What do you do when you first find out that you're testing positive for high risk HPV virus? Hi, I'm Dr. Donny. I'm a women's health expert and HPV expert. I've been helping patients for over 24 years with all aspects of women's health and in particular with abnormal Pap smears and hpv. A couple decades ago we only found out that HPV was positive once we identified abnormal cell. Now women are being tested for high risk HPV at the time of a Pap smear. So women are finding out about high risk HPV much more often than ever before. Plus, I believe that women are more susceptible to high risk HPV than ever before. Women of all ages could be from age 20. I also help women all the way even to age 75 and beyond because this virus is not just certain age group. This virus can affect women at any age. And it's not even if you have a cervix, even if you had a hysterectomy. HPV virus can affect the vaginal cells, the vulvar area, the anal area and even the oral area. So when you find out that you're testing positive, it can create a lot of shock and fear and you start thinking, how did this happen and what am I going to do about it? Because in the doctor's office, what they're going to do is they're going to, hey, let's. If they're concerned about abnormal cells, they might recommend a biopsy called a colposcopy. And then if there's no abnormal cells or mildly abnormal cells like CIN1, the doctor is likely to tell you to just come back in three to six to nine or 12 months and recheck and see if it has progressed. And so many women are in this window of time, the waiting to see if it's going to progress. And that's when oftentimes women find me. That might be your situation where you're searching online and on YouTube to say, what else can I do? What am I supposed to do? I don't want to just wait and see if it's going to progress to abnormal, more severely abnormal cells, or some of you may have already been identified to have CIN 2 or 3 or higher grade cells vaginally or other areas of your body. I want you to know you're in the right place. I've helped with all different scenarios, I've worked with all different angels, all different types of HPV virus, all different locations in the body. And what I'VE done over the years is really fine tuned a protocol to help you to protect yourself from this virus. Because one thing you're not going to hear from the doctor's office is that there's things you can do to protect yourself. I mean, I'm hoping to train them more so that they will be talking to you more about that. But at this point it's not the standard of care for the gynecologist to know how to help you prevent HPV other than a vaccine. But a lot of people have had the vaccine and still test positive for HPV. So the vaccine is not 100% effective. And especially if you're already testing positive, then now we need to deal with the virus that's present. And then you'll hear all kinds of myths about, oh, you can never get rid of it, it's going to be there forever. And I want to tell you right that that is not true. I work with so many women and I only say this by clinical experience and research. The research shows that the human body can clear the HPV virus. And I've worked with thousands of women for over 20 years who are clearing the virus. So to me it's absolutely possible. I see it every day. Just this week we've had three women come back in with negative HPV results after following my protocol. That's just. And that happens every week, all the time. When women are following my protocol, they're going to negative. So now it's not the same time frame for everyone. It could, some women it's within a month, some women it's three months. Some women it takes six months or 12 months. We're not in it for the race and it's not about taking a single product. This is a thing I really want to help you understand because believe me, I get it. We have a lot to do on our to do list and this is just an annoying thing on the to do list is this high risk HPV and you're like, I gotta get on with my life. And yet you don't want this virus to be working against you in the process. So I know it can be one of these things where you would love to be able to just, you know, take one pill or make one diet change and that's it and it's gonna go away. And there are some cases where that's enough women have shared with me. They, you know, all they just started taking one supplement and that was enough. But there's many more women I hear from around the world who that wasn't enough. And that's usually when they find me because they're saying, what else can I do? And so that's where I come at it with a comprehensive plan. And so what I see is most effective with cases. And you can go to my website and see all kinds of testimonials, written, audio and video testimonials from women, women who are so happy to share with you and the world that they were able to clear the virus and keep it away. Not that it's going to come back again even if they're re exposed. Because once we train your body to protect you, your body's going to protect you from this virus, even if you're re exposed to it. Okay, so even if you're in a relationship where you're being re exposed to the same partner who may have hpv, we can help your body protect you from it. It's not just about exposure, right? We tend to think, oh, it's just about exposure to a virus. But no, we know better than that. Even with a cold virus, we know it's not just about exposure, it's about susceptibility. Right? It's when our system is run down, when we haven't had enough sleep, when we've been eating more sugar and alcohol, when we haven't been taking care of ourselves, well, then we get depleted, Then we catch a cold virus, right? That's why we catch a cold virus during the holidays when we're run down and we've been eating more sugar and having more alcohol. That's why we tend to get college students get sick when they're in finals week or right after finals week because the system's depleted, Right? So we have to realize first of all that it's not just about exposure to the virus. That's one aspect of it. But keep in mind that most all humans are exposed to high risk HPV viruses. Studies show 80% of us are exposed to this virus. So 80% of us are exposed, but not all of us are testing positive. So that just shows you that it's not just about exposure. Yes, there had to be an exposure. And I understand that that part of it can be frustrating. The exposure itself, you may have emotions in that. How did I expose? Feeling guilty, feeling ashamed, feeling angry, feeling resentful that we want to work with too. Because those, if any of those emotional states are festering, right? If you're waking up every day angry, resentful, feeling guilty, being hard on yourself, that's going to work against you in the healing process. Because those unprocessed emotions end up affecting your immune system also. That's well established in research. So we need to. We're not gonna be able to eliminate the exposure because that already happened in the past. But what we can do is we can help you process the emotions around the exposure and then we can help you to rebuild your body and your immune system up to protect you. So we need a comprehensive plan, right? It's not just about a single nutrient or single mushroom extract. I know a lot of times people hear about certain products and maybe mushroom extracts like ahcc, which is amazing, and I include ahcc. But my point is to not just rely on hcc.
We need to be looking at. Even then, we're not going to just work on nutrients and herbs. We're not just going to work on a physical level. We're going to work on an emotional level. You see what I mean? It needs to be comprehensive. So I think it's a ru that way. And that's how I guide women who are in my online group program from around the world. It's called the say Goodbye to HPV program. If that feels like too big of a step, because that's a 12 week, very comprehensive program. If you're like, oh, gosh, I want to do that, but it feels like, how am I going to do that? Then we have just the beginning of that protocol in what we call the Heal HPV Kickstart. So it's a kickstart. It's the initial steps to take. So you can start on the journey with the Kickstart program. And then once you've got that going, right now, it's like riding a bicycle. You're riding the bicycle with training wheels. You've got the Heal Kickstart program going. That's the first month. And then you go, okay, now I'm ready for the more comprehensive approach. And then you can transition into the say Goodbye to HPV program. And if you need more help from there, you can always work with me one on one or one of the practitioners who I've trained. I'm also training practitioners in this protocol because I want to help as many women and men around the world as possible. So you can choose to work with me one on one or you can work with one of the practitioners who I've trained and we can sit with you. In your case, we look through your supplements. Which supplements are you taking? Are they high quality? Are they effective doses? Let's make sure it matches for your body and your nutrient needs. As individuals. We all have different nutrient needs. You may need more iron than another person. You might need more folate or less folate. We need to modify the doses to match your body. So we need to look at your blood work, see what's deficient. I find very often when I look at blood work that there are deficiencies. Even on regular blood work. If we look at vitamin D, iron, those can be deficient, though that means it's going to lower your immune system simply by being low in those nutrients. We can also look at tests that are not in the standard labs. Like we can look at tests that are considered specialty tests so we understand more about what's going on in your body. Right. Sometimes you might be like, does this have anything to do with my diet? Well, quite likely it does. I already mentioned sugar and alcohol and that's a good place to start. That's talk about a kickstart that will get you moving in the right direction to start decreasing sugar and alcohol. You could even do my 14 day detox program. I've seen amazing, amazing transformations when women do the 14 day detox program. And then it really gives them a jump start into kicking HPV out of their bodies. I know how scary it can be when you get a Pap smear result that shows positive for HPV and potentially abnormal cells. It's hard to know who to trust and where to get information to help you solve it. That's exactly why I decided to do something about it. I'm Dr. Donnie, and after helping thousands of women over the past two decades to clear HPV to negative and keep it negative, I decided to create the HPV Kickstart Step by step online program is designed to teach you the essential knowledge you need for your body to heal itself. You'll get access to a comprehensive series of videos that will help guide you through the diet changes you can make, the supplements to take, as well as ways to address the underlying causes of the virus. You can clear the HPV virus just go to drdani.com kickstarter or use the link below to get started. I'll see you there. And then if we want to go a next step, then we say, okay, we need to do a food sensitivity panel and find out if there are certain foods you're eating that are inflammatory to your body. We need to check for gluten and dairy and eggs and almonds and so on. So I have identified, I research and have identified a lab that does the best job at identifying food sensitivities. And it's a test you can do from home. It's a specialty test by finger poke, but I can mail it to you. You can poke your finger and we see which foods are inflammatory, but we also see, do you have leaky gut? If you have leaky gut, then we're going to need to work on healing leaky gut because there is absolutely a strong connection between gut health and vaginal health. And if we don't heal your gut health, then it's going to be really hard to stop HPV from showing up vaginally. That's how interconnected they are. But we also, a lot of times we don't realize that connection between the gut and the vagina. So we need to start going, let's get the inflammatory foods out based on the food panel, let's start healing leaky gut and let's start thinking about your microbiome. Have you had to take antibiotics? Have you had yeast or BV vaginally? Have you had bloating and digestive issues that indicate that you may have an imbalance of your gut microbiome and or your vaginal microbiome? In that case, we need to go through a process of healing both the gut and the vaginal microbiome, and I can guide you through that. I've been researching and helping patients for years to heal their microbiome effectively. And it doesn't have to be hugely complicated, but you need to have an effective protocol. And not all practitioners have that experience or knowledge to guide you using herbs, nutrients, natural substances that are going to help you heal without causing other problems. I'm not going to be recommending antibiotics or other prescription substances. I'm going to be relying on herbs and nutrients and homeopathic remedies and peptides, natural substances that help our bodies heal. And probiotics we can use, but we don't just use. Depending on your case, we can use a women's probiotic orally. We can also use a probiotic vaginally. And if there's really an imbalance, we may need to use other formulas to help get your microbiome back on track. But it's absolutely doable and I see women achieve it successfully every day. I just talked to a woman the day before yesterday. She's been working with me over the past year. She actually came to see me when she was in early, early pregnancy and she had a history of a miscarriage. So I immediately kicked into gear with my miscarriage prevention protocol and we started on my HPV protocol that modified for pregnancy. And so she went ahead and did her, we were able to prevent the miscarriage with my protocol and then she continue to address HPV during the pregnancy. Now she has her healthy 4 month old baby and she just got her negative Pap and negative HPV result. So this is possible even during pregnancy. We can achieve this and then I can go on to help you with your ongoing care. The point is not to make a big giant list of things to take forever. The point is let's figure out what your body needs to recover and protect you. Imagine that our bodies can protect us, they have the right support. And so we, we can, as we go through the process of helping your body get protected and supported, then we go into a maintenance plan. So this is not about having a long list forever. This is about, let's get to the point where we understand what your body needs to maintain your health and your protection from HPV ongoing into the future. It's not that you're going to just stop everything once HPV goes away, because then you're going to become susceptible again. But usually by the time women go through this process because we eliminate the inflammatory foods, we heal the leaky gut, we rebalance the microbiome, we heal the vagina, we can drop inflammation, we can use herbs and nutrients vaginally as well. So you now have a healthy vagina that can protect you. And we use nutrients and herbs, specific clinical doses. I'm a clinical nutritionist as well, so we can use and herbalist, as an asiapathic doctor and homeopath, all of these tools at my fingertips, I just can help you know exactly how to use them effectively. And that's what we do in the group program. But if you find you really need help, then I would encourage you to work with me one on one. And especially if you have a severe case, work with me one on one. So I can really guide you. My team is here to guide you through the diet changes, through the supplement doses, how to use the vaginal suppository.
And then we go from there. If we need to do stool microbiome testing, if we need to do hormone testing, if we see that there's irregularities in your menstrual cycle, or maybe you're perimenopausal or postmenopausal, then we need to balance your estrogen, progesterone and potentially testosterone if they're out of balance, because this also affects not only the way you feel, but also the susceptibility to hpv. So I do a lot of work to help rebalance hormones, including thyroid Insulin and blood sugar. We need all of these hormones working well to protect you and help you feel well. So we go through a process of doing urine hormone panel so that we can see that. We also look at cortisol levels. Huge, right? Because we're saying that stress we're under is what depletes us. We need to know how stress has affected you. So we need to know your cortisol, your adrenaline, those are your stress hormone levels. Once we've measured those, a specialty test, it's a urine and saliva test you can do at home. We can see, is your cortisol too high? Is your cortisol too low? Is your adrenaline too high? Is your adrenaline too low? Because different herbs and nutrients are used to bring them back to optimal. And what I can tell you is that when cortisol's at optimal and when adrenaline's at optimal, and when your serotonin and dopamine and gaba, which are your neurotransmitters, women start to feel better, men start to feel better. It's amazing how much better you can feel using nutrients and herbs that are matched to what your body needs. That's why these specialty tests are so important. Important. So the access to the specialty tests that I'm mentioning comes with the say Goodbye to HPV program. You have access to order the test or working with me one on one or one of the practitioners that I've trained in the Heal HPV kickstart program. It's a kickstart into the diet changes into the supplements. So you get started there and then when you're ready, then we can expand into different testing and vaginal suppository from there. Does it make more sense? So this, to me is why it's working is because we're being comprehensive. We're saying, hey, let's find out why your body is susceptible to HPV and abnormal cells. And once we solve those susceptibilities, then you're no longer going to be susceptible to HPV and you're going to be able to prevent it from testing positive and you're going to be able to prevent it from, from causing abnormal cells and cancer and you're going to be not able to give it to someone else. This is one of the common concerns that women have is what if I am, if I'm testing positive, I don't want to give it to someone else, my partner. So that's sometimes a huge motivation to say, hey, I want to clear this virus to negative so I don't have to worry about that anymore because once it's testing negative, you can't give it to anyone else and you, it can cause cancer. So negative is what we're going for. Negative hpv, that's my protocol that I've seen over the years that I've not seen anyone else doing is getting that, that to negative. So I'm so glad you found this video and I welcome you to reach out to me in my office. We'll put links down below in case you'd like to learn more of anything that I mentioned. So as we start off at a new year or whenever you're listening to this video and you just found out that you're testing positive for hbv, or maybe you've known you've been testing positive for years, but you've just gotten to the point where you're like, I've had enough of this. I've had enough of going back to the doctor's office. I've had enough of getting biopsies. I don't want to deal with this anymore. And then you find me. Then you say, okay, here's, here's someone who can help you, who has. I've put so much time, energy and focus into this topic. Right? We all have things that we put our time and energy and research in. This is what I've been researching and this is what I've put together for you to be able to access. So you can choose where you want to begin. You know, do. You could begin on your own. You could certainly begin by coming to my next free online workshop. I put on a five day workshop every so often. And I can help you by zoom or phone from wherever you are in the world. I've had patients from Australia to Hong Kong to Europe to, you name it, Bermuda and Canada and all over the United States. So don't let that stop you. Reach out to my office and let's set up a time to meet so you can have a plan and we can get moving and we can get you to negative.
Imagine this. By the time you go for your next exam, by the time you go in for your next Pap smear and HPV test and colposcopy, if you need to get one, it could be negative. Imagine that. So just I encourage you, don't procrastinate. Don't delay another day, don't put yourself off. Bring yourself up to the top of your to do list. Your New Year's resolution. Even if you're partway through the year, when you see this video, it can be your resolution starting today to say, I'm gonna do this. This is a priority to me.
