What do you think? Is sleep related to your risk of testing positive for HPV? Well, sure enough, a study just came out in April of 2024 on the risk of HPV related to sleep duration, and what they found is that when women get less than 7 hours of sleep every night, they're at 26% increased risk of testing positive for HPV. And if you get more than 9 hours of sleep, you're at 57% increased risk. That means that if you can get 7 or 8 hours of sleep every night, you are at decreased risk of testing positive for HPV. And this makes sense to me because there's so much research that shows all the good stuff that happens when we're sleeping, including our immune system protecting us from infections and our body going through healing and repair processes. So I'm really proud that helping women to get adequate sleep is part of the Say Goodbye to HPV program that I guide. And it's also something we talk about at the Heal HPV workshop. I'd be happy for you to join us at the next workshop. Just comment Heal HPV down below or send me a DM or go to my website at HPV.DrDoniWilson.com and sign up and come learn about all the things you can be doing on a daily basis to help protect yourself Hpv. I'll see you there.
