Hey, what up, what up, what up from Northwest Colorado? This is Will from Red Wrench Fitness. I'm a strong PTSD advocate. I believe thoroughly in PTSD. I do believe that more than just veterans have it, that it goes in cycles, that anybody that's had a crisis in their life can really have some issues. And I believe physical fitness is one of those strong aspects to help you build out of that. It has personally helped me a lot throughout my recovery and my my well-doing. I'm pretty excited today though. I just got this book, Pound Deal With It, by Dr. John A. King. I'm really excited to read this book. I've had a lot of people comment to me to read this book, and I just look really forward to seeing what he has to offer and what he has to say in his perspective on life. Doctor, I appreciate it, and I'll give you more reviews as I finish the book. Thanks. Peace out. 2 more reps.
