Dr. John A. King suffered five major injuries in six weeks, including a possible rotator cuff tear and hamstring strain, from aggressive training without proper warm-ups. So, 6 weeks, 5 major injuries. It looks like I've just tore my teres minor, teres major, or separated the muscles. All I was doing was doing pull-ups, nothing strenuous. I thought I was actually doing a warm-up exercise, but I obviously didn't warm up before the warm-up exercise. So, I'm gonna have to change my training. I can't keep doing it this way. 6 weeks, as I said, 5 major, my hamstring, my back, broke a finger, stomach, now the terrace thing. It's just been ridiculous. So I'm gonna have to change it. I'm obviously pushing too hard and I've got 18 months to go. So if I don't start to change my mindset now about what my levels are and how much I can increase and what I can do, then I'm just not going to make it. Physically, my body will just break down. So that gets to play with your head a bit, 'cause the idea is to push, push, push, push, push. But, you know, that's where you lack wisdom. Gotta listen to the body. So I'm gonna take this week off. Hopefully I won't pay for it too much in terms of the training I've gotta go up and do with Ned next week. We'll see how we go.
