I did a taste test on all those beans that I'd roasted the other day. It was phenomenal. They were really, really nice. The El Salvadorian just had this little earthy taste on the back of it when you made it in espresso, and it was just wonderful. And the Colombian was just this rich-bodied taste, but it had a real— not Fruity, because that sounds too foo-foo, but it just had this really interesting blend and taste of the beans. But my surprise was the little mix jar I had of all the beans left over that I just threw in this jar together. That was awesome. So my favorite roasted bean out of everything is this unrepeatable collection of just random beans. that were left over, which, uh, is going to be part of the treat for everybody each week as we get up and going with this. Look forward to having you come in and try the beans. Bye-bye.
