Hey everybody, just want to do a quick check-in about a book I'm reading by John King called Deal With It. It's a book about PTSD. I've done a ton of reading on this topic. I've done a lot of work myself on this topic. And one thing that I like, about halfway through with the book so far, one thing that I really like is his honesty. He talks about his own story. He throws it right out there, the good, the bad, and the ugly. And that's something that I think is kind of rare in this field. And it's nice. It's always good to get a vibe that you're talking to a real person. Years of training, I certainly am capable of comprehending higher-level material. This is written— very complex concepts very simply. It has a good voice, it flows really easily, a very quick read. I'm really enjoying it so far. If you're interested about your own PTSD or the topic in general, I'd say check it out. John, good job so far, buddy. I'll check in when I'm finished. Thanks, John.
