How do you biohack trauma? So from a physical point of view, because trauma does have a physical manifestation, how would you as a PT guy, what would you be saying to people? And biohacking is that ability, really biohacking in whatever definition I see is the application of body sovereignty. This is my body, I've got to be responsible for my body, I'm going to find out scientifically, educationally, experientially, The things I can do to make my life better. So from that, in terms of trauma, because trauma always manifests in the body in one way or another, what sort of things would you suggest to people to body hack their trauma?
I think they have to find a place that provides a bunch of experts in their field of expertise that can get them there. Like, I think I was brought in to provide my expertise in getting the body to move properly. And then other folks have got their expertise with the neural system and things that I— I'm not good at that stuff. I'm not going to even try to do some of those things because it's not what I do. So I'm going to fix what I can fix for that patient and correct that part of their body and then say, hey, you probably need to go see John and do the brain tap and then go see Ryan. No. Yes. Yeah.
Okay. Didn't sound right at first.
And I'm not exactly sure what that part is. I want to learn that, but go do what they do and go see this young lady over here because I don't do that either. But I know that it helps because I personally have done it. That's my big test. If I do something and it helps me, Even though I don't— when I'd say when I go do something like the BrainTap and it helps me, I'm in. I'm like, go see, go do that. Yeah, I don't do it, but go do that. I'm gonna fix these things that I'm good at and get your body moving properly. Yeah, but I can't correct some of the other stuff as quickly as if you did it with the BrainTap.
I think that's part of the very interesting aspect of the model of Model Wellness. What we're trying to do is integrated medical and mental. Is everything comes together. It's not just alternative, it's not just allopathic. There's a whole range of different things that should be coexisting together that I think in the medical space for so long there's been the AMA on one side and naturopath on the other side. And I really think those days are over. There's a spot in the middle. We're all growing ups now. We're all allowed to have divergent and different points of views. And, you know, in a real world, you're allowed to disagree about what things work and what don't. But as an individual, I've got to be bringing those together. It's a great answer, mate. Hey, thanks for sitting down with it. Appreciate you.
Yes, sir.
