Hey, just an update. I hit 198 this morning, which is great. Big breakthrough for me. I feel good. I feel like I'm starting to lose it, but I'm tired now. The lack of carbs is really hammering me, but I'm excited. I hop on a plane this afternoon to head up to Sioux Falls to do my last 2 weeks of training. Getting there ahead of time so I can relax and just take the stress out of things. I'm really looking forward to it. It's going to be challenging. I think I'm right where I need to be. So between now and the competition is actually the most crucial time of the whole exercise. I've got to keep my muscles full, my body full, but keep myself depleted in terms of fat. Closer to the event, I'll deplete myself with some water, but I don't want to get too depleted. I want to keep myself looking hopefully good for the judges. So nervous, looking forward to seeing Ned. Seeing what he's got to say. He always gives me a hard time, but I'm looking forward to it. And at the event, we'll be updating you as best we can on Twitter and Facebook with some videos and pictures as we go. So yeah, hopefully Sunday will be a— yeah, don't tell anyone, but I do have an old Cuban cigar I've had lying around for about 15 years in perfect mint condition. So. One way or another, that will meet its demise with a Butterfinger Saturday evening. Cheers, and thanks so much for all your support. It's been a wonderful journey so far.
