome and if your menstrual cycle is making you feel worse every time your period comes, cramping, bleeding, or maybe your menstrual cycle is irregular or even your postmenopausal and you're not getting your cycle anymore, if all of these things or any of these things are occurring for you, the last thing you should do is ignore the hpv because all that I just described is literally your body begging for your attention and to help it to correct these situations in order to help you clear high risk HPV to negative. I'm Dr. Donnie Wilson and welcome to this video and to How Humans Heal. And I look forward to sharing with you in this video more about why is it that I say that you should not just wait and worry to see if high risk HPV is going to cause abnormal cells or worsen abnorma cells or cause cancer again, when there's so much you can do to take action. But it's really important to understand the psychology and the mindset behind being proactive against high risk HPV virus. If this all sounds like you and you want to get rid of high risk hpv, my first question for you and I ask you to really be honest with yourself. How long are you going to try to white knuckle it with hpv? Because this is really common. I see it with my clients that I work with one on one and in group programs all the time, they all say the exact same thing to me. They want to get rid of high risk HPV and they want to do whatever they can to get there. And I understand that, absolutely. I agree with you. I would want to get rid of HPV too. However, what can happen is we get ourselves into a spiral of fear about HPV that can paralyze us and then all you're doing is feeling scared about, is it going to get worse? Thinking the worst case scenarios, thinking nothing's ever going to change, and hearing from other people in the medical community that are saying it's never going to go away, there's nothing you can do about it. All you can do is wait and see if it causes cancer. And so this way of thinking puts us into a state of fear and paralysis where we end up doing nothing. Even though we want to get rid of the virus, we end up listening to these other ways of thinking about it that end up keeping us stuck. So how long are you going to just keep thinking that you're going to fear that you want to figure this out, that you want to figure out who gave you the virus? A lot of women get stuck in that way of thinking, who gave me this virus and what was that relationship? And thinking over and over and over again, blaming that person, potentially trying to figure it out. And this can never be figured out. We're never going to know exactly when or who exposed you to high risk hpv. And when it comes down to it, it doesn't matter anyway because most all of us are exposed to high risk HPV. 80% of us will test positive by age 50. So it's not an uncommon virus. It's actually quite common. And there's no way to test and find out exactly who gave it to you. And in the long run, it doesn't really matter anyway when it comes down to helping you get rid of it, Right? So instead of waiting, which your doctor might tell you to, just wait and come back in three to six months and see if it goes away on its own, instead of waiting and instead of getting stuck in a spiral of stress and blame and shame where you're just mad at yourself for getting yourself into this situation and worrying all day and all night, your hair is falling out, you can't sleep, you don't feel good in your own body, you. You don't want to be intimate with anyone.
At what expense are you delaying, actually addressing hpv, right? Instead of getting stuck in these spirals, how about we break those patterns and we actually get to work? And because here's where all this goes off the rails. When we're so locked in and focused on this positive HPV result, and maybe we're focused on the abnormal cells, then we're actually focused on the wrong thing. I know at first you're like, wait a minute, the whole problem is hpv. The whole problem is abnormal cells. What do you mean I'm focused on the wrong thing? Well, I'm going to explain to you why you're actually focused on the wrong thing. Because the more you focus on this high risk HPV and the worst case scenarios of what it could cause in your body, you're actually sacrificing your health by stressing yourself out. Because over time, with more and more worry, then what we do is we raise our cortisol levels and we then we crave more sugar and we eat more sugar and we sleep less because we're so upset. And then we just ignore all the while all the red flags, all the red flags from your body, all the messages from your body, ignoring the fact that you're more and more stressed and your digestion shutting down and your mood is shutting down, you're becoming depressed, hopeless, your body's inflamed, and you're likely completely burned out, flatlined. And you're just gonna be then more and more hard on yourself, right? Hard on yourself about why you got in this situation, hard on yourself about not being able to figure out how to get out of this situation. And so what's happening under the surface of all of this is your immune system is becoming more and more and more depleted. And your immune system is the one thing that actually could protect you from high risk hpv. So when we're under stress, trauma and worry and blaming ourselves, cortisol levels can either go way up high or way down low. Either way, the immune system then drops down, down, down, lowering the immune system, making you more susceptible to all different kinds of infections, including high risk hpv. It also disrupts all the other hormones in your body. Thyroid, insulin, estrogen, progesterone, testosterone. And down the line, the hormones now go out of whack. And the microbiome as well gets even more out of balance. So now your gut microbiome is not supporting your immune system and your vaginal microbiome is not protecting you from high risk hpv. What little energy you had left is now completely gone. So now you're too exhausted to even want to do anything else. And the next time you go for a Pap smear, the risk is that those abnormal cells will have progressed even more to more severe cells. And the doctor starts talking about a procedure and round and round it goes. You have a procedure, and yet the procedure doesn't kill the virus. And so you worry again, is it going to come back? And lo and behold, six months later, 12 months later, even a couple years later, now the high risk virus causes abnormal cells again and you're right back in the gynecologist's office for another biopsy, another procedure. And they're still not addressing the high risk virus and they're still not addressing your stress or your immune system or your microbiome. What if you tested positive for high risk HPV virus and you don't want to wait around and see if it's going to go away on its own? For many women, high risk HPV can linger for years, taking a toll on their health and their peace of mind. I'm Dr. Donni Wilson, HPV expert and I've been helping women for over 24 years to clear HPV to negative. I created the HPV Kickstart program as a simple, effective way to support your body's natural ability to clear hpv. This is not about waiting and hoping. This is about taking action. In fact, thousands of women have regained control of their health by following my protocol. And you can too. You deserve to take back control of your health. Join us today. This HPV nightmare that women get stuck in is not about being disciplined and it's not about having willpower. And it's not about being hard on yourself or blaming yourself. It's about physiology. Every bit of taking. Stressing about HPV without taking any action to support your body to recover makes the situation even worse. And I see women go down this path over and over and become more and more isolated and more and more entrenched in the HPV nightmare. And that's why I want you to know about it and see are you in that pathway? Because that as soon as you see it, as soon as you recognize it, you have the ability to do a 180 and get yourself out of there. When women come to me and tell me that nothing's working, HPV won't go away. Like I know. I get it, I get it. Because your body doesn't feel safe. Your body's been in a state of fear and stress and every single time you go back to the doctor's office and have another procedure, there's more stress and you send yourself into a spiral again of worry. And the body adapts and tries to self preserve. But that self preservation only puts you into more of a state of risk with hpv. But here's what no one else is teaching you out there. And you're not going to hear this in the regular doctor's office. There is a way to get HPV to negative and keep it negative even if you're re exposed and no it's not just about taking a single supplement, a single mushroom extract, and it's certainly not about being hard on yourself and punishing yourself. It's literally the opposite. Literally what your body needs is the opposite of that. The real work is setting the stage for real, true healing, inner healing on a physical level, emotional level, and even spiritual level. You must support the systems that support your immune system first. It's true we need to get rid of this virus. We can. The human immune system has the ability to clear the high risk HPV virus and protect you from it going forward. But like I said earlier, how long are you going to white knuckle it and push yourself harder? Even if you're pushing yourself to exercise harder or restrict your diet harder and be harder on yourself, it actually could make the situation worse and you just end up feeling more and more miserable. And even if you get a negative HPV result, it might be temporary because you haven't addressed the real issue deeper underneath. And so it could come back positive again in a few years. So I urge you to take the time to stand back and listen to the messages from your body. Listen to the red flags that HPV is showing you. Build a foundation that allows your body to finally feel safe. Safe to feel nourished where you can get out of stress and finally start healing. Your immune system can heal. Your immune system can protect you when it has the right state in your system, when you're not feeling stressed and overwhelmed, when your cortisol comes back to optimal and starts signaling signals of safety to your immune system, and when your microbiome can get back on track and your hormones back on track. So now your immune system knows that it's a safe space to protect you. So now you can finally go after the HPV virus and create a memory in your immune system so that it can protect you going forward. You don't have to stop being intimate. You don't have to stop having sex. We just need to stop stressing about it and start focusing on supporting your body to heal.
What I'm telling you is when you do it this way, it's not just temporarily getting rid of hpv. It's a whole body transformation. This is a totally different game we're playing over here. This is where you actually end up having energy all day and you're doing that without stressing about hpv. You have now gained your freedom from HPV and you have the confidence to know that you can be intimate without worry. You feel empowered that your immune system can protect you. From HPV and other infections. And then you have the energy, you have the mood, you have the focus to do what you really love and what you really want to be doing with your life.
Your hair is growing back, your fingernails are stronger, you're lifting weights. You're literally feeling good in your own clothes and feeling good in your own skin and your own body. Again, this is the version I want for you. Because if you're in that anxious, exhausted, constipated, depressed, inflamed, burned out place, that's absolutely not the season, that is not the place we want to be. Where we want to be is in that heal yourself first, so then HPV negative will actually last. And because I want you to experience a healing process that feels easy without sacrificing your health or your life or your future. I put everything that it takes to clear a high risk HPV that I teach my private clients, I put it into a step by step online program. And it's created for women who have an abnormal pap smear and testing positive for high risk hpv, whether that's no abnormal cells, low grade abnormal cells, or even high grade abnormal cells. This is a starting place so that you don't have to figure it out on your own. And.
It'S available immediately from anywhere in the world because it's online. This is my gift to you as a woman who tested positive for high risk hpv. Earlier in my life, I faced this virus myself in the gynecology office and alone because this information didn't exist at that point in time. I was in the exact situation that you might be in today. And I figured out a way to solve it. And I'm making it available to you so that you don't have to figure it out on your own. You don't have to recreate the wheel. Now. You can see the real situation of how this nightmare of HPV can get you locked in and get nowhere with this. Or you can choose to prioritize yourself, get yourself out of that state of fear and actually recover from the stress and trauma of dealing with hpv. Get your immune system back on track, your hormones, your microbiome, your nutrient levels, your vaginal health, so that you can protect yourself from this virus. And it starts right here with the beginning steps. This is a path forward, a way out, a way to your freedom from high risk hpv, all while protecting your health and your sanity.
