Hey, I want to read you a quote by, uh, Henry Trudeau. It says, go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you have imagined. I love that quote. And I talk about this in Deal With It, the book. I talk about, you know, a person without a vision always returns to their past. And this quote, live the life you have imagined, begs the question, What are you imagining? Often one of the challenges people who have been through trauma go through is they always find themselves tied to the past. Now you've only got 2 hands. You can either hang on to your past or hang on to your future, but you cannot straddle both. I think one of the keys for us is that we have to ever be moving forward. And if you cannot imagine a future then you cannot inhabit it. You will become what you dream about one way or another.
