Hey, how you doing? Just a couple of thoughts on how to survive Christmas. It looks good, mate, honestly. Thoughts on how to survive Christmas. Number 1, try and get as much sleep as you can. Number 2, as I said in a previous video, try and control your environment and your interactions. Some of the people that are going to be coming, you have a challenge with, they have a challenge with you. Just accept that you're not going to get on with everybody and do the best you can. Number 3, we all like a drink, but don't get hammered. It's not going to end up good for anyone. And number 4, this is a big one, is watch how much sugar you have. Sugar has been linked to anxiety, depression, panic attacks, a whole range of different things. And if you can control your sugar intake when everyone else around you is just gorging on it, you will be in a better emotional state. What's wrong with you today? Say goodbye. What's wrong with you today? Hey, have a great Christmas.
