Hey, how you doing? It's been a while since I've done a little video check-in. I hit 204 yesterday, up to 206 this morning, a bit of water, but heading in the right direction. Um, got a bit of flak the other time I posted about being negative or not getting up and going enough, and that's not my aim. My aim is to be, um, become a very positive person. But sometimes optimism is a veneer for reality. And I read a lot of biographies and a lot of stories about people who attempt successful things and do things. And the stories I don't like are the ones where the guys say, did great, did great, did great, did great, I'm awesome. I hate those. They don't help me. I want to read the stories where the guy said, did great, it sucked, this is how I got out of it, did great, it sucked again, it sucked, it sucked, it sucked, did great still. Still, because I persevered. I suppose that's what I want One Shot to be. I want the culture of One Shot to be open and honest and integrous, and we have a chance to talk about the things that matter to us in a way that we can inspire other people to do the same. I talked about my jaw. What that ended up being was a vitamin deficiency that I wasn't getting because of the high protein, and increasing vitamins, getting some mouthwash actually cured that whole thing. That's what brought that around. The neck problems and the back problems were caused— I needed an adjustment and a massage, and so that brought that around. But this week, this last week has been probably one of the hardest. You know, I've lost 28 pounds in the last however bloody long it is, 10 weeks, close on 3 pounds a week. I'm tired. I am lethargic. I hurt all the time. I am— did I say tired and lethargic and I hurt all the time? Okay. I'm actually not hungry. I'm too tired and lethargic to eat. Anyway, you get the picture. I gotta go to the gym. But it's coming off. It's coming off. I'll get you a picture up this week. Cheers.
