Hey, how you doing? Hey, so I looked— bloody camera's not— whatever. So, um, I just finished editing a video of lessons learned from, uh, Deal With It: Living Well with PTSD, uh, with a new mate, Xavier Webb. Xavier went into the Marine Corps at 18, ended up being rotated out with 80% disability, tried the VA, tried everything, nothing really connected with him, nothing really worked. And no pills, no nothing. The booze ended up ruining his life, relationships, a bunch of stuff. He says Deal With It, since he's had the book in the last month, has totally revolutionized his life and given him hope where he didn't think he'd ever have hope again. So the link's in the bio. Go please have a look at Lessons Learned from Deal With It with Xavier Webb. And, um, it's, it's an impactful video. It's, it was a very humbling experience for Melissa and I to be involved.
