I think this week what I'd like to achieve is make sure that I'm tracking it. As I said, it's been a bit of a tough month. I'm feeling like I'm not seeing the weight loss I need to. I'm just unsure about a couple of things concerning the training. So I don't want to get to the end of the, you know, 6 months, 8 months out and wonder how I'm going. So I just want a little bit of a reality check, where I'm up to, how am I going. And then I think I'd like to try and come back once a month. Or maybe once every 6 weeks, every time there's a major program training, just to train with him, just to get the intensity right and the techniques right. Because it's very beneficial to actually be in the room with the guy and train. So far, just with the one day we've had, it's been incredible for me. Just learning a few things and getting an insight on a couple of things. So really, I'd like to come away with a reality check. How am I going? Where am I up to? And the motivation that I'll need for the next 6 weeks. In other words, this is where you're tracking, this is what you need to do. I've got to make sure that my head's in the game. I can't afford to have another Sucktober. I've got to have an Awesomevember.
