Hey, how you doing? I just thought I'd give you a bit of an update. It's the 17th, competition's 5 days out on the 22nd, or, you know, 4 more, 3 more training days really. I'm just sitting in bed. I just trained this morning and eaten. My diet's really changed. It's just straight up fish and chicken, a little bit of carbs first thing in the morning, but that's just about it. So energy levels are a little low. I'm feeling good. Started to strip the last lot of water today, so I'm feeling comfortable with where I'm up to. What I've got now is what I'm taking to the game, so we'll just see how we go. But I'm feeling pretty good overall. Feeling pretty good. I've overcome whatever it was I've needed to over these last little bits. Not trying to train too hard. Probably training to about 60 to 80%. Just want to get the blood in the muscles and keep those going. Not wanting to get big fatigue and force muscles into fiber, water into fiber and muscle fibers, etc. I want to keep the glycogen in there, keep the pump up, but I also don't want to do any damage. My thought is I'm tired, worn, and if I push myself too hard, I may push myself to injury. And this close in, I'm not going to take any more size to the game. Probably as lean as I'm going to get is now. So even my cardio is dropping off because I don't want to fill my legs full of water. Yeah, feeling good. Look forward to keeping you informed. Bye-bye.
