In this brief spoken announcement, the speaker introduces a recurring "TARDIS Thursday" viewing series, beginning with the first episode of Doctor Who's Eleventh Doctor as a farewell to Matt Smith's tenure. The event will run every Thursday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., featuring a randomly selected episode each week. For the inaugural Thursday, the speaker highlights a themed snack of fish fingers and custard, and offers a 10 % discount on purchases for attendees who wear a Doctor Who t‑shirt or bring a Sonic screwdriver. The tone is informal and enthusiastic, aiming to rally fans for a weekly communal viewing experience.

Hey guys! So this Thursday we're going to watch Doctor Who, the very first episode of the 11th Doctor, to say farewell to Matt Smith as he is regenerating by the end of this year. So sad. So I'm gonna be calling it TARDIS Thursday. So every Thursday from now on, from 6 to 8, I'm gonna start an episode, a random one, whichever I pick. We're gonna watch it, but for this very particular Thursday, we're gonna have fish fingers and custard. Mmm. And also, if you wear a t-shirt or bring a Sonic screwdriver, you get 10% off any purchases. Well, that's all I've got. Bye! Bye!
