In 2009, when I was trying to figure out my why. I had seen Simon Sinek's TED talk 30 times. I'd read his book multiple times, and I knew I needed to know my why. So I actually called Simon, and he and I worked together for about eight months, looking back through my life as to why I do what I do. And we were looking for clues, and I finally figured out my why, which is to find a better way and then share it. And so Simon Sinek developed the Golden Circle concept, right? Why, how, what? We all know it, super powerful, great concept. But at that time, it was really just a concept.
