Everyone's got one shot. One shot at a goal, one time. Mine, for the next 12 months, is a national title in bodybuilding. This interactive journey is a journal that will track my progress from where I am as I head towards my goal by the end of next year. We've been talking tonight, we're here in his home office, and we're talking tonight about the training program that he's got me on for phase 1. Now, as you've explained, I'm in a phase 1 for my diet, but I'm obviously also You know, phase 1 for my training program.
Yes, you know, the program that we designed for you right now is a bulking program, and the same working out plan. So usually those kind of workout plans, you know, you talk about less repetitions, less sets, trying to give your body more rest in between sets. You know, we break muscle down in the gym. We break down our muscle and we build our muscle is when we're resting. Yep. When the proper nutrition follows the workout and a diet when it follows the workout. That's when the building phase happens. So what we're trying to do, we're trying to break down muscle a certain way, You know, in the gym and then we're trying to recover, to have enough time to recover, and when we're home, when we're eating, when we're, you know, doing our supplements and nutrition and everything that follows that.
