Just finished the morning's workout. Just sitting here having a coffee. It went well. I did chest today, but in order to compensate for the injury that I picked up when that machine broke, what I did was move from all my free weights, even the Smith machine, to everything that was machine-based. What that does is then isolate the muscle groups. So I was doing chest today, so I was on an incline press machine and then on a chest press machine. I did my declines on a Smith machine. So what I tried to do was isolate everything above my waist as much as I could and just work that muscle group, taking all the possibility of pain and hurt out of anything below my waist and hips region. Worked well, lifted really solid, got some really big numbers. I'll keep you updated. Off to see a masseuse this afternoon, a chiropractor, and see if I can't get all lined up.
