Why the Phoenix Collective?

Melissa and Speaker A created the Phoenix Collective after 15 years of personal recovery to offer the support they wished they'd had. The program compresses years of progress into months through actionable guidance, a community at various recovery stages, and what they call a "safe but conflict-rich" environment that pushes honest confrontation.

We're doing this video again because my wife says I was too grizzled in the first one. So why the Phoenix Collective? I think it's because we want to, we wish we had this.
Yeah, we want to build what we wish we'd had when we first started John's recovery journey and our sort of journey as a family.
Yeah, so its aim is to be very instructive. It'll be intuitive, but also personal.
And I, I think too, just, it'll be us sharing what we've learned, but breaking it down into bite-sized chunks so you can have small actions to take every day that can add up to huge gains over the course of years.
Yeah, because it took us 15 years to get here. So why should it take you 15 years? Why can't you stand on the shoulders of someone else to get there? If we can. We can break this down into bite-sized bits, as Melissa said, and all of a sudden you can achieve in 18 months what took us a dozen years to do. I think that would be fantastic, and that would be like a reward to us.
Also too, we're looking to build a community of individuals that are at different points of their recovery journey so we can all help one another.
And you know, to be honest, this whole term safe space has been hijacked by just a bunch of just pussies. Like they, they don't want to have any conflict in their life and they don't want to be challenged or confronted. If you are gonna get whole, you're going to have to get uncomfortable and you're going to have to confront yourself first of all. And you're going to have to be prepared to sit in relationship with people That are gonna iron on iron you. And that's really what we want to do is create a place that is safe, but is safe for contained contact and conflict.
Helping you hold yourself accountable.
That's the key. That, that is really the key because if you are not authentic, if you are not relentless, if you are not resilient, if you are not determined to change, Then you're not going to, and Phoenix Collective is not for you. But if you are those things, then we really believe this is a space for you.
We believe that the only promise that the Phoenix Collective holds for you is the promises that you make to yourself. Yeah. So I think as John said, if you're ready to make some promises to yourself and take responsibility, then definitely Phoenix Collective is for you.
So what you'll do is fill out the form that's available on the page. And what that'll do is set up a conversation and we want to get to know you a little bit and give you a chance to get to know us.
So that's all the form is about is just a few questions for us to be able to read and like sort of prep for our call with you. So when you submit the form, it automatically takes you to our Calendly to set up a time to have a chat with us one-on-one.
And during that call, we'll tell you what the full program is. From top to bottom, talk to you about the Phoenix Foundation, which is stage 1 that we're launching, and then invite you to get involved. We'll talk through costings, we'll talk through values, we'll talk through how much you're going to be able to get from this program, and we'll talk about shared outcomes because they really are going to be shared outcomes. I think that's it.
So there you go. Thanks so much for your interest in the Phoenix Collective.
Cheers. See you soon.
