Fellow coffee snobs, do I have a treat for you. Dad here at Beans and Cream, also known as John to, you know, non-children. But, um, to, to, to, I, you know, I'm not a Starbucks sort of guy. I can't stand that stuff, blah blah blah. So while we've been here for the last 12 months, we've talked about wanting to get in organic, hand-roasted coffee beans to go with our Handmade, homemade ice cream. We've been looking around for some of the best possible ways to deliver that. Now, we want to do it, and like anything else, we want to do it probably just a little bit extreme for some, but anyway. Very soon you'll be able to come into Beans and Cream. We'll have a range of coffee beans that have been freshly roasted for that week. You'll be able to pick your Ethiopian, your Arabian, your Indonesian, your Sumatran. Your South America, whatever beans have been just roasted for that week. You'll be able to pick it and we'll be making you single serves of your bean. You'll be able to blend your beans however you want. At the moment, I'm just about to make myself a little shot of, uh, it's a Mayan, a new Mayan, a Chipotle in Mexico. Out of South America in the new Mayan nation. It's a beautiful bean. It's an organic bean. And you'll be able to get it. You put your little bean in up there. Little bing bada boom, little— I'm just telling you, that is the sound of goodness just happening here. Why do people bother with these 5-Hour Energy when you can just have like 1 or 2 really good espressos? You hearing me? Yes. So that's it. So we'll be able to do it, put your bean in there the way that you want your bean, the flavor you want your bean, and we will make you your cup of coffee. We'll even be able to go so far in the next couple of months, if you're interested, and I believe there are a bunch of you who are, we want to hold coffee roasting seminars. I want to teach you how to roast your own green beans at home in a little popcorn roaster of all things. So there it is. My individual personalized coffee snob serve of organic South American Coffee beans. It's outstanding. Woo!
