Dr. John A. King designed a six-week intensive program that compresses 18 months of therapy into daily 10-minute sessions: a 3-4 minute video plus a 5-6 minute task. The model relies on small wins and low friction to keep people consistent, with full benefits emerging over six months.

we've taken months and months of what would've been therapy and we've broken it down into bite-sized daily wins. So every day you get a 3 or 4 minute video. Every day you get a 5 to 6 minute task to complete. And the aim is you do those, it's incremental. You've gotta stick within the program, gotta be incremental. Then you have a chat about how'd you go with that. Mm-hmm. And the idea is to give small wins, which also equals small losses. The old saying, you know, aim small, miss small. So if we aim small, is we're gonna do this for 10 minutes for 6 days, and you miss 2 days, bro, it's like, get off the call and go and spend 20 minutes and get a win under your belt, you know. So small wins. And ultimately, by the time you go through the program over 6 weeks, transformation would start. I personally believe it's a 6-month process to be able to say I've started to transform. We think that because we believe it actually takes more like 10 years, you start to see transformation in 18 months, but the way we've condensed the program and the way we've structured it, it's about the equivalent of 18 months worth of therapy in a 6-month period.
