He then shares that the first book of his planned three‑book "Rats and Rain" series is being edited by Gina, describing his mixed feelings of gratitude and artistic impatience. Seeking to stay productive, he reveals that he has begun a new project—a noir horror thriller—and reads the prelude aloud, which contains graphic, tense imagery involving a bound woman and a Glock. He concludes by asking viewers for feedback on the excerpt and offers to read additional chapters.

Hey, how you going? So, memoir is in submission with publishers, which I'm very grateful about and very thankful for. The first series of the 3 novel series I wrote called Rats and Rain is— Gina's looking at that and going through it and editing it, and I'm caught, I'm caught between very grateful author and petulant artist wondering what's happening, what's happening with my baby, my baby. So, you know, like, it's no good if I have downtime. So I've decided to start into a new novel. It's noir horror thriller, and I wanted to read you the prelude to see what you thought. So here we go. Prelude. The kitchen was silent, cold. She shivered from the shower. Her naked butt stuck to the hard wooden chair. Her fingers were thick from lack of circulation. Her shoulders ached, pulled back and down, taped behind her. Her jaw throbbed. The compensator on the Glock 17 gouged the roof of her mouth. She gagged. Bloody spittle bubbled around the barrel, mingling with sweat and tears, then slid down her throat and between her breasts. She looked up. Distant eyes stared back. This is on you. There you go. Let me know what you think. Might read you another chapter. Cheers.
