Um, just to give a little bit about it, I basically watched my best friend kill herself in front of me. I've had therapy. I've had help all the way around. But I've never ever felt like I was feeling what everybody else felt. I felt different. I thought there was something wrong with me. I started reading this book right here. Um, I feel human again. I, I know there's other people out there that To deal with the feelings I feel every day. I had a situation the other day at work that kicked in my PTSD very severely. I wanted to run, I wanted to hide, I wanted to get out of there, but I remembered everything that was said in this book. I will not be medicated. I will deal with this on my own. My way, but to know there's other people out there that suffer like I do. Maybe some are more extreme, some are not extreme. But I tell you, if you have PTSD, please get this book. As you see, I'm not even halfway through this book. I can't get enough of it, and I want to thank my sister. Kathy Sue Dory for bringing this book to me. Thank you.
