In this brief YouTube monologue, Dr. John A. King shares informal reflections on his recent trip to Sioux Falls. He humorously laments the cold, wishing for "thermal boxer shorts" and a heated drinking cup, and jokes about the need for a blanket to avoid looking like a girl. He then shifts to a more serious tone, praising his training with Ned, noting that his weight‑loss and body‑conditioning goals are on track, and expressing confidence in his continued progress. King mentions sending forms to Fargo and plans to keep pushing forward. The core of the video is a motivational call‑to‑action: he asks viewers to consider their own "one shot"—the singular opportunity they’re willing to risk for a dream—inviting them to share their stories and engage with his community. He signs off, hinting at the next report from Texas.

Hey, so I thought I'd just give some final reflections on the Sioux Falls before we head out. It's been a good trip. It's been a really good trip. I suppose a couple of things, personal things. Number one, someone needs to invent thermal boxer shorts. That's essential. And secondly, if they could invent like a cup that had some sort of heating device, I think I'd enjoy that. The third thing, if you come to Sioux Falls Park and you don't have your thermal boxes or your jockstrap cup thermally heated, then you don't look like a girl if you wrap a blanket around yourself. So it's okay, you're allowed to do that in Sioux Falls. Outside of that, it's been a good trip. Even including that, it's been a good trip. It's been great training with Ned as always. But I've got a real confidence that I've got this thing. My weight loss is on track, body form is on track, Ned's really happy, and it energized me. He said a lot of people when they hear that they're doing well, they get a little bit lackadaisical. I'm not like that. I know I've got this now. I can get after this thing. So I've sent the forms into Fargo. I'm doing that this morning up in North Dakota, and I'm going home to get after it. I mean, just get after it again continually still. So I'm looking forward to it. It's going to be good. It's my one shot. What's your one shot? What are you putting on the line? You're watching me put something on the line for my dream. What's yours? What are you doing with yours? What are you doing with your opportunity? It's not bodybuilding for you. It might be building a home, building a marriage, going to college, taking up base jumping just because it's odd. What is it? What's your one shot? This is mine. All I want to do by videoing or sharing mine is to encourage you to do yours. I want to hear your story. Like our posts, share our posts, send your stories in. All right, cheers folks. Next report from Texas where hopefully it's a little more bloody warm than this. This is ridiculous. See ya.
