Hey, g'day, how you doing? Hey, have a great day. Just, I really, I really hope you have an enjoyable day and get this thing done. It's 4:19, I'm heading to the gym. And, you know, people are telling me not to get stressed or discouraged about all this weight loss stuff, but it's a little difficult. I'm sitting at 418, bouncing up to 420 again, and I'm just not losing it. The challenge I've got is because of what happened to me as a kid, my pituitary was shut down. And so it was shut down altogether, just about. So it's really affected my ability to be able to, yeah, my endocrine system. My ability to be able to lose weight has always been a bit of a challenge. But I just don't know what to do. I'm continuing to do what I know to do. Which is, you know, I've switched over to all lean white meats, coming off anything that's starchy at the moment. Um, so I just, you know, I just, I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing. I could probably come up about half a gallon in water, um, extra, but, um, outside of that, I, um, I don't know, man. It's just a little discouraging. And that doesn't help because you get, you end up getting stressed about it and that just retains water and blah blah blah cortisol levels blah blah blah blah blah which you know man I don't need any more. I don't need to try and work out how to balance out any more in this body. I think I could just about have a degree in physiology and biochemistry I think. With what I've had to learn to literally survive these last ten years. But anyway, appreciate your thoughts, your prayers. I'm really looking forward to the trip up there. It's going to be good. Bloody cold. We should do something about that weather. But I am. I'm good. It's it's I'm really looking forward to it. I'm looking forward to meeting my doctor. I can't tell you how excited I am. It's it's the first time I've had. You know, serious hope concerning, concerning the illness in about 3 years. You know, so it looks like, it looks like I've got a real shot at seeing some major life changes here in a relatively short period of time, which would be wonderful. Hey, have a great day, folks. Believe in you. Believe in your dream.
