You know, as I mentioned a while back, I was dropping some weight for this talent, this modeling thing that we've got coming up. I dropped about 15 pounds. And I was just noticing again today that exercises that I was doing 2 or 3 months ago, I was doing again today, just how much easier they were and how lighter they felt and how much stronger I felt that I was. And I talk about this a lot in my book, Deal With It: Living Well with PTSD, is you've got to shed some weight to move forward. And often there's things in our lives that are anchors, be they behaviors, activities, diets, unfortunately some relationships, some mindsets and attitudes. And we never know how light we feel and how good life is until we shed those obstacles out of our life. You have to always be moving forward or you're always going to end up moving backwards.
