So how do you stay motivated during that time for your workouts? You know, I just, when I decide I'm gonna do something like that, when I'm gonna put myself into that, I wanna, I don't, I don't ever wanna go to a show or a competition and know I left something back. Know that I could have done a little more. And I tell myself basically every day, This is the day, you know, second place is not gonna do it today. They're not gonna work out. Third place is already done. Yeah. You just got to keep going. You just gotta, you just gotta do it. I mean, I talk to myself a lot when I'm on the treadmill or on the StairMaster. Yeah. That's a lot of quiet time in the head, man. You can say a lot of things, man. And you know what? I never tell anybody I'm gonna win, but I always think I'm going to. I never go to a show thinking I'm gonna get second place. I never do. Stupid as this may sound, I practice what I'm gonna say after I win. Yeah, it's just, you gotta be in the spot, man. You either gotta— we're not in it for second place. I get— it's never hard for me, fortunately for me, maybe I'm strange that way, but it's never hard for me to stay focused. Once I pick a date for a show, once I lock into the Yep. I'm there.
