A great way to wear eyeglasses after Rhinoplasty

Hi, I am Ava. I'm Dr. Nadiri's MA and laser technician. And I just wanted to take a couple minutes to talk about wearing eyewear post rhinoplasty. I'm about two and a half weeks out. It is not recommended to wear any sort of eyewear after you have rhinoplasty. And I wanted to show you a product that you can purchase off of Amazon. And it's about $24, but it's a lifesaver. This is called the Nose Comfort Eyeglass Support. And basically what it is, it's a strap that fits around your head, has a little cushion for your forehead, and a little support for the bridge of your eyeglass. So when you put your glasses on, put them around, and it just rests right there so it's not putting any pressure on your nose whatsoever. Here's a little demonstration of what it looks like when I'm wearing it. And go ahead and put my glasses on. There's no pressure whatsoever on my nose. This is floating. Looks a little bit funky. But for people who are post surgery, it's a lifesaver. Especially if you're the kind of person who can't wear contact lenses. You need to wear your glasses every day. It does make a world of difference post surgery. Thank you.
