Instagram, what's going on? So I recently picked up a book. It's called Deal With It by Dr. John A. King. Not sure if you can see that there. So this book is about post-traumatic stress disorder, but not in, in just the sense that it's a condition. This book is incredible for anybody who doesn't really know what post-traumatic stress disorder is or what it's like to live with post-traumatic stress disorder. This is something I'd recommend that you pick up. There are passages in this book that will have you laughing, and there are passages in this book that pull emotion from you and truly make you introspectively think about the disorder and about the injury that post-traumatic stress disorder really is. I was diagnosed in 2017, and I couldn't be happier about finding this book and the context within the book, as well as reaching out to Dr. John King himself. So on that front, thank you for this book, and everyone check it out.
