In this mini meditation, I want to share with you 4 words that have so much meaning to me. Recently, my son, who came home from college for the holidays, said these 4 words to me, and they've meant so much to me, and I keep coming back to it. It's like a little mantra. These 4 words are, "I believe in you." I believe in you. So I want to pay it forward to you and let you know that I believe in you. Because I know that we all have the potential to become what we dream of. To live the life that means the most. To us. So wherever you are, just take a deep breath and exhale any tension in your neck and shoulders. Take another deep breath. And exhale at your own pace, releasing any tension in your neck and shoulders. You can either keep your eyes lowered or closed, whatever is good for you. Just listen very carefully. Now bring all of your attention to my voice as I repeat this mantra for you today. I believe in you. I believe in you. Now allow that to repeat for you silently. Now let that resonate with you for the next minute. Now slowly release. Just remember I believe in you. You can come back to this anytime, anywhere, just by taking a deep breath in and exhaling and remembering my voice saying to you, "I believe in you." I hope you have a wonderful day, and I thank you for taking this time to be here with me.
