How does Long distance consultations for Rhinoplasty work - Washington DC - Dr. Shervin Naderi

We get a lot of patients that come in from different cities, different states, different countries, and different continents. We start the long distance or international patient consultation, typically via the Internet, with email. Patients send me pictures, then we set up a phone consultation. We'll have a discussion over the phone using the pictures that the patient sent me. We can set up at that point, essentially a general game plan. My staff send the patient a price quote. Everything's kind of arranged. My staff are very good at delivering concierge level service and taking care of essentially everything. Travel needs, hotel needs, everything for the patient. People are typically in town for about seven to 10 days and then they leave. However, they have to understand that I still need to see them one or two days before the surgery to actually examine them, take my own pictures and do computer imaging. At that point, if there's any adjustments we need to make in the game plan, they and we'll do so. But most of the time, based on what we discussed and what we did over the phone and Internet, that game plan stays. However, if there are slight modifications that are necessary, that gives us plenty of time to be able to do so.
