Dr. John A. King hosts a free online event Thursday, October 11 at 7 PM Central to discuss coping with post-traumatic stress. He'll share personal stories, including a near-fatal sailing incident with his partner Mel and the great sausage meltdown of 2015, to show how they built resilience.
Hey, every week we get emails and we get phone calls from people asking us personally about, you know, what we've done as a couple with coping with post-traumatic stress.
And so next week we thought we'd have an event called Chat with the Author. That's us. And us. And it's October the 11th on Thursday night. That's 7 Central, and it's free. We've had a couple people ask us, how much does it cost? And we We're like, oh, we didn't.
Yeah, so come along. The idea is just to communicate. Many people are fearful of the topic. They're not too sure what to do and how to go about it. And we just want to share, um, share the story of how I nearly killed Mel sailing, the great sausage meltdown of 2015, and a few other very unremarkable things that have made up a quite remarkable journey for us. And we look forward to seeing you then. So register, Do all that bits and pieces, and, and we'll look forward to chatting. Bye-bye.
