Hey, One Shot World. I haven't talked to you for a long time. It's been an incredibly busy 3 weeks. I got back here, hit the ground running, had to apply for a bunch of new jobs and find some work. As I mentioned, about 4 weeks from the competition, I had a couple of contracts just bail out on me on some stuff, and that put incredible financial stress. We tapped all our resources to get me through to the competition. Just, you know, so I wouldn't be stressed with work and everything else. So I'm back here. I've picked up 3 jobs at the moment doing a bunch of sales stuff for a couple of new products. One of them a little seasonal, but makes very, very good money. And a couple of others. Seeing a lot of training happen. Guys over 35 wanting to come and train with me. I think, you know, they've watched what I've done for the last 9 months and It's really inspired them. So having a great deal of success and feedback in those areas. Just working out my next competition dates. I'll probably have— I'll probably try and put in 2 competitions before the nationals. One down here in Texas and I think one in Oklahoma. So I've got a hangout coming up with Joel Janson to talk through supplements. Amanda, a nutritionist, to talk through food, Mel training, and a local chiropractor on the importance of just flexibility for big muscle competitions. So we've got a couple of those things coming up in the next week or so. I'll keep you informed. I've been very excited about some of the media response to One Shot. It's been wonderful just how people have just hopped on board all the way through this whole experience. People just sharing their stories and getting inspired and so encouraged to read some of the posts about people who have been inspired to go and do their thing. So the exercise has just been tremendous. And just thanks so much for your support. It means a lot. You know, we are really strangers passing through, but there's something about the uniqueness of a shared experience on the blue marble that gives us a commonality. So I appreciate you very much, and I'll keep you informed as best I can. Sorry I've been a bit absent. It's just been a very, very busy time getting back, having to pick up these extra jobs and stay focused on training as well. All right, I'll let you know how the training starts to go. Goodbye.
